"Continue on." Harper gestured for Finn to continue discussing what he had to. Finn nodded and stood on one side of Harper while Starla took the other side. Starla let her brother do all the talking, and she just looked ahead quietly listening and admiring the fact that the rabbit managed to be Enasi's second in command. He had to be top notch and the best at his craft in order to be in that rank. One day, Starla hoped to be that high in rank and be at Lord Enasi's side. It would take time, but she was going to work at it.

"I think it's just odd. . . There's normally a moderate flow of Nightmares. But it's like whoever is in charge on the other side is telling them to stop. None of the Dream minions need to go out there to fix anything either so, it's at a standstill." Finn nodded and Harper thought it over. It did sound weird, but he didn't want to panic either of the guardians. Especially not Seishu- not after his outburst. "I don't know what to make of it, but I decided it would be best to bring it up to mention."

"I appreciate that you did. Now, you two go on and rest up. You need all your energy." Finn nodded and waited for Starla to move by his side. Instead the flower girl stood in front of Harper.

"Tell me! How did you become Lord Enasi's second in command? That's something really hard to be. And he must trust you immensely." Starla looked up at him with admiration, wanting to know how he did it and what it would take to have a high ranking position.

Enasi's cheeks only darken as he staggered forward. He tried to compose himself, but ended up letting Seishu guide him to sit down. Of course, instead of sitting Seishu pulled him to lay on top of him. He was going to roll over to his side but ended up staying put when he felt arms locking around him.

He returned the gentle kiss before he treated his head. His eyes closed and he relaxed as Seishu runs fingers through his hair. He purred faintly, only to wrinkle his nose when it was licked. With a yawn, he rested his head. "I do hope you mean actually sleep." He managed to pull the cover up half way, and soon started to doze off.

Rasha finished explaining the process of how energies mixed between two dreams came together and how it created a child. And how in the human realm things were a tad different and only a woman could get pregnant. "Yep, that's pretty much it. And now, " He noticed Inui's yawns and curled his tail around him. "Bed time." He tucked them in and then turned to his animal form to snuggle in between the two. They weren't his guardians, but they were still comfortable.
Aoba's wings immediately folded and he heaved a sigh when he was carried. He realized how tired he was when he let Kuro carry him around like a ragdoll. "Bleh. . . Yeah, you're right. . . Exercise. . . Later." He stuck his tongue out and hung his head to watch as Dani waved them away. Everything was getting farther away as he watched the world from an upside down view. Kuro rambled on about food and the angel realized he hadn't eaten in some time. His mortal instincts and complaints kicked in and his stomach growled some. It couldn't have possibly been that long since he had eaten...? The day seemed to fly by. They only worked for a couple of hours, maybe 5 at best. And there was plenty of sunlight in the sky. . .

It must have been all the hard labor he had to do that made him hungry. Kuro spoke of buying groceries and Aoba lifted his head up some. "Oh! I read somewhere that the essentials foods that humans normally buy are. . . In food groups. Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy... hmm one, two, three, oh Grains and.... Protein! I don't know if that'll help, but apparently I'm supposed to eat one of each. Sounds like a lot, but maybe I can have each in tiny portions to make one regular meal." He huffed and watched the world upside down again. "Being human is so weird."

The town got closer and they landed in an alley. The fallen angel held onto Kuro until his feet were solid on the ground. "I remember passing a place that said 'something Market'. It was. . . That way." He moved away from Kuro, leading the way to the busiest place in the town. Seeing all the people going in and out, Aoba folded his wings more and moved closer to Kuro. He didn't say anything, but he did look around as people grabbed things from shelves and placed them in baskets. "So...what are we to get?"

Some casual fishing.

Hi guys!

Did you eat cool cake Fox?
"We should let the guardians have some time to themselves. You know, just to make sure everything is okay with them." Rasha whispered to the little minions. They pouted a little, positive that the two were fine, but decided not to argue the older minion. They followed him away from the door. "We should get some rest it's technically time for bed. I don't think Lord Enasi will mind if he uses his room!" The thought made Rue and Inui laugh softly and they eagerly followed Rasha. Enasi's bed was soft as clouds and so comfortable. Rue couldn't help but try it out when he was going to get clothes for the guardians.

