Other : Tony spent most of his childhood buried in books due to his poor health. All the things he read on pokemon made him long for adventure. One day he snuck out of his bed and into the woods. He fell and came close to death that day. But he did manage to capture a venonat.
Years later the doctors agreed that he had recovered enough to leave the hospital. He left the town the next day and no one there has heard of him since.
Corey, his venonat had evolved to venomoth by that time. When he reached the sea he ended up bonding and finally capturing a seel, whom he called Ciskel.

I'll post tomorrow or when the vans with the little humans inside arrive at Kilo Point...And I think DiZL and some others are dead.._. Gnight.

you could set up a defense on the other side of town from the old bloods and the mist of madness.
I'll have hale attack with a small group of vampire baddies from that side then.
The dazed and bloodied man looked up from the bits of brain pulp he was looking at in his hands.
"Yes! That name's in here too."
Frantically Sten started to shuffle cards around, placing them in patterns.
"The teacher foils the stars, but first the star guides justice to avoid judgement."
On the ground laid more tarot cards, names smeared on each.
The star card read the name Mithias had whispered. Justice held his own and judgement read Johnathan.

Sten tore up the wheel of fortune card reading Charles and placed a card with Magnus on it over it.
"The emperor breaks the wheel and seeks the chariot. He doesn't know he seeks the mage as well."

With a wide gestures he moved cards around while splattering blood in every direction.
With a flourish he picked up the world card and wrote Kilo Point on it.
"Is this the prize at the end of the game?"
Hale was nearly at the village, in the distance he saw mist. Normally this wouldn't bother him, but the mist seemed stationary, ignoring the wind.
This was unnatural and more than likely old blood trouble. It clearly wasn't Magnus's style, so it's probably some old blood who found reason in helping the humans out.
"There's no reasoning with old-bloods, so we'll avoid them." Hale mumbled to himself.
He'd walk around and start his path of destruction elsewhere. He'd rather fight some soldiers than a monster.

Hale went trough his pockets, fished out a pack of smokes, then realized he had no fire.
With a groan he put it back and increased his pace.

Montis had made his way to the fire to observe the people make their offerings. He went a little bit warmer on the inside as he saw all these mortals praising him and his brothers and sister, the divine rulers. Besides the warmth he also felt something else, but it was not familiar. he saw a man that had sliced up a goat with a fine precision, he was now cooking it. How original! The smell had made its way to Montis' nose. Perhaps that was causing the weird feeling.. The goat smelled really good, Montis suddenly realized, it was hunger! The mortal made him hungry with his cooking. He wanted to taste the meat, as it smelled delicious. He softly spoke into the mind of Misha, and Misha's only:His deep voice resonated through thin air and in Misha's mind, as if someone was whispering over his shoulder. But nobody was.

Misha abruptly looked over his shoulder only to see no one there.
He looked around, it seemed no one else was looking, he drew the conclusion the voice was in his head and thus not human.
He also felt that whatever the voice was it demanded respect somehow. Perhaps it was the tone of voice.
He nodded as he took the meat from the fire and placed it on a silver plate he assumed was meant to make sacrifices on.

"If the scent makes you hungry the meal is meant for you. Please have some." He said while looking into the fire, not knowing where else to look.

Everyone uses it, in every rp. :P

Really? damn... that sucks..
I can see why, they're useful.
I could rewrite it to use harrowing cards. but that's only a little difrent :/

EDIT:
I looked it up, and damn tarot has been used an awful lot recently. (look at examples)

I can't find anything that fits the scene as well as tarot here right now, so I'm using it anyways.
But please, do feel free to call Sten out on the fact that tarot is bullshit.

I'm assuming, since magic isn't a thing, that tarot cards are pointless pieces of paper in the blood compact campaign setting.

... I <bleep>ing hate tarot cards. >.<

why?
It'san easy mechanic for divination in stories and games.
I know it's all non-sense in real life.
I was, and then you asked if there were any heroes. haha, i had to pile on the crazy at that point.

PS: I didn't know that about grenades. Then I looked it up. couldn't find any definitive answer so i'll take your word on it since it sounds reasonable that you'd design the things to be somewhat shock resistant. Then again, the modern ones are called impact grenades. that explode on impact instead of using a timer. not sure if the same goes for those things.
The scent of blood and fear hung thick in the air.
It made Hale somewhat exited, he was almost at Kilo Point and... wait.
Kilo point was downwind. This was coming from his home. He turned around and looked back at his tracks.
He pondered if he should return.
"E-excuse me... Sir?"
Sten had crawled over to Gabriels feet, leaving a trail of blood and cards.
"I am no hero, but I have seen things." His eyes stared up, they seemed to dare and look the oldblood in the eyes, yet they seemed to see nothing.
"And it's all wrong! It's all so wrong teacher!"
Sten scrambled on the floor as he gathered his bloodied cards.
With a strange look of pride, like a child he held up two cards. "These cards do not oppose one another."

In his left hand was a tarot card, it depicted an official looking figure in christian priest robes, beneath him depicted were two monks bowing before him and a set of keys crossed between them. The card read in neat gothic letters "The hyrophant". Written over it in blood it said "Gabriel".

In his right hand he held another tarot card, this one depicted a cart, in it a confident looking man. The cart was being pulled by two lions. This card was titled "The Chariot" and read "Matt" in bloody letters.

"Any conflict here is madness. For you are not opposed you see?"
His tone of voice seeped despair, yet somehow his face was hopeful, obsessive.
It was like he had forgotten fear. At this point Sten didn't think about these things anymore, he just followed the motions trying to solve a puzzle that made no sense and all the sense in the world at the same time.
This looks interesting. I'm in.
