Rothe thanked the guard and took a tour of his new house, took inventory of the stock and planned out his decorations.
On the door he hung a sign.

So what else can you tell us about the island? What does the town look like? Are there facilities? If Rothe has his way there'll be a tavern soon.

After turning in the paperwork Rothe took a walk around the town, taking note of everything there was to see.
I can totally picture this scene and it may be the most awkward and comical in the story so far.

Rothe filled the form extensively, paying minute detail to every clause and rule. He made sure to apply for as large a piece of real estate as he could get. He made sure to note several times that he really wanted a house with a large open living room that had a sunroof. (large window in the roof).
He also filled in a job application form to request a licence to pour alcohol. He wanted to have his house fitted as a tavern.

Charlie was too wrapped up in his game/glorious battle with Jared to notice the other Wendigo Wail members ariving.
Chelsey however put down her book and took off her shades so she could see what came crawling out of the shadows.
She wasn't getting up anytime soon though.