Harper didn't protest. In fact, he urged them to leave as heard the soft thump against the door. And when he hears the various purrs from both guardians, the rabbit led the way away from the door and towards where his guards were usually resting. He refrained from giving the embarrassed look he wanted to, keeping his mind away from many thoughts of where their actions may have led. "It's been awful quiet in the human realm actually. I think that's pretty out of place. Normally they swarm- and at least one or two are in the quieter places." Thankfully, Finn moved his attention.

Crios gives another, more content sigh and slowly let go of Cho. The chef caught on to his tail as it slid away and then playfully hugged on to it. "You're tail has always been so soft and cuddly." That light flush darkens a little as he remembered the countless times Cho would play with his tail. With a soft giggle, Cho let it go and turned. "You should get back to work. I'm sure you have things to attend to. After all, you are head of the medical staff."

Crios gave a small nod and couldn't help the smile. It seemed like old times again. "We both should be getting rest actually. It's not healthy to work so much you know." He crossed his arms and turned. His ears twitched lightly as he heard Cho laugh and walk off.

"What a hypocrite." Crios rolled his eyes and walked toward Seishu's room, only to run into Harper and the plant siblings.

"Everything will be fixed. Don't worry, we'll get through whatever screw ups Gin caused." Before he could consider consoling or coddling him, Seishu had his own plans. And for once Enasi didn't object. He kissed him back, resting his hands on his shoulders. He couldn't help the various purrs as he felt the wandering free hand. Eventually, his eyes open and he pulls away from the kiss. Only because he needed to breathe, and because he would much rather have been sitting so he didn't lose his balance- like how he was starting to forget about everything else around the two.
Aoba watched as Dani flew off. He assumed Dani thought his teaching was over and decided to let Kuro handle it. He looked down, flying above the demon and listened to him speak. Aoba made sure Dani was on the ground before he whispered softly. "Dani isn't a very good teacher." He poked his own cheek lightly, before he gave a shrug. "I don't mind the help." His cheeks puffed up slightly and he added, "I can fly. I just haven't in awhile. I'm not that pathetic." He stuck his tongue out playfully. While he was talking with Kuro, his flying became a lot smoother and better. But once his concentration turned to flying itself, he wasn't as good.

He looked down at Kuro again as he explained a few things. 'Follow my instincts, don't fight them. Aoba took a deep breath and flew upwards some to move from above Kuro. 'Don't think. Just do.' His eyes closed and he felt the gentle breeze ruffling his feathers. With a gentle sigh, he flapped his wings once despite being told that he shouldn't. His wings caught the breeze and he began gliding and following the wind patterns. He hummed a soft song to low for many to hear as he flew around. It was getting a lot easier than he expected. Although, it was tiring using his wings so much at such a random notice so his pace slowed.

He felt like a kite in the wind. It was a nice feeling. When he looked down everything the animals seemed so small and the area he called his was rather large. The scenery was nice from where he was. And far away, he noticed the town. Everything was so nice to look at. With him enjoying the scenery, he didn't realize he had been hovering the entire time. Aoba smiled and spiraled in joy at being able to fly, before he lowered closer to the ground. "This takes...a lot more work than....I thought."
Dani's attention turned when he noticed both his brother and Aoba take off into the sky. His head tilted curiously as he watched Aoba take off. The angel wobbled a little, but eventually steadied himself. "Hmph, he can't fly? What can that toy do..." Even though he may have looked at the angel as fairly useless, Dani still wanted him. And had already made the pact. So, he watched with a small interest, ignoring the animals. Although the animals were perfectly fine with Dani not tormenting them.

Aoba flew up, and wavered a little. His balance was a little off, but he easily got that. He didn't realize that flying without the aid of his power would be a lot more complicated. Thankfully, without too much use of his wings with them, there wasn't too much of a change. Staying in one spot was difficult, so he flew upward a couple of times. "Speed and maneuvering? I can do that." With a nod, Aoba flapped his wings forcefully and flew off to a short distance. It was fast, but he usually did that only for short bursts. He didn't normally fly for very long anyway. Aoba's stopping was abrupt, but his turns were shaky.

