It's probably a good thing we can't use reaction pics IC. Though, there is one gif that I'm just dying to use.
There's a Jew joke here, but I'm not going to be the one to make it. :P
Random thought on Japan, but is the Meiji Restoration still going to happen if nobody takes the helm?
It was a very well-written post, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

You're arguing that it's unfair for the German states to get involved on Prussia's side. It isn't, at all, and the fact that you're arguing such a thing is massively hypocritical considering that an hour ago you were trying to do exactly the same thing.

No I'm not. That's an assumption on your part, not mine. I was calling whatever allies I had and letting Outcast take care of the rest. It's daily logical to assume Austria has allies in the Confederation

Could have...checked them out, maybe?

It's also safe to assume that nobody cares enough to learn the intricacies of 19th century politics for this game.

I think it's fair for anyone with knowledge of the German Confederation's existence to assume that there's some provision in it for war among the member-states.

I'm sure anyone who has taken a college history class knows of its existence, but that doesn't mean a whole lot.

I'm under the assumption that we only need a general knowledge to participate in these games. Not all of us graduated college with degrees in history.

You clearly referenced the German Confederation in multiple in character posts. You can't claimed ignorance of it. Besides, you were trying to get the German states onto YOUR side in your most recent IC post! Now you're whining that it's unfair for them to be involved on Prussia's side?

I know I'm allied with several German states. I know the German Confederation exists. I can claim ignorance to not having read the Constitution of the German Confederation, however, and I am because it's not a document I've read. I'm sure most people with a decent education can tell you that the German Confederation exists, but do you expect them to have read its constitution? No, that's just silly. This is a roleplay forum, not a history forum.

So Boerd said 1. You didn't know.

The same way most people can assume that most people haven't read the constitution of the confederation.

So Boerd said You never stopped talking about your role as President of GC.

It's on the second line of the guy's Wikipedia page.

So Boerd said If you researched what that meant, you would have known about the constitution.

I know it exists, yes, but that doesn't mean I read it.

So Boerd said 2. You weren't going to use it on me if I invaded?

Assumption on your part. I was going to call my allies, which could be reasonably understood as Bavaria and friends.

So Boerd said And besides, I told you numerous times the GC demanded you defend members.

Considering half of your IC posts to me were hostile in nature, it's fairly logical to take them with a grain of salt.

Anyway, Amph, if you feel ill-treated, I canask Outcast to keep the German states neutral.

I doubt Outcast is going to make them turn against me because you decided to lure me into a war because of a document I didn't know about. Again, that's just really poor sportsmanship on your part.
So Boerd said
Hey Austria, didn't you wonder for one minute why I didn't declare war on you?

Right there you're telling me that you played on ignorance to lure a player into do something, which you seem to do a lot. That's really poor sportsmanship.

Also, pointing out that the passage isn't exactly from Ezekiel 25:17 is equally as lame. You're aware that the purpose here is to have fun, right?
