The knife was traced across my skin, slowly, leaving a line of blood in its wake. Then, in an instant, it darted sideways, ripping a patch of skin clean.
The first thing I noticed upon waking was that I had been screaming.
Frantically, I switched the light on, pushed the covers off of myself. The searing pain hastened my actions - I needed to stop the bleeding, and fast.
But when I caught sight of my leg, all that remained was a thin white scar. Just a memory.
I sighed, sitting up.
"Another nightmare, Little Sis?" asked Ezerion, "You sure do have them a lot."
I scowled at my companion. He knew fully well what I had been through. Of course I had nightmares.
Rubbing my eyes, I stood, the wonderfully soft carpet muting the sound of my footsteps until I reached the kitchen. I crept to the fridge on tip-toes, minimizing my contact with the cold tiles, and poured myself a glass of water.
"What time is it?" i asked, exhaling after taking a long sip.
"Hmm... looks like 5:39 AM," said the Shinigami.
I sighed. I was still tired, but if it was that late already, there was no point in trying to get more sleep. Instead, I sat cross legged on the bed and turned on the TV. More talk about Azrael, of course, and replays of the footage of his kills. There were even a few videos I had missed. I yawned grumpily. I needed to do something about this guy, and soon...

Well, we'd had to see. Ultimately, Eva is quite the scaredy-cat, and trusts no one, so it would be quite difficult to get her to work with you. =p
And, yes, I'm waiting for Near.

That might be convincing to Eva... but she would probably want to do the killing herself, and it's hard to imagine a method she couldn't employ herself.
Well, before anything like that could ever happen, I think Eva would have to have some reason to risk leaving the safety of her normal schedule. Otherwise, she would be content to just hide!
Hmm... I don't know! It would be fun to find a plausible way to get our characters to directly interact more! Too bad Eva would be way too afraid of something like that...
So bored. Someone talk to me!
I'm off to bed... maybe I'll post in the morning! Ciao!

Well, Miss Eva has lived quite a hard life, but she is not so needlessly messy!