"This is... fun." Aoba laughed lightly and flew around. It wasn't too fast, but he flew up to try diving. When he folded his wings, he started to dive. It was fine at first, but when he opened his wings to catch himself, he staggered and began falling. Before he could panic too much, he felt arms around him. He thought it was Kuro, so was a little surprised to see Dani with a smug grin. "Thank you!"

Dani looked a little surprised by the sudden hug but nodded and patted his head. "Yeah sure. Don't need you damaged or anything." He did manage to stick his tongue out childishly to Kuro when he received the hug. The demon pulled Aoba away, but held his wrists, to keep him up while he they flew. "My dumb little brother can't teach you how to fly! I'm better at it than he is." He stuck his tongue out again, more so because he got Aoba's attention rather than the little angel being under Kuro.

"Oh, well. Okay?" Aoba glanced over at Kuro, but was immediately pulled forward. He had to keep up with Dani as he tugged Aoba along to fly around. Eventually he let go and flew around the angel a few times. Dani poked at him every now and then, tugging at his wings to keep them straight when they were suppose to be.

"It's easy! Just flap a few times, and then hover. Nothing to it!" And then he'd demonstrate, making it seem easy. Aoba didn't have the heart to tell him that he didn't have good teaching skills, so he just tried to learn it on his own quietly.
Enasi and the rest of the dream minions watched the display and smiled. The nightmares didn't know it, but in their own little way they had a cute way of showing their affection and care for one another. The light in the brothers' eyes was eager and willing, just as eager as when they wanted to help their own guardian. "We'll see you guys later!" Rasha waved his paw as the brothers left. They kindly saluted and the dream denizens followed Finn and Starla to the portal they started to create.

The Dream Guardian gave a small look of surprise when Seishu turned and hugged him. Gently, he patted his his head in comfort. "Don't worry, one more day to go. You'll get to see the soon. But you have to remember to be careful and conserve your energy." He embraced him in a tight hug as he coddled. When Enasi let go, he led Seishu to the portal. "Come on. You should get some rest. You've had a long day." His voice was soft and soothing as he spoke.

The two were the last ones through the portal, and Harper greeted them with a bow. "Welcome back." Enasi smiled and then walked Seishu to his room. Not seeing Crios, he assumed the fox went to take a break. Which was good because the poor doctor worked himself to death sometimes. "Everything is fine here." Harper reported and only smiled when he got a thank you.

"Um. . . Cho?" Crios gently pushed the door open to the kitchen. His tail moved closer to him when he spotted the staff staring at him. They all stopped cleaning for a brief moment, wondering why the doctor was there. He looked around, and then almost immediately spotted Cho bouncing toward him. The chef clapped his hands and the staff got to work. When Cho was in front of him, Crios for some reason felt like when he was younger and knew the hyperactive chef.

"What brings you around here?" The chef gave a curious look and leaned against the door. Crios held up the plate and coughed lightly.

"You left- well you missed one of the plates. So, yeah. Here you go." Cho casually took the plate and tossed it to one of the staff who easily caught it. Crios kept his tail still as possible, but his ears twitched when Cho spoke up.

"Well? Was that all?" Cho had a slightly hopeful look. He gave a gentle smile as Crios ran fingers through his hair. While the doctor tried to think of something to say, Cho leaned forward and kissed his cheek. "Thank you doctor." He smiled and then turned back to help the staff clean. Crios nodded and then turned away, sighing softly.
"Fun? And exercise?" He echoed. He knew what each were, even if he didn't practice either, but he didn't know how they could have fun around the barn. And he was sure they did enough exercising lifting and doing all that labor. But, Aoba didn't complain. He was staring to just assume 'Kuro knew best'. If he wanted to, then if Aoba had the strength then sure, he would follow. When his wings spread Aoba watched with childlike curiosity. He started to reach out to touch them, but pulled his hands behind his back. He didn't want to accidentally upset Kuro, or worse, freak him out. Then again, he didn't want to accidentally mess them up. Kuro did say they were fragile.

