Aoba expected a small kiss, like normally, but the closeness and the. . . Well, Aoba would call it 'loving touch', but Kuro would probably have another name for it. The fallen angel was almost positive Kuro was doing to his heart, so he kept quiet about it. Besides, the many blushes the demon caused should've guessed it sooner or later. He reminded himself mentally to get a book from Father Gerard. Towards Kuro's honest declaration, Aoba looked away- only until the demon started to walk inside.

He started to follow only to be stopped by a curious looking Dani. He looked so innocent sometimes, and yet the smaller demon was so aggressive. 'Remember not to apologize for random things. He doesn't like that.' He reminded himself before giving him a small wave. At first, Dani didn't respond. He only eyed Aoba over wondering if his brother was interested in him physically. Dani had to admit that the angel had good looks, but that couldn't have been the reason- well the only reason at least. He realized it wouldn't help just staring, and the innocent angel was getting nervous under his gaze. "Do you want to. . .fly around?"

Aoba blinked and stared at him with a surprised look. He didn't expect Dani to ask him that, nor sound so sincere when asked. Sheepishly, he kicked the dirt lightly and shook his head. "Oh, um, maybe not now. I'm still sort of tired from all the work. . . Sor- um, So maybe next time alright?" It seemed Dani didn't catch the small mistake, because he only nodded and seemed to think of another thing to say. The wild and playful look in his eye was replaced with a rather calm one. "How did you get kicked out of that gross home of yours?"

Before Aoba could get too upset about being asked a question like that, he realized that he probably didn't it mean it to hurt his feelings. Aoba sat down on the steps next to Dani and puffed his cheeks before sighing. He wasn't suppose to tell Dani about Kuro's accident. And it seemed like that would cause a controversy where it didn't need to be. "Well. . ." It was still really hard for Aoba to lie. So, he skirted around it. "I. . . Did something that the angels didn't approve of." Dani rolled his eyes at the vague information and started to prod him for more, but stopped seeing a hint of sadness.

Dani proceeded to poke the fallen angel, making him giggle a little. "Are you going to keep moping about that? You're gonna have to let it go eventually. I mean, it's been more than a day! Come on!" Dani leaned closer to Aoba, making him lean away a little.

"Um. . ." He wasn't sure what to say to Dani at that point. So Aoba stared with wide eyes.
"Something sweet and tasty. . .?" Enasi didn't try to sniff out what Seishu smelled. Instead, with a smile he scooted upward in order to sit up some more. "Sounds like Cho is near by." When the door bursted open, he laughed lightly as Rue jumped on the bed. The guardian hugged and snuggled the little minion before letting him go to wave at Inui who approached much more calmly. Inui smiled at Enasi and got comfortable. All attention turned Cho as he pranced in happy as usual. "Good morning Cho! You're bright as ever." Enasi grinned and watched as the chef handed out plates.

He watched as everyone ate, and as usual, compliment the chef. And as usual Cho beamed and bowed towards them. Enasi was given his plate after Cho had set them down. "Breakfast pancakes of course!" Enasi giggled and watched as Cho then bounded over to Crios who was following with a tray "And thank you love." The chef winked at the doctor and Crios gave a small nod before looking off to the side and eating. Cho leaned against a counter, watching as everyone enjoyed his food.

"So? Lord Enasi, Mister Seishu? What was Your World like this time?" Rue's wide eyes went between the both of them. Enasi had food in his mouth so he hummed a response. Rue giggled and tilted his head. "I guess I can wait." The guardian smiled and nodded before continuing to eat. Not too long after, Harper opened the door, hearing the small chatter. Before he could greet the others, Cho had already shoved a plate forward for him.

"Oh? Oh, thank you Chef." Harper took his plate after bowing to Enasi and nodding to Seishu. The only scent that seemed out of place was Rasha's raging hormones that he acknowledged with only a glimpse. Rasha caught the look and lowered his ears a little, still eating. Crios had noticed it as well, but he simply ignored it. Harper leaned against the wall and looked at the two Guardians with a hint of suspicion. "So. . . Did you two sleep alright?" He thought it was a valid question to ask considering the events before probably drained them both. But he also was. . . Curious. Because if they did do something out of the ordinary, he was sure that something unexpected, like an energy surge, may have happened- but just in case it didn't, wanted to make sure.

