Alice shook her head, wiping the last of her tears away. The calming color of the sunset shining through the red tent wall and his presence was helping. Maybe it'd all been a bad dream...yeah, right. "No, not him. He knows I'm out all night and he won't think twice about it. I could be sleeping in some guy's bed and I don't think he'd care all that much," she smirked with a roll of her eyes.

"I was wanting to...to ask you something," she admitted, biting her lip again, avoiding eye contact before finally looking over at him, "but I feel like it's just going to sound stupid now. Not the right time. Or maybe you'll be afraid your answer will hurt me when I've already been crying," Alice went on, feeling like she was rambling at this point. She should probably explain or just let it go.

With her arms still around her legs her bare toes curled as the nervousness she'd felt earlier while arranging their sleeping bags made her stomach squirm. "Ah, your friends...you said they thought something might be going on between us," she started, taking a slow, deep breath to steady herself. "If- if they were right...what I mean is, I like being with you, so if eventually...is it totally out of the question that we could- that I..." she laughed weakly with a shake of her head, uncurling herself and grabbing her pillow and blanket to settle in. "Forget it, I'm rambling. The stars outside are gorgeous, I don't blame you if you want to sleep outside," Alice added, tucking a lock of hair behind her ear. "I think I'll stay in here, though."
that's not my best...i really, really hate intros lol i'm sorry. Anyway it gets us started finally :)
William Bancroft had the same schedule every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. He would wake up in the large, grand house that he resided in alone. He would leave the living quarters at eleven and go right down Main Street in his expensive suit with a hat that made his short stature of 5’7 a little less noticeable. At least that’s what he told himself. On Main Street Mr. Bancroft would always go through the same upscale tavern, The Pearl, order a meat pie with tea, and then proceed to wait.

Nobody kept William waiting long, however. They valued their lives too much to anger him, for this man had connections and could end almost any life he wanted. The two would meet, he would make a silent promise to get the black market items to the buyer, and get paid there on the spot. It was odd, to get paid before the item in question was given, but that was how he did business. Besides, he was well known enough to keep his word. After the contact would leave he would watch him walked away before pouring every gold coin out onto the table and proceed to count it. As he counted the man would bite each coin to make sure it wasn’t a fake, one by one. As if anyone would be stupid enough to try and fool Bancroft.

Satisfied, he would stand, leave what was needed to pay for his meal, and walk out the door and take the long way back to his home that passed the river. He was an awful person that did awful things, including spending time with those well under his age and kill for power or money. But none of these were why he was currently at the top of the Brotherhood’s list. He was on the list for what he was selling, and who he was selling to. But personally, the assassin assigned to him was glad he was dying for all the reasons listened above.

This particular Friday morning Taryn Reed was leaning on the iron railing of the balcony directly across from The Pearl’s door, a few floors above the crowded street. It was connected to a room of the inn she’d been staying on for the past three days, just for this mission. She wore black cloth boots that came up just below her knee over white pants that were barely seen beneath the white robe. It was unseemly for a woman to wear anything but a dress or skirt, but with robe open and flowing as it was, coming down to her knees, few noticed the unlady like attire. A brown belt was at her waist, matching the brown device at her wrist that held a hidden knife. The young twenty year old had the hood up of her robe, covering her honey blonde waves that usually came down mid-back when she didn’t have her locks up as she did. Blue eyes outlined in dark makeup scanned the people as she sighed, nibbling on her bottom lip. Today was the day, and William was due to arrive in about an hour. That gave her little time to figure out the missing part of her plan.

The woman leaned over and looked down, arms beneath her breasts as they stretched across the top railing. She wasn’t good at standing still, waiting, but this job required it. There were so many people beneath her, it was just as busy as she had been hoping on this bright, sunny day. The cobblestone road was lined with shops, and all the people filing in and out were so absorbed in their own lives that they never noticed the assassin watching them carefully. If she didn’t think of how to finish this plan she’d been working on all week, Taryn may just have to do it by herself, and that was going to be very, very risky…
Fantastic! I wrote you one more pm asking a question lol Like I said before I'll do my best to post this weekend at some point. I'm super excited! Oh and I don't care if there's no pic. I just happened to have one so I used it. I usually don't use them either, unless it's requested.

I like the first pic for her I'm just afraid she looks too young. And too...much perfect make up skin, that's the only thing. I want her to seem real. I'll probably be adding that in the intro in some way lol