The fallen angel took all that into consideration and decides to just watch. He looked over to Dani and smiled toward his silly behavior. "I hope he doesn't get upset if one of the animals succeeds..." His head turned when Kuro spoke in a soft manner. At the permission, Aoba lit up like a child and clasped his hands together. "Really? Can I?" He was answered when Kuro's wings spread out wider and he rocked a little on his toes. The fallen angel didn't know why his wings were so interesting to him, but he really wanted to examine them. And when he realized how excited he must've sounded, Aoba's face flushed lightly and he stood still.

"Uhm, s-." He stopped and bit his tongue lightly before he could apologize. Instead, he nodded and slowly reached forward. His fingertips brushed against the thin wings and he smiled moving a little closer to brush his hand across. They were smooth and rather nice. Obviously they were much different from his sturdy and fluffy wings. It was still a nice feeling nonetheless. His hand went up, and he paused noticing the little hook on his wing. "Oh, you have a claw there." He gently poked at it, noting how sharp it was. He moved to the other wing and did the same thing. Curiously, he opened up his own wings fully. They weren't the same size. Kuro's wings were a little larger and wider than his.

With a content nod, he looked up at Kuro. "Okay. What were you going to say about fun, and exercise?" He thought about flying, but he realized he didn't do much of it when he was in heaven. Not besides, shorts bursts of flight for speed. The idea didn't sound so bad, and for some reason it did intrigue him. But he wasn't going to fly- not until Kuro did at least.
Finally got a post up....even if it is slightly filler. Sorry for the wait guys. I blame July 4th. Anyway, the next post- my next post- will be important! Pssh, all my posts are inportant, I'm the GM haha So get ready for the things and such to come.
The new Waterdeep chapter shall commence!....After this cycle.
It appeared everyone was departing to handle their own business before bed. So, the captain decided to wander out the galley and to the main deck for a bit to gaze at the stars. She climbed up to the crow's nest, wandering past the few on the deck. Her attention turned to the sea, but seeing nothing endangering them she continued looking up at the stars. She ended up dozing off up in the crow's nest, but realizing it was getting cooler, she woke up and slid down one of the ropes, jumping down silently and heading to her quarters and passing out there instead.

The captain woke up as the sun rose. She was always an early bird, so waking up early was no problem for her. After getting freshened up, and putting the new eyepatch on that Kai found, she was out resting on the main deck. She waited for everyone else to wake, but in the meantime she did what she did best. Surprisingly enough, with the status of being captain- what she did best was lazy about.

And right on time, as the sun rose and morning was in full set, the News Coo came in. The news bird flew past and dropped the paper down. The wind shifted, and the paper's course went toward the water..or to get stuck in the sail. "Uh oh." To get her blood pumping for the morning, she climbed up to the yardarm, the horizontal piece that the sail got tied to, and balanced on that. It was probably pretty dangerous, but with her acrobatic ability, she easily balanced on her toes. It was only more dangerous when the wind picked up, but luckily for her she managed to catch the paper as it flew by.

"And down I go~" She skilfully climbed down and landed right on the main deck. "News is here!" She called out to the crew (whether they were there or not) as she skimmed through it. Nothing ever interested her in the news, so she just tossed it aside and looked ahead. Waterdeep was just a few hours away so they had plenty of time to get ready and be at leisure.

***

"So we can split up when we get there- at least after we have everything checked off. Danny and Marcos can worry about their tattooing. Someone help Nolan with restocking if he needs the help. And so forth. We can meet back around late noon. It'll give you plenty of time for necessities and then you know free time. By that time, we can also look for Kai's flag. We can do that first actually...well we'll work out the details." She discussed this through breakfast with the crew.

Runa sat back after her small spill and looked at everyone. "Clear enough for you? I'm sure a bunch of adults can handle themselves. It's not like you really need me to tell you how things need to be done. She held up the newspaper and flipped through it once more. This time, something caught her eye. "Waterdeep. One of world's best ports, is at an all time low... Hmm, how about that. Hopefully that doesn't get in the way of our plans."

She shrugged and tossed the paper to the next person who wanted it. It didn't give any detail to what it was about so she didn't think too much of it. At the moment, she was trying to figure out what to do to pass the few hours before they hit the next town. There was fishing, sparring, maybe doing some redecorating, reading, all that. The captain just had to figure out what to do.

Well that couldn't be too complicated. And if it was, the next best thing was sleep until they got there.
