Physical Characteristics
General Appearance:

General Characteristics
Current Goal: To become captain of the dance team
Talents: dance, writing for the school paper
Fears: Afraid she won’t achieve her goal…or that it won’t fulfill her life like she thinks it will. Also drowning, she was never taught how to swim
General Personality: The only way Harper sees she can get by is to become popular. Some see this as shallow, but Harper doesn’t know what else to do with herself. So, throwing herself into the ‘popular group’ at school she acts almost too happy and parties frequently.
Inner Personality: With the losses in her life, Harper has learned to put on a show like no other that she’s satisfied with life and happy, but inside she fears it won’t bring her joy. She would rather stay at home on the computer, but where would that get her socially? While she may flirt, it never goes anywhere because she really only does it for attention.
Secret: Her inner personality is a pretty big secret, but the details will have to wait.

Background
Biography: Harper lost both her parents in middle school, and was adopted by her aunt and uncle, living with them and an older sister that puts even more pressure on her to be well known at school. She made the dance team her sophomore year and next year, as a senior, she hopes to make captain. After getting caught drinking at an ‘end of the school year’ party Harper was grounded for the summer, however, and isn’t allowed to go to any parties. Thankfully her aunt knows the parents of some of her classmates… she knows them from class. She actually likes them, but never hung out with them outside of class.

Other
Likes: writing her blog, scanning the internet, her puppy Sammy
Dislikes: the cold, swimming

(by the way, I know nothing about Australia and while I'm very happy to do my research, being specific on things like weather and letting me know if I...I don't know, somehow say something incorrect about the place would be super helpful! )
Do they all need to know each other? Like, in my CS do I need to connect them in someway?

Oh I has question. Since we have more females than males, some characters are just destined to be alone aren't they xD

No, I told the last person to join that if she wanted to make a female, I'd make a male character to join later, after Luke dies. :) Believe me that's my worst fear is somebody getting left out. Main reasons I don't do group rps very often, and I definitely don't join one that's been going for a while. They're always hard to slip yourself into, at least for me.
"Please, father; let me try again. I promise you I will get this alliance. Just give me another chance, I know I can do this! But there has to be another way! Let me find a way without that poor girl having to endure the torment we both know uncle will give her... Please..."

Oh, he shouldn’t have said that. Luke was scarily still, his eyes widening in shock. “Why do you care so much about what Rick does, Jaii?” he growled, taking a step forward and, without warning, throwing a punch at his son, right in the jaw. “Why don’t you mind your own damn business and remember your place? You aren’t alpha of this pack. You aren’t even Beta! Rick and Evans are true mates, there’s nothing you can do to change that!” A small ring let Luke know he’d received a text. Pulling his phone out he smirked, reading the message from his brother.

“They’re close. If you don’t believe me then ask them yourself. Either way they’re mating and you are never being given responsibility again. I should have gone myself instead of sending you.” His phone went off again, this time a call. “Leave, Jaii. I have more important things to do than babysit you.”

******

“Don’t you know it’s dangerous to text and drive?” Vera asked accusingly, looking over at Rick. They were going down the long paved road that led to the pack garage, and he was barely looking up from his phone.

“Don’t you worry about a thing, doll,” the Beta wolf answered, as if that was supposed to calm her. Soon enough they were parked and she stepped out with a sigh, sneakers skidding across the asphalt as she kicked the tire in frustration. Above those she wore a pair of dark jeans and a black long sleeve shirt. "Wonder where everyone is. Whatever, I’m starving, lets head to the kitchen. I had to skip breakfast because I drove all the way to pick you up,” he said, looking over at Vera as he led the way outside and through the front doors. It was a beautiful foyer; modern, fairly expensive. She had a feeling Mr. Talon did everything he could to look like money was no object to everyone around him. Was it a mask, or real?

“I’m not hungry,” Vera commented, getting a huff from Rick. He ran a hand over his brunette hair, barely looking at her. She would have said something more insulting, but a few children from the pack were playfully running from a room down the hallway and up the stairs. Judging by the fruit in their hands, they were probably coming from the kitchen. “Can’t I just sit outside while you grab something?”

“And risk you running? No, doll, you’re sticking with me.” The male shifter suddenly grabbed her by the wrist, receiving a growl from the younger woman. “Come on, we both know you won’t say a thing. You have nobody listening.” Rick jerked her forward, a startled cry following him to the kitchen. He immediately started searching the pantry and fridge for the necessities to make himself a few sandwiches.

“You’re an idiot, Ricky,” Vera muttered, sitting down in one of the many chairs at a rectangle dining table, looking rather bored as she put her chin on the table, black hair spilling out around her.. The kitchen really was beautiful and luxurious, she had to admit. High ceiling, island in the middle. Spending time in here might be nice, distracting herself with cooking. Not that she was any good, but if her life was over then why not take the time to learn?
“I apologize for not noticing you sooner. And it is difficult not to notice a lady of such elegance and beauty.”

And it begins. Claire smiled politely looking down, glad she wore a hat today. It would hide any foul look she wanted to give him before they could really talk. Such elegance and beauty…why the sudden flattery? After a moment she looked up, her smile gone. “I’d just arrived, Nicholas, no need for an apology.”

