And Thunder.... good luck soldier. *Salutes*
Can't wait for Toby to meet everyone! Mainly Ace *cough*

And hehe, me? Evil? Pssssshhh.

"Still a bird."

Ace whistled lightly, twirling the hilt of her empty sword around. The cabin looked pretty creepy and beat down. But so did everything else in this hellish place. "Stay close Jasper." She stayed behind Avian as he said, but watched his back. The fiery sword lit up only enough to see around. She didn't want to waste too much energy. "Be ready for anything." She whispered. Despite it being so small, she had an eerie feeling that something was there. She didn't know where, but something was...watching, and waiting. She kept her cool, not wanting to freak Jasper out anymore than she probably was.

At the mention of leaving, she nodded and turned to the door with Jasper, only for something to plop down in front of it. "...Gross." That was her first reaction upon hearing the gross bubbling and squishing- and then seeing where it came from. "That is...gross." Her flame grew brighter and larger, but stopped as Avian shielded the two. Seeing the steam off his hand made her step backwards. "Don't let the blobish guy touch us. Got it." When she turned to the door, her eyes widened in surprise to see.... well hell on earth outside. "Slow as the blob is, we can't let it out! By the looks of it, we don't need anything else attacking out- Duck!" She pulled Avian by his collar and pushed Jasper's head down as another glob of acid reflux poison was shot. It hit the door way and she watched as it melted away. Jasper took the initiative to pull them out of the cabin.

The redhead was too busy focused on the blob creature to get the exact details on what happened outside. It was still coming toward them, and she stayed weary of its puke shots."If everything that blob touches is acid, do you think we could lead it to those creatures? It may be slow, but it has some distance in its aim." It was a long shot, but it didn't look like the blob had much of a thought process so there may have been a chance that it would shoot at its allies- indirectly at least. That would get rid of some of the challenge. Jasper had already left to help, so Ace was at Avian's side. If Avian didn't think it was a good idea, Ace was prepared to slice the thing up.

Being outside also meant that the zombie creatures were attacking them too. Ace lashed out, using physical strength and using the empty hilt to break the skulls and bones of the creatures. She definitely didn't want to waste her energy too much. "Careful, they're on your right." Ace called out before stomping on one that tried to climb out of the ground. When she did, multiple cracking and crunching noises could be heard. "Heh, like Whack-a-Mole but with zombies and no hammer." She jumped again as another one tried to climb. That one was crushed as well. Of course, she couldn't keep doing that so she moved back to Avian and helped him get rid of the surrounding monsters.

"Do these things end?" She huffed as she continied fighting off the endless amount of monsters. Every now and then, she would check to make sure the blob didn't make any sudden movememts. At one point, she was surrounded and Ace frowned. "Get out of the way!" She swung the sword, and unexpectedly it lashed out similar to a fiery whip before returning to its sword state. "Whoa. How about that one... That took a toll on my amulet though." She hugged and looked down at the draining energy.
Welcome Thunder! As you can see, everyone else has displayed enough crazy for you to see. I'll act like the most normal one. Which I am.

And my post will be up shortly. Just have to make a few edits.
As do I Zathrax. As do I.

But patience! You all got excited and posted on the first day of the cycle. We still have time.
No not as of yet Zathrax. It's more of life support stage.
I talked to him earlier and he said he had RL issues to deal with. Buuut, that's about it.
Life support stage. We won't proclaim a fellow pirate dead. Not yet.
He wasn't good at this game. At least not with Seishu. He searched and searched, running into an endless amount of sheets. He was close at times, he could feel it. But as close as he was, he never found the Nightmare Guardian. "I'm not too good at this." He huffed and searched around still.

Suddenly the sound of sheets whipping around made him turn. His head turned back and forth at the sounds. Soon he noticed the silky sheets flying into the air and forming. "Well that's odd." He mused and pushed through more of the colorful sheets in the way.

This time, the maze caved in. The sheets fell as they were pushed and some of them made a tunnel. He rubbed his hand gently, feeling the pull forward. Enasi moved a little faster, only to find himself in an open dome. "This is what he was doing." Looking around, spinning on his heel, to spot Seishu on the side. It was easy to spot the white hair in the midst of all the colorful. The guardian didn't approach him.

Instead, he fell back in the silk sheets and fluffy pillows and laughed. "What's all this for?" He watched as a few loose petals and feathers were sent upwards before falling back down again.
*Might wait for Kimchi to post*
Aoba shifted in the line and faced forward. His eyes stayed on everything but the humans staring at them. Why they were staring, he had no idea. Could they sense the demonic aura or something? That couldn't be right. These humans weren't elderly or young children. Their eyes spoke for them. Some were judging with skepticism and hate for something Aoba didn't do. Others were genuinely curious. Maybe because it was a small place and it seemed everyone knew each other. When they were at the front of the register, Aoba moved farther down so Kuro could talk to the woman and pay for the things. "Because you can't just take stuff." He mumbled to himself as if a reminder that they couldn't take things and go.

He ended up standing near a male who was putting the groceries in bags. at the question, he noticed the two types of bags on the side... Plastic looked better. And Kuro chose plastic. He met eyes with the bagger again, this time returning a shy smile. The look in his eyes were completely different from the other humans. Before he could figure it out, Kuro turned his attention to his work. When the bagger was done, Aoba gave a polite smile and picked up two of the bags before Kuro got the majority of them. "Thank you." The bagger smiled and seemed to fumble over a proper 'you're welcome' before Aoba followed Kuro out.

The cool air was gone, and they were back in the heat. Aoba had almost forgot about the warm air and his growing fatigue. At the question, the fallen angel glanced up. "Well, I don't want to be a burden or anything. . . We can walk. I don't mind." It wasn't his favored option, but it would have prevented Kuro from carrying groceries along with himself. Aoba could walk, he was sure of himself. He had energy, and being cooled down helped so it was all fine. He remembered which way to go so he turned down the right path and led the way to the house.
*After reading both posts*
