Bah, humbug, time to go back to lurking.
Basically, the grade of how powerful, be it mentally, physically, or magically, or a combination therein, a character is.

Level 1 || This is the general human level, encompassing the power attainable by the average Joe and is limited to the most basic of technological weapons, like guns, crossbow and knives—maybe even a scooter if in the wrong hands.

Level 2|| Human abilities at their peak, but still nothing overtly supernatural. Examples would be a genius IQ, very minor spell-casting ability (I’m talking sparking dried brush into flame). Technological objects such as laser guns fall under this level.

Level 3|| Genetic, cybernetic, divine or magical enhancements that allow you to run as fast as a sports car, jump anime style, or bench three-hundred pounds without breaking a sweat—as well as other physical modifications of that level. Dexterity level equal to an expert marksman, low level psionics and spellcasting ability, super-genius intelligence quotient and martial arts master are other examples of Level 3 abilities. Equipment falls under the same range of power.

Level 4 || Examples of Level 4 powers and abilities include Mad Scientist level genius and scientific ability, long ranged telepathy, magical powers that to not involve a divine patron, and the ability to shoot flaming bats with magic arrows of light without the aide of that damnable fairy partner. In general, the range of ability to be expected from a Jedi Padawan of Star Wars or a Gennin Ninja of Naruto—as well as the use of cybernetics, alchemy, and so on to simulate any of that.

Level 5 || The basics of nano technology capable of regenerating minor wounds, or alternatively wizardry or clerical ability capable of the same. You can pilot your own short range star fighter and have access to technology so advanced as to be almost magical in nature. The ability to fly for any reason you can think of that makes any rudimentary amount of plot logic. Your character may have the reflexes and skills of an elite Jedi Knight, the speed of Saito Hajime, and the power to take down Trinity of The Matrix with ease.

Level 6 || The ability to heal major damage taken bother personally, or by others, through the method of your choice. The charisma and influence necessary to muster an army of elite soldiers, and access to the technology needed to build and operate a small space craft capable of interstellar travel (or a magic dragon from the future, whatever floats your boat). Your powers and skills rival those of Gandalf the White, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Himura Kenshin at their best.

Level 7 || Personal shielding and an Imperial Star Destroyer for a flagship; computer expertise that can take down Borg Cubes, and you may have weapons so slick and high tech that they make the ladies hot and bothered. You can distort space-time at will with your magic, enough so to influence events worlds or even years away, and your physical strikes can no longer even be seen. Armies of grizzled veterans--wearing too much steel to stand up on their own—will carry your banner to war and ride really expensive looking horses across the battlefield. You could out gun an Agent in the Matrix or beat him down with your martial arts, and powers and abilities compare to Mace Windu of Star Wars, Ultimecia Final Fantasy, and Hyuuga Ricdeau of Xenogears.

Level 8 || The firewalls of the Death Star and Magi Supercomputers fall with ease before your unbeatable hacking skills. You can repair lost limbs and destroyed vital functions expediently. Your powers can cut down small armies, and shield you from the effects of nuclear weapons. You are no longer merely limited to visiting other worlds and epochs from afar, but may now visit them personally. Powers are of comparable scale to Marvel’s Magneto and Doctor Strange.

Level 9 || That your powers rank less then omnipotent and have finite energy requirements are essentially your only restrictions at this point.

Level 10|| Anything becomes possible within the restraints of the rules of the forum and common sense.
As far as characters and abilities go, let your imagination free, as long as it isn't too OP.
A:
The Dovahkiin tries his best not to create any contract, if he does, it would be only to one. Afterwards, the Draedra Princes just refused to do anything with him as his soul was already sold.

B:
The Dovahkiin end up as a Daedra mercenary of sorts, his debt is changed from his eternal soul(s) to his eternal favor, in that the Princes he owed debt to are able to ask favor(s) from him from time to time. He'll be another force equalizer in the Daedric Princes table.

