The Lost RP.

Adelger Hauffe walked along the streets, avoiding the undead and walking along to find other survivors. He had just left one of the vaults and took his Kbz wz. 1988 tental, his mars Automatic Pistol, and his blade and killed undead when they got too close. As he walked, he saw multiple things. One being a woman in the street, with two zombies on the sides of the road and one infront of her. He grunted and shot the zombies with his 1988 Tantal, and they, suprised for a moment, fell over, dead. He walked over to the woman. "You alright?" he asked, as more zombies ran out of an alleyway, a small horde. "God damn..." he said as he began walking backwards with his gun pointed at the zombies. "They've been following me all day..." he muttered to himself before letting the Tental loose on the zombies, shooting multiple holes all over most of the zombies, and most of them fell over. "You get to your safehouse." he ordered the woman before taking out his Mars and aiming for the heads of the zombies, shooting them.

The Experiment

"You people need to shout less." Atisuto said as he put his headphones back in. "They're gonna hear you from New York." he stood up and began to follow behind the guard and went into his room. He then drew a phone on his arm and made it real, and proceeded to do whatever the hell he wanted on it.

Kanjo, slightly pissed at the immature asshole of an experiment, stood up and followed the guard back to his room. He was quite relieved when he got to his room, due to the fact that he was now alone again. He sat up on his bed and waited for whatever would happen next.

The Experiment

Kanjo growled at the low-life dumbass of an experiment sitting next to him. "I'll make you feel like you're arm has come off..." he muttered to himself. He could do it, too, very easily, and he kenw this. He'd want nothing more.

I have a question. In the original post, is says 'The lowest any of your Stats can be is 1 and the highest is 10 at Character Creation.' and 'None of your Talents can be higher than 4 from Talent Points at Character Creation and the max they can ever get to is 20.', yet this seems to be ignored by almost every character. Why is this?