He went on to ask where her horse was, and assumed she didn’t ride. It only angered her further, for it reminded her of her father denying her request. “Of course I love riding, I’d be outside practicing every day if I could, as uncomfortable as side saddle can be,” she quickly answered, looking at Nightshade with longing. It was a beautiful name, really, but he didn’t need to know that. “But father wouldn’t let me take one of my horses. He was afraid I would run away, Nicholas, which brings us to why I asked you to come.”

Claire slipped her left glove off and stroked Nightshade’s neck. He was very well taken care of, obviously loved. Still watching the horse she began her rant, too frustrated to look him in the eyes. “First of all, I know it isn’t polite to meet in secret. You don’t have to act like I’m a child that doesn’t know how to act. I understand the confusion with my…background,” she muttered, figuring it was best to get that out in the open now. No point in pretending it wasn’t a factor in this marriage. “But I simply meant away from our fathers. They obviously have too much influence, I’m sorry for the confusion. So if meeting at the park is making you uncomfortable, we can go elsewhere.” Her words were sharp, her tone angered as her eyes finally flickered to him.

“Nicholas, why are you doing this? Please stop being polite and be frank with me. After last night nothing you say will convince me this is out of love. So is it the money? Because there are some very wealthy women out there that would need only a few sweet nothings whispered in their ear before they were yours.” Claire touched the horse again, finding comfort in the animal. “I guess what I’m asking is- my reputation has kept everyone else away. Why not you?”
Oh gosh you guys are fast. You're going to keep me very busy with this rp, aren't you lol
Yes, they lose the clothes.

Again, like I said I forget this stuff is common in what I read and not to others. In shifter society it's pretty usual to see each other naked, but it's not like...acceptable to just parade around in your birthday suit. Like, don't be a weirdo about it, unless you want to be- well, weird. :)

My character, for instance. She probably won't change unless there's danger or she's going for a run on pack territory, by herself or with a pack (more likely with the pack, with the animal within shifters will want to run together. Wolves are social creatures and most don't like being alone). Or if she wants wolfy sex, but...uh, moving on.

But that's just mine, not a rule by any means. But being naked on the streets and stuff will you get you in trouble, of course. Psh, humans. They just don't understand.
Oh- I haven't read anyone's posts but I forgot some basic stuff that I assumed was known, but in a fantasy world you have to cover all your bases :)

Wolves can't talk. They can't mentally talk either, except by "feeling" emotions. I feel like animals can do that, don't you?. Anyway, they may think like humans in that form, but they're still animals. They communicate like wolves. I've personally read up a lot on the animals because I'm a perfectionist (or just obsessed) like that, I study everything I write about beforehand. Not that you have to, I'm just saying. Anyway...okay...I'll shut up :)

And the pack can feel the presence of each other. A link, a bond...and when part of the pack breaks away, they're cut off from that link. The alpha feels is stronger than anyone. It's a basic concept if you read shifter novels, so I forget to explain...or maybe I already did...I don't remember. I'm sorry. Now I'll shut up. lol

MUHAHAHAHA! And evil idea has come to me to both get my character involved and create some serious chaos! Okay okay, so here is the idea:The VSC decided it was time to start causing havoc for the biggest pack, the Claymore. The opportunity presented itself when they learned that one of the higher ups, Rick, was in the process of attempting to forge an alliance with a smaller pack, the Tatlow pack, by becoming the mate of the daughter of the pack's alpha. The current objective, which will be presented to Alika in the IC, is the first gather as much intel on the arrangement as possible, then, frame one of them for the murder of the other. According to their already acquired intel, this could seriously destabilize the region, and could prompt a war between the two packs. The ultimate goal of this, is to have this war as an excuse for the government to institute stricter laws that they will be then be able to enforce without looking bad. Of course, I'm sure it would be preferred if Rick were the one to actually die. So any thoughts? Suggestions? Objections? Remember, this plan could easily backfire, not to mention one may somehow discover it, or even the existence of the VSC operation itself.

Normally I would think this is awesome, and very creative. I'm always looking for help when it comes to plot. But in this case, we're already killing Luke and I need Rick as a potential threat later. There is already a "war" of sorts created in what we'll do over the next few days. I was thinking Rick would get angry over maybe the land they find and start a pack on, or just the fact that he was humiliated by his nephew. At any rate, without Rick in charge most of the Claymore pack would probably follow Jaii and all our problems would be solved. And we don't want our problems solved, no fun in that ;)

If I'm missing something you're saying then please tell me, but that's how I'm seeing it.

Honey, I was up all night and I'm in a different time zone to ya xDHahaha, oh god, it's 7am here now and I'm just so happy to be roleplaying again!Okay, down to business; as you can see from my post which I posted before even bothering to look at the OOC due to my excitement (Oh god, I'm rambling) Jaii is against things like that anyway. He cares about the happiness and wellbeing of others whether they want him too or not. When I was making the CS I had no idea of where you wanted the scene so I was looking towards the mating ceremony either way; pull or no pull. Though that would make things interesting especially since his uncle seems to be one of those types to call her his possession and wouldn't give her up easily (Please someone stop me from rambling...) But again, that would just make things more fun. Okay, I'm gunna shut up and wait to post in either IC or OOC now... >w<;;;

lol you're not rambling. Yeah, the "pull" makes things more complicated in some ways, but I needed a reason for them to break off the ceremony quick. Vera's too proud to ask for help, so this way Jaii has even more reason to fight. It's gonna be fun ^^ I like him already.