C:
The Princes felt cheated that the Dovahkiin has no integrity and had promised his soul to everyone. They refused to have anything to accept him or allow him to any sort of afterlife, proving to be the one instance they even agreed on something. The Dovahkiin ends up drifting in the eternal Oblivion, unable to enter any Afterlife he qualified to due to the Daedric Princes meddling and kept out of the Daedric Princes territory or any places they have influence on.
Egh, I don't think me trying that would be a good idea.

Whelp, good luck with it.
Alice looked up to Rhadamanthus but didn't say anything as she saw Fenrir on the corner of her sight, which caused her to flinch and looked towards the ground. Her body trembled as she hyperventilated while her palm seemed trying to claw into the ground. She looked up once more when the Imperial Guard commander returned with his question. This time, as her sight of the werewolf was blocked by the Mahzok, she managed a weak nod, "Th-the werewolf...is...is it..gone?" she asked. It was fortunate that Rhadamanthus was a face she had recognized, not only for his own renown but from several interactions with him whenever his son tried to harass her in the academy for being a human. It was those interactions that let Alice to file the Mahzok as a trustworthy person even under panic as she was.
Meira was going critical in front of Whizzle as she peeked from the door. The Midarian has no idea what happened to Meira although she could guess that it was because of the tome she touched earlier. Meira then started screaming and going into a trance. If the raw power that was radiating from the pinkette was any indication, there's really only one option for Whizzle. Stepping into the room, Whizzle raised an arm as three different glyphs formed on his palm in a triangle formation. The glyphs he used were intended to induce deep sleep on its target. While the configuration he used was something he guarantee could overwhelm any resistance of its target, the range was extremely limited as he tend to need to be standing almost right next to them before the glyphs became powerless. She raised her arm and prepared to stick the glyphs over Meira's chest when she heard Meira muttered a single line, "Through the darkness I uncovered the greatest power."

The phrase caused Whizzle to freeze, not knowing what the phrase meant or if it meant to do something. Only when Meira also froze that Whizzle continued her action. The glyphs was planted into Meira and soon faded as if it went under her skin. Laying the unconscious girl on the floor, Whizzle then waited in relief as Meira stopped radiating power. With the threat averted, Whizzle then walked to inspect the tome that she saw Meira touched before she went out of control. Looking over the messy desk, Whizzle read over the poem in the notepad, unfortunately for her, while the language was a familiar one, it was not a language she had bothered to master and therefore, she could only read a tiny bit of the whole poem. With nothing she could do about the poem, Whizzle turned her attention to the tome, when she touched the pages, a glow suddenly came from Meira's direction. Dropping the tome, Whizzle turned and saw a blue orb hovering above Meira before disappearing into the her prone form. Whizzle blinked at the sight and returned to the tome while looking at Meira. Sure enough, when her hand touched the tome, the blue orb emerged from Meira. Whizzle noticed that there were glyphs etched on the surface of the orb and, after several repeating of releasing and touching the tome, that it appeared only when the tome was in her hand. With the tome, Whizzle approached the orb to observe it closely, only for the orb to suddenly disappear and no matter her attempt afterwards, didn't reveal itself from Meira again.

Looking between the tome and Meira, Whizzle nodded as she decided something. Turning to face the room, Whizzle spoke up.

"Hey, fellow intruder, if you haven't went out from wherever or however you came in, would you come out and talk for awhile?" she said, not expecting an answer. "Or at least answer me this, do you have bag or something big enough that you can lend me?"
You can though. by using hider and hider2 (for the other hider) in the code. Doesn't seem like you can go higher than two at the moment though.

Niks' head flew and landed a distance away from the body. However, before Evvie could celebrate her victory, the hand holding her foot, along with the rest of the orc's body suddenly started to deflate as a cloud of bone dusts and one green will-o-wisp started to flow out of the new opening where the head used to be toward the separated head. The cloud and will-o-wisp then started to form a skeleton beneath the severed head before Niks sat up. Snarling with what left of the face, which would probably looked more disturbing rather than terrifying, Niks returned to his attempt of subduing his opponent and sent a hastily formed Miasma of sneezing towards her torso.
