Intcheck's actually the only place where you can freely advertise your RP. So, you can either make it in the general Intcheck and your intended place's Intcheck. Then you can go make a link to it in your sig so people could see it wherever you're posting.

The way I understand it all weapons break if they are hit with two successive attacks. That is to say you can't block with your sword all the time, but must dodge and avoid using other abilities in your character's arsenal. This also only applies if it is in a situation where common sense doesn't follow, etc...some reality warping shenanigans or magical abilities, so no logic breaking for low tier characters with basic human strength.

No, I think it's more weapons break of two succesive attacks aimed specifically against it.

.Not sure what a prep does in this situation since post length and content determine the strength of an attack or defense.

It's more, intermediate character just have inherently higher power that they could use or low character needed more power before they could affect the higher grade character.

Niks felt the dagger scratching against his bone and altered its course. The dagger's course was still in its original way enough that it burned a cut into his soulfire's binding and Niks could feel his soul starting to trickle away in a steady stream. He tried to push his opponent away before seeing her inhaling the Soul Rot and subsequently collapsed. Between her sudden stumbling and trying to grab a hold on him and his trying to push away, it led to the two of them pushing each other away. To be specific, Niks pushing himself away before his opponent's hand grabbed onto his arm and squeezed hard enough that his bone started to bent, and as both was fairly unbalanced for this, it led to to the two of them falling down to the ground.

Between the leak on his soul fire and suddenly falling down, Niks was immobilized momentarily as he tried to hold down the shock and attempting to patch the leak, unsuccessfully.

Well, the overall RP itself is dead, this is just the last dreg (sort of) of the fight.
Other than that, sorry, I don't think Superman's power would be acceptable since I'm pretty sure a large majority of any Superman version is strong enough to take all accepted characters in this arena RP at once in his own.
