Erin beamed at the girl beside Ruby feeling instantly bad for having not noticed her earlier. As Tessa invited him to sit with them he was immediately flooded with relief, he was beginning to feel like a coward for standing around eyeing all the tables but never deciding on one to sit at, he was glad the girls had given him an opportunity to enjoy their company. After grabbing a bottled water and paying for his cinnamon roll, apple and water he followed after the girls and switched off his music player tucking it inside his jacket and tugging up his hood to control his wild mess of hair and better hide his glowing mark.
Erin growled inwardly at himself in an attempt to stop the flare ups of his mark, he was receiving all sorts of looks and not that it bothered him so much as it was indeed weird.

"Let me tell you a story about you and me. I used to roam the skies alone, until you called for me. You were called Rabbit Girl, and you were born on a planet I roamed once long ago called Earth. Rabbit Girl could create as many rabbits as she wanted with the wave of her hand. She fed me when I was starving. She fixed the lonely ache in my heart. She made me feel alive once more. We ran free for many months, and I no longer felt the urge to eat the rabbits. I tolerated them, allowed them to jump onto my back and curl up in the cold rain. Rabbit Girl would use the stars in my fur to make constellations. She would say, 'Starwolf, what do you think of that one?' And what could I say? I agreed with her as the stars appeared on my flanks as well as in the sky.

Erin wasn't sure what to think of the Academy, he didn't know why all the sudden his mark flared to life every five minutes but he did know why he had butterflies in his tummy, he was always nervous about school and making friends, here was no different except now he was older and even more awkward and this was a much larger school, he looked down at his pitiful cinnamon roll as his stomach howled in rage at him.
Erin having moved to the salad bar drew back as he brushed the girl in front of him as they reached for the same apple, Erin laughed an apology and rubbed the back of his head knocking his hood from his wild red hair "You can have that one, my bad" he pulled out his head phone and dropped it in the front of his jacket "My name is Erin, I'm definitely new here, and you?" His eyes scanned the cafeteria looking for an open table before returning his gaze to her.

Erin stood outside the gates watching the others mingle and find their friends from the year before, he hadn't yet gone to this academy and the mark on his cheek blazed its ember glow as he looked on at the large building, with a sigh he brushed his red hair over his mark and tossed up his hood. Erin put one head phone in and played some music as he moved forward through the gates, his eyes scanning the crowd for a familiar face, not that he'd find any, this was his first year here so he settled on looking for someone who intrested him, what better way to start the day then having made a new friend.

I noticed lol, a good group. Are we allowed to build relationships? Like dating wise.
Lakan thought long and hard about Axel's strange behavior, she was beginning to fear it might put tension between the packs if it was anythibg serious, in the past young wolves would fall in love with another pack member and more often than not cause problems by meeting up in the territories and further more by switching packs, it was hugely frowned upon and hard for all packs involved. Lakan hoped if it was something like that then they could catch it early, she didn't watch Axel cause he had a mentor for his apprentice training and wasn't nearing his end finals and definitely not now they he'd been set so far back. Lifting her eyes from the frosted rock Lakan looked at the male wolf "This could be just rash behavior, or something potentially worse like love between packs, I cannot recall Axel being to fond of any other pack wolves but I'm also not his mentor, if you feel your young wolf could be the one with a mate in another pack please inform me" with that she gave a polite nod and stretched out her frozen muscles and released and huge yawn, it was late and she wouldn't be getting much sleep tonight.
Is this still accepting? Looks like a lot of fun, I think I'd really like to join.
