Now Ander Greaves, that's going to be interesting. It's pretty clear we'll have to pick sides once we encounter him.
As for his magic, Jollan you've introduced the first character my character would find terrifying. Well aside from Zeref, but yeah... Zeref.

Ciskel remained completely ignorant to the massive demon towering over the trees in the distance.

Ciskel packed up the camping equipment and threw them all on a blanket, which he wrapped into a large package.
He pushed the package forward effortlessly with one hand as he started to float along the road.
He turned towards drake, expecting him and the others to follow.
"It just occurred to me I haven't really introduced myself. My name is Ciskel, I am, like the others, a wizard from the FairyTail guild. And as you might have figured my magic is gravity oriented."

It's airborne blood, fresh and AB+ to be exact. Anyone in the cloud is pretty much covered in the stuff.
I'd imagine it's somewhat thicker and thus a lot less see trough. (Its why I left, not worth risking taking a stray bullet if I can't enjoy the show)
I assume that a vampire benefits from fresh human blood regardless off how it gets into their system. One might argue that since you both have exposed wounds the stuff can be directly absorbed into the bloodstream.

So by my logic: to vampire's that vaporizer is like the healing gun from the team fortress 2 medic. to a human it's terrifying but harmless.
Either way it completely ruins you good suit.

Martin saw the mist getting closer and in it the silhouettes of what he could only assume where SOLDIERs.
That would spoil the fun. The fight was getting to an end but this way they'd both die. Couldn't have that.

"Let's practice medicine" Martin whispered to himself.
Martin ran up to up wind of the duel and placed the smoke generator carefully on a tree branch.
"Ahwooooooooh!" Martin did his best wolf imitation, he could see the silhouettes slow down a little. "That ought the confuse them.
*click*
With a light hum the machine came to life and a crimson mist came pouring out.
With delight Martin watched his creation take flight, blood vapor.
In a few seconds the bloody mist-bank would engulf the two.
Time to take some distance, don't want to get shot, besides I can't see shit now anyways.
