"Let me tell you a story about you and me. I used to roam the skies alone, until you called for me. You were called Rabbit Girl, and you were born on a planet I roamed once long ago called Earth. Rabbit Girl could create as many rabbits as she wanted with the wave of her hand. She fed me when I was starving. She fixed the lonely ache in my heart. She made me feel alive once more. We ran free for many months, and I no longer felt the urge to eat the rabbits. I tolerated them, allowed them to jump onto my back and curl up in the cold rain. Rabbit Girl would use the stars in my fur to make constellations. She would say, 'Starwolf, what do you think of that one?' And what could I say? I agreed with her as the stars appeared on my flanks as well as in the sky.

They led me to her, hidden away in a large building, chained to a pipe with a human skull in her hands. The man who held her captive, Early Bird, fought me for her. I ended him quickly. Drawing Rabbit Girl's mask over her face, I took her away. It was there, in her red car with the doors flung open, that I realized I loved her. For the first time ever, I looked at Rabbit Girl's eyes. She was asleep, so she didn't even notice. But I moved my foot, or my tail or made a noise, because her eyes snapped open, staring right into mine"
"We locked eyes for days, months even, but neither of us could look away. I could tell I was blinding her. I could not look away, though my heart was breaking. When it was finished, Rabbit Girl curled up in a ball and screamed bloody murder. Her rabbits watched on. I took her to the humans in hope that they could heal her. They did."

Good start, but I have a few issues:
First off, your name. Although I appreciate the joke - and laughed - the name won't really be taken seriously in the roleplay. I also doubt that any Khajiit would have the surname of 'khat'.
Secondly, your bio, along with your age. Firstly, the Nords of Skyrim are known for being mistrustful to outsiders - especially those in small farming communities. (You also haven't mentioned where this village was - a name isn't required, because I know the game itself doesn't offer nearly enough settlements as a continent would have, but I would at the least like a Hold or distance from the nearest large settlement.) - so the likelihood of them accepting a young Khajiit into their community is unlikely - especially because of the negative stereotypes that Khajiit's hold; not helped by the fact she came by way of a Moon Sugar smuggling clan.
However, this is a fairly minor issue - if we accept that she was indeed taken in by the community, there is no particular way that she'd receive any decent training. The Nords - especially those in rural ares - are severely mistrustful of magic - as any innkeeper will tell you. Any magic users there wouldn't dole out lessons, especially for free (As your Khajiit would have little to no money - gathering crops isn't a lucrative business, especially if you're acting as just extra hands.)
Moving on from this, if your character did manage to find both training in magic and archery, it wouldn't have been from an expert, nor would it be extremely fast learning for her. So, 8 years of training (13 to 21) Is nowhere near enough time for her to be prepared to go out into the world to fight dragons, also without any ties or ropes she could pull in order to help her get there.
AS mentioned before, she would have been fairly poor - so armour would have been fairly hard to come by, as would an enchanted bow (A bow which you haven't stated the type of - is it a hunting bow? Longbow?)
So, basically; change your age (Make her older, simply for experience issues) - alter your bio (At the very least move her to a city; training and shelter is far more likely in one of the bigger places, thanks to the wider range of species there) and I'll have to say no to the magic if you want to retain your more rural setting. A Hunter is more likely to come from such a small village, as you've described. More detail in the personality, bio, and appearance (We need some more detail - height, average weight, eye colour - as the picture isn't very big).
If you fix all of this, then you should be good to go. I'd recommend taking a look at some of our other character sheets, so you have an idea on hwo big and detailed it needs to be.
I had a huge long description written up but it was deleted due to a bug in the mobile edit, I had come up with everything and didn't completely remember it so I simplified the whole thing, I will once more do this posting it again with all the immense detail it lacks, it'll take me a while though so.
Posted some more with Nathan Richards (NATHAN PYROMAN... NATHAN...) just to give that some stuff. I might post again with Quicksilver bugging Megan and Katya...
Personality: N'yan is usually extremely friendly and approachable, she doesn't like conflict unless it has a just reason, she'll strongly stand up for the weak and innocent. Bio: N'yan moved from Elsweyr to Skyrim when she was thirteen with her tribe to sell their aquired Moon Sugar, N'yan decided to stay behind when her tribe left back to their home lands, N'yan finished her childhood in a small farming village and helped with the crops until she was old enough she felt she could venture out on her own, training all the while in magic and archery, when she did she found odd jobs helping people and liked the work, she didn't hesitate in joining the group who would try to do what the Dragonborn had failed to do, she wanted to help and start her own adventure.
Equipment:
Her attire consists of Leather Armor with white fur trim and a thick white furred hood. Okay so I tried resetting my phone and cache and nothing, also if I go to a part of the page, say messages, and it'll tell me I'm not logged in, whatever I had tried to go to wont load, it'll say "Not Found" for a good few minutes

Can we take out the "scratched" part, if you're crawling through brambles your F'ed, all those times the characterr in TWD series fell down, they should have been zombified, like when Carl fell down that hill when being chased by a zombie. It just seems extreme, it a world where zombies hunt you, other people might not be friendly, there are no hospitals, if you get scratched you become a zombie
