The new day has started. It is morning. We are in the forest nearby the school, on our way to school.
Well the IC chat is running kind of dry. there's barely anyone posting. makes it hard to keep the threat up.
Goodbye.

So quick question. Does Eli have the key for the tiger? If yes that would mean he has 11 out of 12 right?
"Come on in" Ciskel's call sounded from the library. When the door opened Drake saw a large swarm of opened books orbiting Ciskel as he floated trough the library halls. A staff in each hand, one old one new. His eyes darted from book to book as the pages flipped frantically.
"I can't find it. What does it do? What does it do?"
"Exelent work Klaus. Many diners and movies! Follow me, we'll mount the prize game you caught." Algon was happy.
Charlie, who had nothing to do with his day stopped playing with Jenifer to pay attention. "A taxidermy joke? Rare! I'm intrigued." He thought to himself. He decided to follow the two to the basement.

The basement was a large underground cavern, heavily reinforced with both structure, magic and Jared's skill. In the middle stood a large machine the shape of two touching brass circles, one horizontal, one vertical. The vertical one had bonds for a person. The horizontal one had seats for three, and was connected with a series of strings and tubes to three sarcophagi.
When the three arrived in they found Jared working on the apparatus.
"I see we are getting along nicely, I take it the schematics were clear enough for you?" Algon called.
Charlie helped secure Eli in the top circle part of the machine.
"Don't forget to take his keys" Algon reminded them.
"Yes, my plans will soon be complete. Once we are done here I may need you to go and help out in the capture of Drake. I need him for this too. But get some rest first Klaus."
Lemme do a headcount in here... letsee.

Martin nodded as he felt the entire world around him pulsate. Energy rushed trough everything, the sky, the earth. He knew none of it was part of the material world. But that didn't make it any less real to him. The notion of what was 'real' and what wasn't was a silly idea. Realism is a trick question.

"We should be just about ready. Ready to return to controlling our meat-suits. But..."
Martin held out his hands like he was conducting a concert. The nearby corpses started to bleed.
"If we stick around for just a little longer."
The blood that poured out of every orifice collected like it was dripping upwards to a reversed gravity.
"We could learn so much here." Martin dramatically gestured as five crimson coils of blood stood up from drained corpses.
As they touched the cold flames they turned a pale glowing blue.

"To be like father" The whirling coils of fluorescent life surged towards martin and circled him as martin gestured for it to come closer. "I think we'd have to be."

"How do you feel?" The weird liquid turned to needles piercing into martin from every direction. In seconds all was gone, consumed by his image. "Aren't you ready to abandon your last shred of humanity?" He said with a wicked grin and outstretched hand, in his open palm a sickly flame.

A clouded morning sun weakly shines over the blighted remains of what was once a prosperous town.
The entire city is in ruins, a diseased ghost town burned to ashes.
With the smell of smoldering earth and flesh cutting sharply trough the mist.

Orange sunlight is met with the pale blue glow of cinders that float trough on a soft breeze
Bits of bleak flame dance on small torches besides a slender path that leads into the streets.
A road of footprints follows a long route, along every house.
Accompanied by grim lighting we wander along the skeletons of houses.
Scattered around town lie the charred remains of its denizens.
Hundreds of bodies laying on the ground, feel as a million pair of eyes watching.

Above the city floats the Terebithia. Her skin like the void so black it pulls in the sight around her. She reveals herself to us as the leviathan.
A thousand eyes glow deep in the darkness of her skin with a blood red shine. These eyes stare deep into your soul and see all your petty mortal secrets.
From these eyes comes the hive. From the world she holds within. The endless souls she holds crawl and soar trough and around her. Each mind part of the greater, all part of her.

Over every deceased floats a sapphire flame, slowly dying out.
Martin stops near one of the bodies and plucks the flame from the air. As he holds it in his hand he stares at her as he remembers what she looked like. A light frame, dressed in a hospital gown, short blond hair with a hint of pink, green eyes.
Martin bit his lip.
"I saved this girl's life last night. I didn't know why at the time, I had faith that there was a good reason. But now I see that I was wrong. I saved her so I could kill her without a thought later..."
He held the flame up, it didn't seem to burn. Was this her spirit? Or was this just another trick of his mind? Martin opened his mouth and swallowed the flame.
He felt stronger, more confident.
Maybe he found a way for their lives to not have gone to waste? Or he was wasting his time...
Sounds cool, but time travel is pretty damn tricky narratively, especially in forum play methinks. I mean, regular travel is already extremely difficult.

"Oh... but her our insurance doesn't cover that! Suppose we turn her on and off again?"

EDIT- watch it, that link contains spoilers!
