Instead of going to get the feed as he was pointing out, Kuro came closer. "No, Kuro it's right there-." When he felt the hand around his waist, it was obvious he wasn't getting the feed. Aoba's cheeks darkened rather quickly when he was kissed. This time he was sure he did nothing to deserve a kiss. Unless he was being rewarded for feeding the sheep, but if that was the case it was a team effort and they still had other animals to feed. "It's not really necessary to. . ."

His eyes looked up and into Kuro's eyes as he spoke. 'W-What is he talking about? And as he continued speaking, Aoba was still flushed. Kuro...What are you...Why?' It touched him, a few simple words and Aoba started to tear up a little. ....I will not leave you, I will not abandon you, and I will never, cast you away. Why was that so meaningful to him? Why did it make him so happy to hear those simple words? Aoba rubbed his eyes with a clean part of his sleeve as he tried to keep himself together. He always forced himself to push away the reality and cruelty of his life. To him, it was just another thing that happened that he would quickly move on from. Hearing something like that only reminded him of such things, but Kuro. . . He made him feel like he mattered.

As Kuro dedicated himself to Aoba, he twiddled his thumbs, blushing furiously. "Kuro you're immortal. You don't have to do something so. . . You really don't have to." Aoba's voice was soft and he looked down, shaking his head. He tried to deter him from such a crazy idea. He felt his palms warm up and get clammy so he held them behind his back. It was a lot more complicated to ignore the pounding in his chest, and the slightly queasy feeling that rose. What's this fluttery feeling I have in my chest?.... It can't be me falling for Kuro...' Aoba may not have known about humans too well, but emotions were emotions. Those were practically universal. 'It's...just because of his little speech... Or am I crazy to think I could ever be in love with a demon? Doesn't the world hate me enough? Of course, anger everyone more. There were so many complications to just having feelings for someone completely different. That, and he was a demon. . . Father Gerard wasn't going to like this.

Aoba didn't even realize that he was standing in surprise until he slowly blinked and then noticed Kuro walked off. "I-" He started, but couldn't figure out what to say. So, on a wild impulse, he walked over to help with the barrel for the pigs. He glanced over at Kuro and then leaned over giving him a light peck on the cheek. "Thank you. . . For caring so much. It means a lot." He looked away and then at the pigs. It was at that moment he truly felt happy that someone cared so much for him. Even if that someone was a demon, the foreign feeling was nice and it made him smile.

When Realms Collide {AkiBlue & PopeAlessandros}

Enasi still had a noticeable blush on his cheeks from the heated kiss. The guardian sat there quietly, watching the interaction go on just as usual. He wasn't going to admit that the kiss surprisingly enough, made him a little- . . . He shook his head, focusing on the suddenly bouncy Cho. He smiled at the dream minion's happiness. "Good for you Cho. You're the best chef in the Dream Realm and you can cook Nightmare food. You're truly diverse and capable." The compliment was taken to heart as he hurried to his cart. He bowed, and was beaming for the remainder of his stay. That surely was going to keep him happy for awhile.

Then the fight broke out suddenly. Like normal, Enasi got a little concerned, but relaxed when he realized it was just them playing around. Finn and Starla watched the fight, betting who'd win. They did so in silence, not wanting to interrupt the fight. Finn voted for Rasha and Starla voted for Spike. Cho watched with curiosity as the little rascals fought. When it was over, Starla rolled her eyes as Finn smirked and nudged her. It was a dumb bet, but now she had to clean the weeds out the garden. Finn knew he'd end up helping her out of pity, but it was fun to think about.

Harper waited for the little brawl to end, wondering why they were fighting anyway. Once they applauded and congratulated, the rabbit spoke. "Ready when you guys are." That's when the Dream Guardian sat up and nodded. While everyone waited for Seishu to finish, the siblings went off into the portal to scope out the area and make sure it was safe enough. The trio stayed by Seishu's side, although Rue was more eager to see the realm than to be around Seishu. So when Enasi stood, he flew to the guardian's side and held his hand.

"Are you ready, are you ready?" Enasi laughed gently and shook his head. It made Rue look over at Seishu still comfortable, and he nodded but bounced in eager anticipation like a child who wanted something.
