Huh, that board game?
I don't think there's any worry, labguys took their work safety seriously since, most of the time, it would be their asses that would be first casualty. So, a Grey Goo won't be starting unless someone that pays them order them to create one.

3: Black plague would have to be inhaled.(will put that detail in there.) it would take a fair amount of time til the plague takes its full effect. (Unless inhaled large doses.) this ability is meant to wear down adversaries in a slow death if not treated properly. It will take three days for inhaling a puff but will show symptoms of it as time flies. Which the days will lessen depending on how urchin one breathes in.

So, how much area can he cover with this in one go?

5: transformations, I'll let more people Judge that. If more agrees then I'll change it.

Look at Melonhead's Fury for comparison in power-up forms?

8: sinner ability noted. Will take it off and will replace it with hades soul. Since stealing his soul, he is basically using his power as his own. Though us into much will tire him out will be put in as well.

What the other said, wat.

9: preps will be made for summoning. I'll get to work on Cerberus' minor sheet

Question about the Shadow puppets, how strong are they? Because unless you stated otherwise, I think by the rule, they're going to be treated as 0-tier minions, low-tier at most.
And Cerberus would fill in the equal-tier summon/minion slot for your char.

Seems like Fury is the only one who can fly under his own power. Which does seem weird in retrospect...

If you're talking about the Aearth active characters, General Freedom could, and Evvie has wings that she can use. If we're talking about accepted chars, Are is also a wind spirit, flying is a given.
So, uh, who's waiting for who?
I think it's my turn in Rendezvous Crash, but....
I'll go with South-East.
I've survived once.
and...heh, that last RD game, I got killed for being inactive only to came in just after it was declared.

I seem like I always have to hound you to post, so I don't want to keep pestering you this game.

I'd drop it from space, of course. The self destruct is what happens if you aren't careful in how you kill the ship. There are 1600 kilograms of antiprotonium aboard, which is why he isn't usually allowed to operate in populated areas. The annihilation of all that antiprotonium would have tremendous implications, namely a 74080 megaton explosion. Garrett is flying the biggest bomb in history. Destroy the ship incorrectly, and that bomb goes off.

Let's see how many of the High chars would have the know how to destroy a ship right.....
BoT, Edmund and Doufarklaas't seems to have the necessary tech level. Oh, and there's S'kara.
Characters with immunity to beheading unite! Fight this oppression!

Mind you, most insectoids can actually survive decapitation as well. (Not in Jessibelle's case.)That's because their vital organs are held inside of their torso, rather than head.

Wouldn't this classify Niks as an insect too? :p
Also, bushido, I like to point out about the minion summoning rules which I'm pretty sure apply to your Shadow Puppet and your summoned Cerberus.