Enasi responded with a nod to boh his bow and his question. "I slept fine." He smiled and then glanced over at the door. Most of the party was here to crowd Seishu's room, even if there was enough space, now they were waiting on two more from the bunch to be complete. He wondered what Crios had in store for Seishu before he went back to the human realm to stock up on energy. The doctor did mention light physical therapy.
You guys, it's the 4 day mark and there are many absent posts. I'll wait an extra day or so for you guys to catch up. We can't move on with only three pirates.
Aoba waited patiently for him to show the rest of his injuries. When he was undressing, to be polite, Aoba looked away only to notice Dani had wandered off. "He has a really short attention span." The angel thought out loud, before turning to see the claw marks on Kuro's back. He frowned a little and ran his fingers along the scars no doubt from his capture. They were completely healed thank goodness, but he couldn't do much about the scars. He remembered the many times he went to heal his wounds and to see they only got worse. He shook his head lightly and went to work on the claw marks on his back.

He listened to Kuro and nodded, though he was sure Kuro couldn't see it. "I should really look at that book one day." He once again thought out loud as he worked. A confused frown spread on his face and when he finished with his back, he stopped. "What are you talking about? We're not told lies. . ?" Though when he said it, it sounded more like a question. Kuro turned so Aoba could see the chest wound. He was forced to move closer, not minding the close proximity. Though, his healing was a lot more slow because he wanted to know what the demon was talking about.

There was no way he was lied to. There couldn't be. . . Aoba's face scrunched up, but he relaxed when Kuro told him not to worry. "It still would be nice to know the truth if that's the case. . ." He looked up at Kuro's mention of being with him, but he quickly looked down when he blushed lightly. His eyebrow raised at the thought of being 'dragged back' and he shook his head. He sighed and went quiet for a moment, finishing his work. "Yeah, dragged back. I doubt they're even checking up on me down here." Despite how sad it sounded, Aoba gave a small smile. "I think you'll be stuck with me for awhile,"

Realizing how it sounded, he quickly added, "Well, for as long as you decide to stick around." He spoke quietly and moved back from the demon. "All done. It'll heal fine. And now, you can go inside if you want." He poked his fingers together and then gestured inside. "I put everything up."

Seeing Lesley get thrown and stabbed made Ace jump to help. But with her left arm hanging at her side, she couldn't really provide support. And then she saw it. Something that made her go cold for a brief moment. 'Lesley's hand is gone... Lesley's hand. It's gone. Even if they didn't talk much, and even if she wasn't sure of Lesley's gender [yeah, she missed the memo when Leon told her], Lesley was still a Lost Soul. And a Lost Soul was a companion- at least until they got out of Nowhere. They were in this together and that's how they would stand. And with a friend injured that badly, the witch had to go. Her life shortened even more with how much she hurt her friends.

"No more of us should get hurt... No more should have to take this..." Ace didn't understand why she cared so much when complete strangers got hurt in front of her. She had seen many people die before and it never phased her, but for some reason, this was different. A lot different. And she didn't appreciate them getting attacked. With the little energy she regained, her sword sparked to life. Ace started walking toward the witch with broken and all her various injuries. She realized something must have cut her...or she missed an injury- because there was a bloodstain on the back of her leg.

But just as she was about to rampage towards the witch, the old hag started to die. It didn't stop her though, what did stop her was the fact that once again her flame died. Ace wasn't going to gain anything if she kept trying to summon her sword. With a sigh, she turned back to her comrades and then sat down on the ground. She looked at everyone's battered forms and watched as Riley tried to keep everyone's spirits up. With a small laugh, she thrusted her fist into the air and yelled out triumphantly so that it echoed through their ears.

"We defeated the witch! Once again, we've gotten through another challenge!" Ace grinned, even with the lack of energy, she managed to beam. "Even with the injuries," Ace paused and looked over at Lesley's missing hand. "We still won. And we will keep on beating the odds." She smiled again, but then winced when she moved her broken arm. She had landed pretty hard on it.. "Ice queen is right... we still need to get Fluff." Something was passed around, a feather of some kind. Whatever it was, it worked the same way Jasper's healing magic worked. When it was her turn to take it, she brushed it over her broken arm. And like magic, it was all healed- it was still pretty sore along with some of her other injuries, but it got the job done which was all that mattered.

Inadi mentioned something about the more injured stay in the center of the group and Ace scoffed. She hopped up on one leg to avoid hurting herself more and then walked forward. "I shall not be put in the middle." She stuck her tongue out at Inadi and smirked. "I can handle my own. Nothing will get the upper hand against me." She skipped forward to be ahead of the group as usual. "If we gotta go, then let's head out." She said, taking her place, leading the group like she normally did. The feather should've done them good, so she didn't bother to ask if they were okay. Once more, the group was moving through the spooky nightmare-ish forest.

"Here Fluffy, Fluffy. It's a bunch of humans trying to get you back to your family. Not a bunch of nasty old witches... Marcooo?" Ace called out. She didn't hear any 'Polos' or amy response to her calls for that matter, but she continued calling for the cloud dragon. Well, she continued until she got bored of calling the little dragon. "We should have really cool theme music. You know, since we've defeated the witch. We're practically unstoppable right now."
