Congratulations on finishing your exams! It's another lazy day for me. Ha, as usual.

And nice post, but she better be careful, she may have a skilled captain to fight. *Dun dun dunnn*
Happy BIRTHDAYYYY!

Woo to the June babies!

Ace had heard him ask if she was okay, but she continued moving. If she could still move, then everything was fine. "This place is a let down- oof!" She stumbled back as Harper collided into her. She grabbed his arms to keep him from toppling over and to keep her from falling as well. "Watch where you're going would you?"

Ace's hands moved to Harper's shoulders and she looked over him when he stammered. "Blood? Where- oh." She squinted a few times as he ran the light over the words. It was hard to read them in the dark. "The...rabb..its...are..n..ot...wha..t th-ey...seem...? The rabbits are not what they seem?" Ace let go of Harper and moved closer to the shelf. It did kind of look like blood, but was it really? "I couldn't tell you what happened. But maybe someone knows something about queeny that we don't. Oh, I wonder if she's a witch!"

"Well~" She took a closer look at the paint cans. Each one was opened so she peeked into the. Unfortunately, brown, black, and white were the only colors she saw. "Maybe the red paint is miss-" The basement suddenly shook and Ace fell along with Harper. Seeing the new set of steps, Ace stuck her tongue at Harper playfully. "Yeah, be careful you say." She mocked before standing and helping him up.

She grinned at the mention of being in a horror movie. "Well, if that's the case, we can't be the idiots who fall on our butts all the time!" She paused, taking a step forward. "But we will be the crazy psychos that go into the more dangerous parts of the place." She took another step forward into the dark. "We're just going to be the smart ones who don't die." Ace took a few more steps down the stairs, looking around in the dim light. For some reason, their glow jars weren't working as well in this darkness. They weren't as bright as before. Hopefully the flashlight would fix that.

"You're still here right Harper?" She spoke softly as she moved along in the dark. When she kicked something, Ace froze and stepped backwards quickly. There was a clinking sound, and Ace lowered the jar to see a saw. . . Stained with red- hopefully that was paint. Ace inched forward seeing more various tools. Some of them clean and others not so much. "You were right about horror movie Harper... And I think we found someone who really, really didn't like those bunnies." She looked down to see a can and noticed the red. "Um Harper don't freak but, I found that...paint from upstairs. Well, don't freak out at all really. It's too dark to panic. You might run into something."

Even Ace was a little cautious at this point. It looked like a massacre of bunnies mixed with stuffing in the secret sub-basement- even though she could only see glimpses and bits of it. "This is- something shiny." Something silver caught her attention and she moved toward it. It was a clip holding random pieces of paper. It didn't interest Ace in the slightest- what did was the old carrot rifle that was behind it.

"Oh look-" When she reached for it a loose newspaper clipping fell off the silver clip. Ace caught it and gave it a look. "Bring that flashlight over." Though as she said it, Ace moved closer to Harper to put the paper under the light.

"Whoa. Queeny has a bad side. Drownings are a little crazy don't you think?" Ace looked up at Harper wondering what he thought of it. But before she could ask, the sound of the door sliding closed above them made her sigh. "Well...isn't that dandy. There's either another way to open it- or there's another door out." Ace was thinking out loud and searching around. To keep things 'calm', she continued to talk and keep focused. "Hey Harper, what do you think? About the drownings?" She kept Harper close, but still wandered around to see if she could find a way out. These pays off scary movies, normally they quotidian end up getting separated and possibly attacked, so they had be careful which meant reckless Ace had to be a little more serious but reckless Ace.
Enasi rolled his eyes at the comment and glanced up at Seishu. "I think you're saying that for the wrong minions." He scoffed playfully and rested his head down. If anyone, he'd probably pimp out Rasha and Kaila, the ones who would do anything for him. The two little ones still had their innocence, although he was sure Inui's would be gone once he got to the Nightmare Realm, so Seishu could only get so much out of them. He smiled at their precious innocence and sighed. Instead of scolding the guardian, Rue changed the subject.

"It would be best for us after dinner, I do agree." Enasi said and scooted some to get more comfortable. Cho was the best chef he had, and an excitable one. The guardian felt proud for his minion when Seishu complimented him. He closed his eyes for a brief moment as he relaxed, making both minions a little worried.

"Lord Enasi, you can't fall asleep! Not unless Mister Seishu does too!"

"You don't want to be all alone right?"

A small smile formed on his lips as he listened to the concerned voices. Enasi opened his eyes to see two large pair rather close to him. With a giggle, he sat up some. "I'm not falling asleep, calm down." They both nodded in relief and relax, watching Spike proceed to crawl his way up to the dream guardian since he was the only one on the bed that he had never messed with.

The troops saluted and three of the five were now extra cautious on patrol. They had others with them, but they didn't explain themselves when they had their squads sending traitorous minions farther than normal from the base. It was merely a matter of safety so they would say. They didn't need the entire camp getting excited over nothing but hope.

"Good work today Fuan. You're an exceptional doctor." Crios gently patted the deer woman's shoulder. She twiddled her thumbs in embarrassment and smiled.

