Bio

Salutations fellow Guild members, I am Absolute Grace, or just Grace for short.

I am a 23 year old female from the Land of Oz (Australia) and am currently a Graphic Designer.

I love writing, there is just something about weaving words together and creating a world, that I find to be completely invigorating and calming. I hope to improve my writing and one day publish a book or two, which is why I joined the Guild. I have been part of RolePlayerGuild since before the calamity known as Guildfall and have nearly ten years of experience as an RPer. Thus, I prefer writing at a High Casual to Advanced level.

Back at the beginning of this rp in my first official IC post after Niesha yelled at the bums victimising Zed, MindWarp described her as a 'spunky young lady.' I guess I am now rather fond of the name especially since the name also means spirited and energetic and those two words make me think of her light powers.
Your character is awesome Mistress, maybe she can meet up with MindWarp and Miss Spunky? XD
She was home free- No wait scratch that, she was now under the wrath of a guy with mutated abilities. Perfect. And now here he was charging right at her in great speed with lethal looking bladed arms. With only her quick thinking intuition she created a few copies of the dark skinned lady with a poodle while she herself morphed into the illusion of a little boy holding the hand of his panic stricken mother who was quickly leading him away from the brutal scene.

Looking back MindWarp saw that the spunky lady from this morning was trying to calm down the mutated guy. Zed? That’s what she thought she could hear the lady calling him and it looked like she had powers of her own. The lady was successfully moving Zed's focus away from MindWarp and to herself. Thank you Miss Spunky. MindWarp thought, giving the lady a nickname since she didn’t know what her name actually was. Although it was probably now a name that would stick even if she found out the ladies name.
YAY!!! Just wait for the little show and tell MindWarp has planned and then get into contact with her, or with the villainous organisation she is with which will get into contact with her for you and then we can set up a meeting point :)
Or maybe he has somehow heard about it through the villainous grape vine and can track MindWarp down before she does her show and tell so that Eddy is the only potential buyer...
Sorry for my delay guys. Wow a lot happened while I was away...
Well I guess MindWarp would be quite shocked to say the least, and probably would have used her Psionic shockwaves against Zed, but I missed that opportunity. Darn :(
By the way I suppose I should tell you guys what nifty device MindWarp has.
Cruising along the footpath with a distinguished hop in her step, MindWarp didn’t get far from the small café when she was stopped by a voice calling out to her. The tone was soft but she didn’t like the added accusation she detected in it. What was this, an inquisition? Well she had neither the patience nor the time to deal with it. The gears in her mind turned at an accelerated rate while she thought up a plan and a plan was quickly formulated.

MindWarp spun around to face the speaker, but before she could begin to say or do anything she was a little surprised at seeing that it was the street cleaner from earlier. However, it didn’t last long, if even a second because she jumped right into her plan. She created an illusion of a second self which stayed in place while the real her stepped away, invisible due to the effects of her illusion. Her illusions were casted right into the minds of those who were in range. And the mind or more importantly, the brain, was the bodies control centre and her illusions affected all senses, sight, hearing and smell just not touch, but if she worked on it then she was sure that she could achieve it also.

While the real MindWarp continued to back away the fake stayed perfectly in place and began communicating with the guy, the street cleaner.
“Oh my goodness!” She gushed, “I don’t know about it being in the lower district but they say that two bombs were detonated. I wholly hope that no one was hurt! It breaks my heart to think that someone could be so heartless, so devious, and so inhumane!” The emotion, wow I’m getting good at this! MindWarp thought inwardly with a smirk as she moved further and further away and was soon at the corner of the street. As an added precaution if he happened to touch her illusion and find that it had no corporal form, MindWarp illusioned herself a new appearance, one of an older lady with dark tan skin and black hair who was walking past with a poodle while the lady in return got the illusion to look like a mirror image of MindWarp herself briefcase and all.
Yes sort of like a bomb, but not the usual type.
Dun, Dun, Dunnnn! So Mindwarp has been set free with a weapon of mass destruction... Any villains need a distraction to proceed with covert operations? Or something? Give her a call :D
Feeling more so than hearing the explosions which had detonated somewhere nearby, MindWarp once again released a sigh. How come all the other villains got the fun assignments while she was idly sitting around waiting for the supposed appearance of-
'Vrrrr-vrrrr. Vrrrr-vrrrr.' She was interrupted mid rant by this sound, the sound of her phone vibrating. Pulling it out from her coat pocket, she answered the call.

“Yo.” She greeted dully, reclining back into her uncomfortable seat and drinking the last of her beverage.

“Change of plan. Your current assignment has been disengaged and your clearance moved up to level FW.D.lv7. The Means is the place to send our gift as a show of aptitude. Do what you do best.” A deep voice spoke cryptically relaying the specifics for her new assignment. Big things were going down today it seemed.

“As if I could do anything less.” She quipped just before the end tone sounded repeatedly in her ear. Replacing her phone back in her pocket, she slipped a few bills under her empty cup, enough to cover for the cost and a bit extra as a tip. Then stood up, grabbing hold of the briefcases handle and sauntered out of the small café.
Still awaiting the appearance of the briefcases recipient, MindWarp observed her surroundings. More and more people were filling up the café; it looked to be a busy day. Majority of the room’s occupants received only a slight glance while her attention focused on the group of three over by the wall of fliers. One male and two females, one being the spunky young lady from before who had a go at the bum’s pestering the street cleaner. In fact the street cleaner seemed to have disappeared. Anyway, MindWarp couldn’t help but overhear their conversation. It seemed that they were helping out with suggesting housing and job options. What bewildered her however was why? They obviously haven’t met before. They were perfect strangers and the only reason one offered help was so that they could gain something in return. Kindness was the illusion of a business transaction. There was no give without a take. Releasing a sigh, she took a sip of her beverage. Everyone seemed to be under the impression that reality was the sole truth of the universe, but MindWarp knew better.

“What is reality but a higher plane of illusion?” She quietly whispered and moved onto staring into her glass, still ever waiting for the recipient of the briefcase.
