Design a Super-identity for the User above you (game)

First, go here:

Next, click the 'random page' option twice, the two powers you get would be the powers the user above you have.
You'll have to repick another random power if you get any of the following power:
-Omni- stuff
-Absolute- stuff
-Meta powers
-Almighty powers
-Reality manipulation
-Time/causality manipulation beyond FF style (stop, haste, slow,) and bullet time.
-Perfection
-Transendence
-Any power with direct links to the skills above.

Then, you're to design a super identity for them. From costume, supernames, a superhero or supervillain, what they usually do with their powers (favored tactic), backstory if you want, and for those who received a power with wide scale chaos/destruction potential (or general inability to use in small scale) please describe why they're not abusing it (it hit them too, cost too much, morals, stuff).

Description:
The first identified and documented super, the creator and watchman of spamopolis. It's unknown how he came to be, only that the huge super suddenly showed up in the area, rampaging in the wildland and flattened the ground before, in what can only be described as a miracle, erected the city known as spamopolis in a blink of an eye. Survivors would then be ushered the survivors of his rampage into the town to inhabit it.

The alchemist plan would work the best to mold the armor to fit her unique body shape (small and with wings/tail openings). Unless you're saying by enchant that he can enchant the metal to attain such a shape.

Her alchemist armor would be able to be summoned at will through her fire, so she could have parts of it appear or disappear at will such as over the wings so she can go from protecting them to having the armor go away so that she can fly.

Eh, he can probably gives an enchantment to lighten the whole thing, though if he manage for the summon at will, it won't be coming out through flame. Can be rationalized that the winds might be interacting with her flames and caught on fire.

I also planned on the armor being able to shape-shift on the hands and feet to grow larger and form claws to become more dragon-like in appearance. Normally the claws are placed up near the knuckles but then they go down onto the finger portions of the gauntlets.

This part is not his forte though. At least not as you describe.

Go bug Are, he might not be a djinn or fire attuned, but he's still a wind spirit and can enchant stuff. Though Evvie would have to bring the armor first or he'd just use something else.