"T-Thank you sir. It's an honor to hear that from you." She looked around at the near empty wing. She and the staff had managed to get most of the people healed and out and about. With the urgency of how things seemed, Fuan knew they'd need all the help, they could get. Soldiers were able to return to Harper in good shape. The travelers were able to go to and from realms with ease, and collect some of the extra positive energy to take home.

There were only three severely injured patients left, but each one needed some decent rest for the time being. "I need you to help me with one last task before I let you go." The urgency of it made her nod and follow him. "Remember when I showed you the belt of equipment I made for Night?" When she nodded, he continued, pulling said belt out. "Well, we're going to make one for Lord Enasi. Don't question why, I don't need you getting worked up alright? Just help me."

Being a passive little deer, Fuan nodded and began helping by grabbing the needles and putting in amounts of positive energy into them. Crios slipped one needle inside while Fuan wasn't paying attention. It was an emergency sedative for his guardian. If anything drastic were to happen, and he hoped nothing would, he would want Seishu to inject him with it. The liquid would more than likely knock him out so he wouldn't have to face too much pain. And he'd be much easier to carry back home. The thought of his guardian injured was chilling, but Crios had to take precautions either way. When it was, he put the belt on his desk to give to Seishu right before they left for the Nightmare Realm.

"Go get some rest. You've done excellent." He watched as Fuan nodded and walked out the medical wing, following her as well. The evening staff would arrive no time later to care for the last three patients in there.

"Alright! So here and here are the quickest exits to the palace. There's only two, but there are plenty of escape routes to get out of the city in general for example," Rasha pointed towards the end of town and to the forest area not too far away. "Perfect hiding place. I'd suggest the ones who could fly, take that route. The treetops are pretty thick and safe to hide in." He continued his report, letting Harper carefully eye the map. He'd pinpoint his own places to show more ways to get out. "Well~?"

Harper raised an eyebrow, knowing Rasha wanted some sort of gratitude. But the rabbit smirked and leaned against his desk. "Next." With a huff, Rasha projected the schedule for the town. It was pretty repetitive. Nothing really changed too much in their schedule and everyone send happy nonetheless. Once more did they go through, pinpointing everything they needed to along with routing places with the map.

"That's everything you told me to do."

With a small smirk, Harper nodded. "You did good. . . For a criminal." Rasha turned into his cat form and jumped in delight before hopping onto Harper's shoulder once more. He gave large hopeful eyes and purred gently. To make himself seem more innocent he nuzzled Harper's cheek before giving him the look once more, almost like asking if he could leave back to Seishu.
Post is up!
B-B-Boss fight! Ha, well sort of. You all can attack the Captain (pfft, except for Luro and Runali) as much as you like but you can't kill him. *looks at Kai*
He's got skills and such so use that.
Annd do what you like from there. Control a lieutenant to fight, control navy peoples, escaping peoples, etc etc. I think you guys get the gist.
"Sir! The pirates have taken out a lot of our crew! One has managed to start freeing the slaves!"

There was a slam on the desk and the man reporting froze. "How many are out there?!" The captain's fists created dents in the desk. The next few words only made him fume and throw the desk aside. "HOW CAN 6 PIRATES BE ADVANCING OVER AN ENTIRE SHIP!?" The messenger shrank back some as the captain stood, grabbing his sword and gun. The reason they counted six was because Dani had been counted as a pirate. Of course the didn't know she was fighting for her own life.

"Have all of the crew focus on rounding up our prisoners! We can't sell what we don't have!" The man stomped out of his quarters.

"Aye aye Captain Pars!" The messenger ran off to alert the others.

Down below deck at the very bottom where Luro was freeing slaves, a few of them ran up to hug him, all of the others praising him as well. "Thank you, thank you!"

"I never thought a pirate would be the one to save us!"

"You have our eternal debt!"

"You're such a brave young man!"

There were more praises like that, although Luro didn't get the kisses he asked for. One older male whistled out to them. "Come on! There are a few small boats on the sides of the ship! We can escape with those!"

"What about our babies!?"

One woman nearest Luro looked at him frantically. "Those evil men took our children and put them somewhere on the ship!" It was a rather large ship- almost three times as big as Coral so that would make finding them a lot more difficult. "Please! Help us!"

- - - -

"Hm, nope. Not here. . . Nope. What about this- Definitely not it!" Runa was walking around the large ship, opening doors to figure out what would be useful- and where on earth the captain of the ship was. The person had to be somewhere! The latest door she opened was filled with angry chefs. When she slammed the door shut, the sound of various knives hit the door. "I'd rather not become the next entrée..."

Runa was maneuvering on top of the beams that were holding the ceiling in place. There was enough space for her to sit on them and move around. After the fifth door, she hooked her legs on the beam she was sitting on to be upside down near the door.

She was not expecting to see a little more than a dozen pair of large eyes staring at her. "I'm going to guess you guys don't belong here. . ." One of the older children, probably around twelve stood as the spokesperson.

