"There's still the possibility even that none of this is real and I am currently in a mental hospital, talking to the guy who thinks he is napoleon. I mean, vampires? Really? I could hardly believe myself when I found out about all this. I decided that even if none of it was real. I should still try it. It's my last hope"
A single tear rolled down.
"I just want my mind to be clear again."

Weiss wasn't doing OP things, he has to jump trough hoops to use his abilities other than portals, and portals is just how creative you can get with them. most powers allow crazy shit when you get creative with them.

But you've been straight up denying his wish granting ability since day one. Wich is a huge problem for Weiss since he HAS to fullfill the promise no matter what, even if he has to tear the world a new one. I don't get why you are doing this, both IC and OOC. Why make a deal and then try and stop it immediately, Weiss can only push on. And I can understand where your coming from a little OOC. But IC? Weiss will no longer kill Magnum, he will figure out something worse.

If you wanted to control Weiss you should have discussed it OOC rather than make a character who can say 'nope' to his abilities.

As for the resurrection thing, that's like one of the most classic thing to come out of a devils deal. that's how the power works: he needs a contract, when he has the contract he has the abilities to fulfill that specific wish. If he needs to move mountains to accomplish that, he can. simple.

3rd layer, is higher up, not further down. and no place in hell prohibits devil's portals. an angel probably, magnum maybe, but a devil? of course not. hometown.
And if you spend your life being raised in hell, and you have the means, you take the damn tour. (no pun intended)

as for the human, devil thing. i wasn't clear on that one sorry. soul sits in mortal body: human, soul sits in hell: damned soul, soul survives hell and eventually becomes a devil or demon: devil
So all devils were once human souls. with the exception of Lucifer who used to be an angel.
Weiss is a devil in every way. and he is mephistopheles's son. It was implied in the back story. But that was the joke, the guy thinks it's ok to sell his firstborn since he'll never have one since his wife is barren. But mephistopheles fixes her and gives her a son in secret. *ba dum tish.*

and the flirting? that's more of a racial personality, that's how he talks. and he upped it cause you filled the room with pheromones.
besides, he's only kissed like one girl. talk about a tame devil. (kissing for contracts not counted, that would bring the total to a whopping 2)

so in short. I'm kind off ticked off at the messy play OCC, Weiss is going insane with rage. I'm just playing his character.

I briefly lose consciousness and before I know it I lie among the gluttonous masses of the 3rd layer.
Furiously I stand up from the freezing slush and flaming shit. The acidic rain is revolting.
Cerberus stands nearby and looks at me in confusion. Looks like he does recognize me.
"Where is Beelzebub?" The monstrosity shakes his head, It doesn't know.
The rulers often leave for centuries at the time, and they got this place locked up pretty tightly... I doubt they'll miss him for 10 minutes.
"Say, do you want to go for a walk old friend?"
The Goliath stops chewing on the limbs of a man so fat I can't see it's head. It then rushes over to me. It's exited.

edit- just read your last IC post.
-can't just knock another player's character unconcious in one post, that's their call (I took note of not calling that on Ash). especially with a character that's not in scene.

- layer's count up in number, 3 is less deep than 8th, his home.
- he is a devil, hell aint a porblem in any way
- Mephistopheles will choose his own son over a pompous werewolf any day

To say I lose my temper is an understatement of the highest sort. I completely snap. A wrathful grimace appears on my face.
"I figured out your stupid spell a while ago, ask Avery. But that's not the point. You misunderstand your position."
I shout as I open a massive portal under the house.
"I am stronger that your stupid ward! And you HAVE NO HOUSE!"
The entire building crashes down plummeting onto the jagged rocks of the alps.
I look down with the smile of a serial killer as I watch the house smash to bits on the cold and unforgiving stone.
I follow trough a second portal that goes to ground floor next to the shattered remains of the building.
I replace the portal above it with another that leads to somewhere in the pacific, pummeling away at the ruins with tons of water.
After a few seconds of constant flushing water hammering down at terminal velocity. I close the portal and stand there panting.
I might have gone overboard. Oh to hell with it, let's see if they are still alive.
I stroll trough the scattered salvage looking for two bodies. No building, no spell.
I find Avery first, not sure if dead or unconscious. No matter, at this point I just need to clean up loose ends.
With a touch she's as good as new, like Saren's dress, this ain't hard when juiced up. I just hope she won't remember this when she wakes up.
Now to find the other girl.
I look around with a hateful stare.

Full dragonskin body armor. Painted dark green with Celtic markings in black

Leather and felt clothes in brown and green tints.
Broad leather kidney belt with room for his weapons and a large flask of "magic potion" made by his great grandfather.
The potion is an alcoholic and high fructose energy drink containing surplus amounts of caffeine, honey flavor , extract of holly and even adrenalin.
Any more than a slight sip at the time is extremely dangerous.

Weapons:(One main, Two support, One hidden, Max)
Main: A pagan holy symbol shaped Buckler, gold plated original Damascus steel. It's shape resembles the alchemist symbol for gold and the sun. The well protected core used to house room for a lantern. This has been modified to hold a high powered flashlight instead. It's light is well over the strength of daylight and has a mod for strobe function.

Secondary 1: A one-handed Axe, blessed coldforged steel integrately carved with celtic markings.
The Axe is well over 2000 years old and has been in the family ever since it was suposedly gifted by lord url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oberon]Oberon[/url] himself.

Secondary 2: HK MP7 SMG, black-market upgrades for extra ammo and hands free reload system.
Cedric knows or cares fuck all about guns, so his brother got him one that goes 'spray and pray'.

Hidden: A large double-edged sickle made of wood from an oak tree that supposedly grew on Avalon. It is lined with a copper edge and plated with gold. It's hilt is adorned with dried leaves of holly.

Hair: Long curly red hair in a braid. At the end of the braid is a gold band with Celtic markings. Red beard in two smaller braids with similar bands.
Eyes: Bright green.

Calm and collected, rationally chooses to follow his instincts.
Being trained from youth as a vampire hunter, he lives to hunt the undead. He doesn't hate them or feel any emotion to them at all. To him they are monsters that need to be put down. Cedric doesn't repress his fears, he listens to them and uses them as a sixth sense to gouge strength and decide targets. The more he fears a monster, the higher it's priority. If he doesn't fear you he doesn't care about killing you.

The Faetouched family is a family of vampire hunters that go back to the time of the Celtic druids, and many of the old traditions still live on in their customs. According to the family tree there runs fairy blood in their veins. Religiously they identify as Fae worshipers, this translates to 'Pagan' for anyone they don't feel like explaining themselves to, which is pretty much everyone.

Cedric loves the taste of honey, he eats it with everything and as such always reeks of the stuff. It became his calling card of sorts.

He and most other younger members of his family hunt vampires on commission. There's always some nameless figure pulling the strings. The family doesn't care as long as they are being paid to systematically rid the world of bloodsuckers. Even if the one paying the bills is another vampire who profits in his enemies demise.
