Were you the one that decided to say Victoria was insane to cover up your ridiculous decisions, or did Outcast come up with the idea to cover them up for you?

Does it matter?

I don't think it quite works that way. I mean look at Iraq and their army after everything the United States did. This would be on a much larger scale and would probably cost the both of you a great deal of money.

Iraq is a bit of a different story. This would be the equivalent of selling weapons to China and then China equipping themselves, not overthrowing its government and establishing a new one with new institutions and technology.

Turns out someone did, and it didn't make much of a difference. The RoC didn't last long.

Also not a relevant example. We have warlords, the Japanese, and the Soviets to thank for the failure of the Republic of China, not the integration of new technology. What would theoretically happen here is that Britain and France sell schematics to a more open-minded Qing Empire for it to strengthen itself. In fact, you could probably compare it to a Self-Strengthening Movement that has Qing's full support and the support of foreign powers. In other words, it'd be a wildly successful version of what Qing tried to do in real life.

The flag of the Qing Empire was adopted in the 1880s. The Chinese never had a reason to have a flag since, unlike their European counterparts, they didn't need one to differentiate themselves from their neighbors. They were top dog for most of their existence, so it was somewhat pointless.
I, for one, welcome our new Chinese overlords.

You're all fundamentally misunderstanding the name.

Presumably, it's an allusion to the Napoleonic Wars, but then we go back to the discussion earlier on what a coalition is and isn't...
I just noticed that your signature changes every time I reload the page.

Tempted to collect 'em all. Already saw some Romans, Vikings, a First World War tank...? What else could there be? :O

Which is which, I wonder.

Let's just hope you put more effort into your war strategy than your alliance's name, or Outcast will be punishing the coalition powers for winning too absolutely.

Same to you.