"We were separated from our parents. They are somewhere else on the ship! Can you help us?!" Well obviously Runa couldn't just leave them to perish. She flipped off the beam and jumped down.

"Alright kiddies. Grab a buddy and follow me! Stay close and keep your heads low." They were pretty good listeners. The older ones grabbed younger kids and Runa ended up holding...a baby- well a toddler. "To think I'd be put on babysitting duty. I am the captain. There could be an important fight and here I am..." She heard the sound of footsteps, and led them off in a different direction.

All of the pirates fighting Kai and Danny retreated and the ones attacking Ray had stopped. All of them ran below deck to stop Luro and Runali from escaping with the prisoners.

But meanwhile, Captain Pars had made his way onto the main deck with a set of guns on his back and a cutlass on his side. There were a few lieutenants behind him- four to be exact-. "You all are no doubt the dirty pirates who are attacking my ship. . . I run a good business here you know. And you're ruinin' that." He looked between the ones on the main deck. Picking out Kai, he pointed the cutlass at him. "You're the captain? Your crew can watch you die. And then they'll replace the lost slaves."
Doing dandy, and woo, for the weekend! I'll probably have a post in the morning for you all.

It's official, Kai is now a teacher whether he likes it or not hah.
YOU GUYS CHECK OUT THE NEWS.
Thank you.

Aoba looked at Kuro as he spoke. He gave looks of being shocked, and then appalled at the sudden stories. "That is awful. . ." Humans were portrayed so horribly thanks to that image. It was a little extreme, but that's what Aoba thought automatically. He looked down at the water. "I. . . Sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound like that." He nodded in understanding and looked off to the side of the house. At first, he could have sworn he saw Dani peeking around the corner, but when he blinked, nothing was there.

Aoba shrugged it off and began to follow suit in cleaning off. His gaze went over Kuro a few times as he did, but he'd quickly look away. When Dani looked back, he noticed the toy occasionally eyeing his younger brother and grimaced. 'I can't believe he's actually. . . Of all the demons that nerd couldn't be. . . Ugh, that dumb toy eyeing my stupid brother. . .' He growled a little, but went back to the front to stay hidden. The demon seemed to have a silent fit. The growl echoed lightly and Aoba turned to the sound.

He gave a curious look in the darkness before turning back to Kuro. "So..." He said a little awkwardly as it fell silent. "Dani won't be able to eat our new little animals will he? What about Father Gerard? What if Dani tries to attack him? If he comes back...?"
All who's left in the room now are casually sitting around as usual. Crios finally deems that he's not needed for the time being and stands. "As of now, you're fine Night. I'm going to go check on the medical wing Lord Enasi, if you don't mind." His things were packed and stored away before he stood up. Enasi nodded and smiled.

"If you say you're done, then by all means tend to your other tasks. You're not required to stay here when you're finished." He gave another nod as Crios bowed and walked off. He watched as Rue and Inui played with the scorpion, only for the two to stare at him happily.

"Lord Enasi! Come sit with us!" Rue bounced at the foot of the bed, reaching over and gesturing for him to get up. Inui smiled and scooted over, gently nudging Seishu over with pillows to make room. He pulled pillows from the dozens on the bed and fluffed them too.

Enasi giggled as they attempted to make the bed more comfortable. "Well if Seishu doesn't mind." He sort of expected Seishu not to, but he wanted to be on the safe side. So, Enasi climbed into the bed next to his counterpart and Rue and Inui giggled. Inui sat comfortably on Enasi's lap as he scooted downward to rest his head on Seishu's shoulder. Rue rested against Seishu across from Inui.

Walking through the portal, Kaila ducked down, sneaking his way back to camp. Everyone was quietly around the camp, resting up. Kaila searched the base, looking for the two siblings. It didn't take too long, since they came up to him for news.

"Anything new?"

"Anything at all?"

Normally they expected a no from Kaila, and they would sigh and go about their business, but when Kaila nodded both brightened considerably. Kaila immediately silenced them, signaling for them to keep quiet. "I need the both of you to scout the human realm for the next two days. Lord Seishu will be there restoring his energy for a trip here." He silenced them before they could cheer. "You're to aid him got it?" They both nodded and followed Kaila as he began picking out a select few.

This select few so happened to be the ones that Kaila took on a trip to the Dream Realm. All five of them gave curious looks as Kaila stood in the center of them. "Important news, so listen up. You must stay silent of this. If they find out, it'll be trouble for us all." Now that he had everyone's attention, he continued. "In two days, Lord Seishu will be here. Unfortunately, it's just a visit. But nonetheless, he is returning. So in that time, we need to make sure we can heal him as much as possible, and keep him hidden." There were a few gasps and sounds of excitement, so he continued. "It's not going to be as easy as we think. The Guardian of the Dream Realm will be accompanying him. His energy is a sure giveaway, so we have to be extra careful. Not only this, but we have to keep both of them safe."

Kaila knew the consequences of tearing Balance, and to protect his own guardian, he had to protect the Dream Guardian as well. "Is that clear?"
