@AgentNevada Ark thought that Ken was still angry with her so she tried to keep her dialogue, with the least bit of wit or sass as she could. "Uh I don't need anything, I was just walking by and I heard your voice so I thought you were awake.." Ark said simply as she walked to the door. "Do you need help getting back to your room? Cause i'm going that way anyway". Ark knew that Ken had done something to strain herself, she just didn't want to provoke Ken anymore by lecturing her about how she should have been more careful. Ken knew her limits more than anyone else and if she was willing to go beyond them then that was her choice.

@AgentNevada Ark fidgeted in her sleep and rolled off the chair, she hit the ground with a thud "Ow..." she said tiredly. Ark check the time 12:30.... "For god sake" she whisper-shouted, why was the nighttime so frigging long. With an annoyed sigh Ark went to go and bug Ken cause she was bored and she need someone to complain too. Soon she reached Ken's quarters and leaned on the wall for a minute to rest her leg, she started hearing sounds that were definitely Ken. Ark opened the door to find Ken on the ground, "Ken!" Ark whispered, but obtained no answer, "Ken! Are you okay" Ark said a little louder.
@AgentNevada Ark's eyelids fluttered as she woke up from her rest, she yawned and then stretched her arms. She looked around the room to see Carolina and North sleeping, Ark checked the time 12:00 am "Shit" she mouthed. Well she wasn't going back to bed anytime soon so,Ark carefully and quietly walked out of her room. The moonlight shone on the floor as Ark stumbled across the hallway. Maybe she would find Ken about, but then again maybe not considering she was smart not to be up at this hour. "Lonely eerie hallways it is then" Ark said to herself. Ark walked up to the control room/spectating area for the training facility and looked out into the arena. Ark sat down in a chair and dozed off until she fell asleep.
@AgentNevada Ken just walked away without anymore than a sound. "well..... okay then, thanks I guess" Ark said awkwardly but honestly, she understood why Ken was mad so she didn't see the point in discussing it further. Ark just walked to her quarters are got out of her armor and changed into a black tank top and fuzzy sleep pants since she wasn't going anywhere for a while, she thought she might as well get comfy. Ark occasionally checked on her leg to see if the swelling had gone down or at least the bruising, but unfortunately it had not and if anything it was getting worse from the stitches she had just gotten. Ark decided to just rest cause she had to go and see the doctor tomorrow anyway, and with that Ark drifted off into a dream.
@AgentNevadaArk turned around and faced the doctor, she just silently nodded to try and mask her impatience, and with that she turned around and walked down the hall. What the hell as she suppose to do with her time now? She can't train, have any fricking fun anymore or spend her time thinking about stuff do that she could improve on because it wouldn't matter cause she can't do it. Ark limped her way down the hallway with Ken in silence. Great the second best freelancer is pissed at her, so that's going to go well, Ark tried to break the silence. "So are you gonna go find Maine now or, like what are you gonna do now?" Ark asked honestly.
@AgentNevadaArk was tense and anxious, she'd never been at the medbay and she hoped that she never would. Ark just nodded at the doctors question, she limped over to bed and slowly sat down. Ark looked at Ken and she looked more then pissed.... great. The doctor began to poke and prod at the wound to analyse it, during this process Ark would tense up and squeeze her eyes shut in hopes that it would stop the pain. After about 10 minutes the doctor came back with a note pad and said "Well the muscle is damaged and you have a small infection but I can prescribe some pills for the infection, as for the outside of the wound itself you'll need stitches". Ark narrowed her eyes "Damn" she said out loud "Okay let's get this over with" She said. The doctor went to get his things, and Ark just glanced up and the looked at Ken and her face just screamed "Karma's a bitch", and Ark knew she was right. The doctor came back and started to stitch the wound, and it hurt like a bitch, but when he was done he bandaged it, gave Ark some pills and said "No training or missions for 3 weeks". Ark's face immediately changed from pain-filled to anger.
@AgentNevadaArk hobbled her way to the medbay with a furious Ken at her side. Ark knew she would have to thank Ken eventually and it was going to be one of those moments where she was going to get lectured and the whole I told you so thing. She rolled her eyes at the thought, as soon as they got to the medbay Ken and Ark just stood in front of the door. Ken gestured with her head towards the door, "But i've never been here before... it's gonna be awkward, you go first" Ark whined.
@AgentNevada Ark was suddenly pinned to the ground and an enormous amount of pain came from her leg and spread throughout her body. Ark was desperately holding back a scream as her eyes watered, in an attempt to hold back her screams and whimpers she bit her lip so hard it began to bleed. "Get the fuck off of me" Ark shouted as she headbutted Ken with her forehead but she seemed unaffected. "For fucks sake... if I go with you will you get off?" Ark said in a rough and defeated tone.
@AgentNevadaArk looked at Ken then pushed past her, Ark limped her way to the training facility with determination. Ark could hear Ken walking behind her and she could feel Ken's eyes staring daggers into her back but that didn't stop her. "You know you don't have to come with me, don't you have something to do with Maine anyway?" Ark said somewhat bitterly, Ark was at least happy that she wasn't taken off the board but she hadn't improved so that meant that she hadn't done well enough, and Ark was going to change that.
@AgentNevadaArk just glared at Ken "You know what being on the leader board means to me and i'll do whatever I have to, to stay on it". The Councilor turned back to the group as a sign that he had finished. 1. Carolina, 2. Nevada, 3. York, 4. North Dakota, 5. Maine, 6. Arkansas. Ark turned to Ken and a smile formed at the sides of her mouth, though she was disappointed, "Congrats" she mouthed . "Dismissed" the Director said with a wave of his hand, and everyone left. Ark fast walked in and through the crowd, Ken had offered to go the doctors ward with her but Ark knew where she was going and that was to the training facility.
