Here's mine. I fixed history after getting the okay from Boss, flame because I forgot people can have two or more (though more is super rare), and age because the age gap before was seriously unsettling for me for some reason.

Weapon/Fighting Style: When she has to go into battle, she will often start off with just using hand-to-hand combat since it is effective for most low-level opponents. If she knows she will be facing someone who can stand up to par with her, she will pull out a cylindrical, foot-long silver device. There is a switch hidden in the device that releases her weapon, a large morning star flail on a six-foot pole (not including the morning star itself). The weapon also has a retractable chain which allows Sonya to fight enemies long and mid-range.
Appearance: The most notable thing about
28 year-old Sonya is her long, bright red hair that almost reaches the floor, even when it is tied up in a high ponytail. Her always-serious purple eyes pop against her pale skin, making her glares much more intimidating. She appears slender at first glance but hides an athletic build under her fashionably practical clothes.
10 years later, Sonya's signature red hair has become a lot shorter (in comparison to her old hair style) and darker. Her purple eyes are a lot more relaxed and a calm smile has replaced her seriously determined scowl. Even her choice of clothing has become more daring and not at all suited for combat.
Personality: A rather serious woman, Sonya takes no nonsense from anyone. She puts forth 100% of her all in whatever she is doing, even things as minuscule as grocery shopping or showering. She is a workaholic and a perfectionist; a heavy combination that has stopped her from enjoying a normal social life, much less dating life. Jokes, or even indications about her lack of a boyfriend really sets her off. Her temper is quite short and usually violent but she has learned to substitute her usual response of punching people in the face with just an intimidating death glare. Very independent, Sonya loathes asking anyone for help. As a (new) tutor, she is demanding, pushy and serious about making whomever she teaches the absolute best. Her viewpoint is that anyone she teaches is an extension of herself, so he or she must be just as perfect as she makes herself. Her strict values and independent nature stem from being a woman in a dominantly male field. She has had to prove herself, especially at a young age, that she can keep up with the boys. Her harsh exterior is what has resulted from years of dealing with men who have underestimated her and her abilities. She has even gone so far as to almost throw off most of her feminine charm and ideals. She refuses to be gentle, soft-spoken, sensitive, etc. That doesn't mean she does not care. She cares, almost too much for her subordinates and can come off as bossy when all she is doing is thinking about those around her. One remotely feminine thing Sonya cannot give up is her love of fashion. She makes sure to maintain impeccable fashion taste and chooses clothes that are both stunning to look at and practical to move and
kill fight.
10 years later, Sonya's personality almost does a complete 180. She is still a serious professional but has become a lot more relaxed than her younger self. As the leader of her own mercenary group, she has learned that the best way in handling subordinates is to use kindness instead of force. Her motherly side has blossomed nicely and she is well-respected by her peers and subordinates. It also helps that she has become renowned for being the tutor of the 11th Vongola Boss. Not needing to do most of the dirty work anymore, 38-year old Sonya treats herself to wearing more skirts and dresses and is infamous for her expensive shopping sprees.
History: Sonya never knew her parents and grew up in a Russian orphanage for the first nine years of her life. Just like most kids at her orphanage, Sonya had trouble developing relationships with people because of the uncaring attitudes of the orphanage caretakers. Yet it seemed as though most people, children and adults, tended to avoid her like the plague. Whether it was because of her lineage or mysterious aura, Sonya would never know. On the upside, the lack of supervision allowed her to explore the small town her orphanage was located in. And it was during one of those adventures that she met Mikhail Rusakova, a mercenary who at the time was working for one of the most dangerous mob families in Russia. Mikhail and Sonya's paths crossed when Sonya accidentally walked into a fight between him and a rival mobster. The rival mobster took her hostage but before Mikhail could save her, Sonya bit the man and escaped on her own. This gave Mikhail the distraction he needed to subdue the mobster and kill him. Sonya's quick thinking and raw talent impressed the mercenary so much that he went ahead and adopted her. The next few years of Sonya's life were both the hardest and most fulfilling. She spent almost every day with her adopted father training in several different martial arts and weapon handling. She proved to be incredibly good at the killing arts and by the time she was 16, she had begun to accompany Mikhail in most of his missions. However, as Sonya's fame rose, so did the rumors and expectations. At first, she took Mikhail's advice and ignored them, deciding that they were just spiteful words rooted in jealousy. Yet, the more missions she took on without her father's accompaniment, the louder they became. It wasn't until someone said it straight to her face that Sonya only got jobs from top mafia bosses because of who her father was that she finally snapped and almost killed the naysayer. She swore from then on that she would prove everybody wrong. Sonya packed up her things at 20 and left his home, leaving behind her last name and a dismayed Mikhail. Sonya made a quick stop at her old orphanage and scrounged around for old information about her. All she found was her original last name, 'Dmitriev', which was good enough for her.
Sonya traveled around Asia and Europe for a couple of years, taking on jobs from different, albeit small mafia families, but never once pledging her loyalty to any of them. She decided to keep her base of operations in Italy since that was where most of her jobs were coming from. After three years, she finally grew a good base of connections that spanned around the globe. Later that same year, a representative of the Vongola family met with her in person and offered her both a contract and a place in their famous family. Sonya took the offer immediately and since then, has worked exclusively for the Vongolas. By 28, she had risen up the ranks and had been enjoying a rather comfortable position where she wasn't a leader just yet, but still respected among her peers and higher ups. Also during that span of time, she was introduced to a certain right-hand man of the Vongola Decimo. Sparks flew between them almost immediately, but the struggle to choose love or duty was a constant argument they had. After their last bad break-up, they decided to call it quits for good. Since then, Sonya has avoided going to the main Vongola headquarters for fear of running into him and losing control over her emotions. It must have been the reason why the boss himself met with Sonya to discuss a new mission...
Overview: Sonya is a stunning red-head who was taken in by a famous mercenary and learned the tricks of the trade through him. She moved to Italy from Russia to make a name for herself and has worked with the Vongola family for a number of years. With a deadly temper and an eye for fashion, Sonya is a serious perfectionist who is married to her job.
