Federico stepped foward and crackled his knuckles before moving his fingers fast and smiling to the unkown figures he said
"Bueno, ¿que tenemos aqui, me vais a fastidiar el primer dia de clase? (well, what do we have here? are you going to mess to my first day of class?)

He then raised his left hand and caused a hole in space that instantly sucked a ball of water that was flying towards him, making it disappear
"interesante..." (interesting)

Liz talked to Federico, but he tried to focus his attention in whatever was causing the commotion, not that he could understand entirely what the girl was saying except for "English class" and he remembered that prior to the gym spectacle he had been looking for one, so he diverted his attention for a moment towards Liz
"Where is English class?. Oh no, perdón, I mean, I occupied now. But thank you"

Federico saw how Huo had grabbed and lighten the cigarette, and without hesitation he offered him a smile.
"Quizas te he juzgado antes de tiempo. Thank you" (maybe I've judged you too soon, thank you)
He took the cigarette and before putting it in his mouth he saw how Bruce seemed to be fighting and prepared himself to absorb things with his powers if it was needed.

He didn't need to understand what Huo just said, his tone voice was enough for Federico to understand that he had been disrespectful, and brats being disrespectful to older people was one of the things he hated the most. He was about to create emptiness in the trachea of Huo to leave him momentarily without being capable of breathing as a form of little punishment when the whole building trembled and Federico dropped his cigarette. Then the girl said something he couldn't understand, but with much nicer tone

"Name is Federico. Dile a tu amigo que respete a sus mayores o no durara mucho en el mundo real, independientemente de sus poderes." (Tell your friend to respect his elders or he won't last long in the world, regardless of his powers)

Federico was starting to get nervous just waiting there for his turn to show off, so he took a cigarette out of the inner pocket of his jacket and when he was about to take the lighter out he realized that the lighter wasn't with him, he must have forgotten it. Well, no sweat, the solution to that problem was the human torch pyromantic that moments ago was heating the room, so after locating the kid thanks to its heigh, which was taller than most of the people around him, he found that he was talking to a girl and the brat with the skateboard that though Federico's name was Bruce. He approached Huo and poked him in the shoulder and then pointed at the cigarette in his mouth

Depends of the kind of dragon I suppose
But I would say that ten fifteen meters is an acceptable height, from feet to top of the head
