The Tiger and the Lion may appear more powerful, but the Wolf does not preform in the circus.

"Let me tell you a story about you and me. I used to roam the skies alone, until you called for me. You were called Rabbit Girl, and you were born on a planet I roamed once long ago called Earth. Rabbit Girl could create as many rabbits as she wanted with the wave of her hand. She fed me when I was starving. She fixed the lonely ache in my heart. She made me feel alive once more. We ran free for many months, and I no longer felt the urge to eat the rabbits. I tolerated them, allowed them to jump onto my back and curl up in the cold rain. Rabbit Girl would use the stars in my fur to make constellations. She would say, 'Starwolf, what do you think of that one?' And what could I say? I agreed with her as the stars appeared on my flanks as well as in the sky.
"We had roamed for decades together, obeying the one rule I had asked over her. Never look me in the eye. For my eyes were all the suns in the galaxy, and would blind poor Earth-borns if they looked at me. Whenever she asked me a question, she would stare at the moon on my forehead, or the stars through my fur, or at my great big paws. I never wanted her to look at me."
"One day, I just got so exhausted that I fell into a horribly long sleep. When I awoke, Rabbit girl was gone. I ran across the Earth four times looking for her until I came across her rabbits. They led me to her, hidden away in a large building, chained to a pipe with a human skull in her hands. The man who held her captive, Early Bird, fought me for her. I ended him quickly. Drawing Rabbit Girl's mask over her face, I took her away. It was there, in her red car with the doors flung open, that I realized I loved her. For the first time ever, I looked at Rabbit Girl's eyes. She was asleep, so she didn't even notice. But I moved my foot, or my tail or made a noise, because her eyes snapped open, staring right into mine"
"We locked eyes for days, months even, but neither of us could look away. I could tell I was blinding her. I could not look away, though my heart was breaking. When it was finished, Rabbit Girl curled up in a ball and screamed bloody murder. Her rabbits watched on. I took her to the humans in hope that they could heal her. They did."
"With her sight restored, I longed to talk to her. I ran to her and nuzzled her and praised her, but she could no longer see me. The humans erased part of her magic... the part that believed in me."
"Now you take solace in the human skull you cradle like a babe. Your memory is wiped clean of me, though I follow you in desperation, hoping, pleading you'll see me again. You never will. In the dark, it is I who curls up next to you and keeps you warm. When you look up at the sky and see no stars, that's because they are within you. I left you a full moon to guide you on your path to find me again, but until then, I am hidden, watching, loving. You read books that tell you I don't exist but you just need to listen a little longer, look a little harder. I yearn for our friendship once more. For days where you told me stories. About us. About life. You are the one that makes me real, you are the one that makes me shine. And I am here. And I am waiting..."
Erin looked over at Kura as he said he could help, Erin rubbed Patricia's shoulder "my name is Erin by the way, and this is my friend Kura" Erin gestured to his friend blushing a bit hoping Kura didn't mind being labeled as his friend
Erin stood following Kura's move and slung his pack behind him and moved toward the strange girl, he tossed back his hood letting his red hair stand up and as he neared his mark on his cheek once more flared to life. As he got near to the girl he leaned down at her side trying not to startle her "are you alright miss?" He let the worry on his face leak into his voice
Erin nodded his head head with a sigh "yeah sadly I am, though it's actually going better than I thought it would" he took the last bite of his apple before tossing the core into the garbage can that sat off by the window sill, glancing us as he returned his worn book to his pack his red eyes zeroed in on the strange girl who had come in earlier, he had noticed her but was so caught up with his discussion with Kura he didn't really pay much attention to her, until now. Erin frowned and looked back at Kura "that girl seems to be crying, and glowing, should we go see if she's okay?" Erins voice rose with worry as he looked between Kura and the girl

Felltree 35/50Orc6'6" 336 LbsGreenbane is a powerful weapon passed down by each generation and made more mighty be each who has held it. It started as the chains once worn by an enslaved orc who used them as little more than clubs to beat his way to freedom, from there they were passed on to a true warrior who had the chains linked with dozens of other freed orcs and became a sight to be seen for the dozens of locks and keys that hung from the length. When it got passed to a shaman, he had it reforged in dragonsfire into a proper spiked chain used to bind spirits. When it was passed to him, he had the chain set into a loop with the 100 collective souls of a giant termite mound bound to the chain to animate them into a ripping saw at command. He uses this tool to lay low haunted woods as they arise, putting the spirits to rest after a fashion. He hat a pet dire beaver but it caught an undead sickness and he had to put it down. When it came back from the dead, he had to put it down again.Currently escorting a lumber caravan through the witchwoods, an area steeped in the old ways and not too friendly to outsiders.A man of gallows humor, worldweary and experienced caravan guard. He's learned to take his joys and lumps where they come, relying on his intimidating manner to get what he wants when he wants where he wants. The chainsaw helps. Not the strongest in the tribe of the blackforest orcs, he was born with a mark of the gods and trained to be a shaman of his people. For the first decade of his life, he was taught the history of his people and the ways of the ancestors. Any further lessons got cut short by a pack of wood elves who felt the orcs ways were not worthy of the old forest's secrets. His tribe was driven off under a rain or arrows out of the black forest to a dark and haunted part of the black forest known as the shadowgrove. It was here that they encountered two problems: a giant termite hive (as in termites the size of oxen) and the thin veil to the otherside that let restless spirits return from beyond once more. Dealing with one problem at a time, they chose to deal with the physical trouble that didn't need magic to deal with while they regrouped their resources to deal with the spiritual problems. With the clan champion gone to an arrow to the back of her neck, he took it upon himself to deal with the creatures using the spiked chain of his people, His father used the last of their regents to enchant the spiked chain with a temporary soul-binding enchantment to collect their mana for the second problem. The tunnels were no good a place for wide whipping weapon like the spiked chain, so he wrapped a thick branch in the chain and used it like a rending sword to grind his way through the insects. One by one he chewed his way through the ancient tree to the termite queen and put the chain to her until he sawed her head from her body. Apparently the termites hive mind will were keeping the weak wood together and he barely escaped the falling tree with his life. He returned with the binding chain but apparently the elves came to finish the job. With the last efforts of the shaman, they bound the spirits to the chain permanently as an act of power and sent him on his way far from these woods. Now with a writhing spiked chain, he found his way to a gnomish lumberjack settlement. There he put his powerful physique to work felling trees for minimal money, apparently they could overlook his monstrosity when he dropped a tree in half the time as any other. From his people he learned strength, from these folks, he learned true endurance and they found an ingenious way to rig his animated chain into a frame to make it a chains-saw. Eventually his time with them was over after a fiasco with an elven patrol and he had to move on for the sake of the gnomes. He took up a caravan walk to sell the wood downriver to the next town and started adventuring from there.
"Yeah" Erin smiled and blushed "its a good book, with good philosophies" he fingered the books edges absent mindedly and took another bite of his apple "so are you new here?" He looked up at Kura with a grin
Erin nodded his head and tugged off his bag and pulled his book from its contents, setting the book on the table he smiled at its worn edges and dog eared pages, all the various books marks and post it notes that marked his favorite quotes or chapters stuck up from the top. "It's about a little prince who loves a flower" Erin smiled hugely thinking about the goofy children bedtime story and laughed softly at its pastel coloring on the front.
