Oh no. For realism sake I'm fighting this war to win. But Papal States would be nice.

@Sailor, there are already French and Austrian guards in the Papal States, plus we have our own small Army and the power of God behind us.

Do you mean as a settlement? Who would run it would be a seriously big problem because the question comes in of who is Head of State. It would take foreign intervention to settle that, and there would still be internal disputes. Unless you want to abolish any semblance of monarchy in German State #3, but that has it's own issues.
