There are a lot of interesting possibilities.
The 1836 would be a WiR RP, and what I'm thinking is not... SEE THIS FOR THE OLD VERSION But on the Old Guild there was one that started in 1960. Another interesting start would be the Bay of Pigs or Kennedy's Assassination...

I thought it was only after the end of the Ottoman Empire that they officially began to call it Istanbul.
Is that the case? I always learned that pretty much as soon as they conquered it the name was changed...
