I wonder about putting the Skin Harvest in Low. I mean, no one can resist it but it was only viable to use outside of a fight anyway.

He is approved. He is large and bulky, has great strength, but is not unbeatable, should be interesting to see if anyone wants to face him.
Sickness spam should do him in.

Yes. The NMV is a PvP role-play and you can enter as many characters as you like, provided you can keep up with the storylines they are in. If you start ignoring a storyline and delay someone else from advancing I will allow them to auto hit and incapacitate your character until you return.

Low-Tier = 1 Mid-Tier
3 Mid-Tier = 1 High Tier
9 LOw-Tier = 1 High Tier
So, 3 in between tier with +- 1 for the minor difference?
3 Low-tier = 1 Mid-tier
4 Low-tier = 1 high-Mid-tier
2 Low-tier = 1 low-Mid-tier

Clones by definition are not weaker than you, they are you hence a clone.
Those are perfect clones though. What if the clones suffered from inefficiency in the cloning procedure?
Also, Nobody, I might have to ask you to look at Niks' dialogue for awhile while he's using Evvie's suit.

Do you guys think the clones should be literally born ready in ther teenage forms or have to grow up like normal? They are born in incubators rather then a mother.
Both could work I think.
The lower tier could be born ready in their teenage forms, but the higher tier ones would have to grow up normally or at least has heightened growth rate.
