Geoffrey, I didn't include you in the teams since you said you might have to drop. If you're still able, you can be the first to go on a solo adventure.
“How curious.” Kulero thought aloud. “You are not actually Pokémon?”

Though he made a special effort to listen to everybody speak, making eye contact with them as they addressed him, he didn't move from his original position, even when Caliburn dragged himself through the dirt and over to him.

The Pokémon stared up at the evening sky, “I can’t even begin to imagine who you really are, where you are from, or even when you are from. Have you no memory of who you were before this or the life you lived before today? If not, why? What happened to those memories, and more importantly, the people and places in those memories? Are they across the stars? Across time? Or something even further? Curious, puzzling, even, puzzling indeed.”

“I understand your apprehension.” He continued. “Waking up with no knowledge of who you are, where you are, or what you’re doing here, and then, suddenly, you are addressed by a creature that claims to have summoned you but has no idea who you might be or where you are from. I’m sure you want answers, answers that I cannot give, and likewise, I’m sure you want a way home… a way that I cannot provide.”

Suddenly, Kulero turned his attention back to the group.

"I will do everything in my power to find you a way home, if that is what you wish, but please hear me out." He began. “This world needs champions, and if does not find these champions, then it is doomed. I will not ask you to be those champions, nor do I expect you to volunteer. However, I do ask that you journey out into the world and see for yourself what you will be leaving behind once I do send you home. Again, I apologize for my carelessness, my thoughtless actions that got you entangled into this mess, and I will make sure that you find your way home safely. All I can ask is that while I search for a way to send you home, that you journey out into the world and see for yourself…”

“You, you, and you.” He addressed Caliburn, Zee, and Enthen. “Head north through these woods and to a great city built where two rivers meet.”

“You, you, and you.” He turned to Freya, Lixy, and Zarapth. “Head west to where the lush forests turn into icy tundra, to the last settlement before the frozen abyss.”

“And you, you, and you.” He finally turned his attention to Blaise and Luchell, as well as Monaghan as he approached. “Head east to where the forestry turns into scolding waste, to the farthest village before the wastes.”

"Again, I apologize for entangling you in this mess.” He repeated. "But I implore you, fulfill this one simple request while I find you a way home."

"You!" Kulero addressed Monaghan, specifically, "You are not from the surface world. Perhaps it is better down there than it is up here, but perhaps not. Either way, you will accompany my two friends on their journey and see for yourself the world that you share with the rest of us..."

"Unlike the others," he concluded, "I am not asking."

I'm going to hold off on approving this until we get the first characters settled into the story, but I don't see any problems.

I suggest reading the OP a little more closely, as well as checking out the example sheet I posted.

Also, I'm unsure that your writing meets the minimum requirements for the casual section.

Those are really awesome.

I'm working on a post now, btw.
Atalee is here to stay. I love her way too much to abandon this game.

Plus, you guys are fun.

I know x_x this is the reason why there is no posting order. I'm considering what to do, because if its too slow, people leave, and stuff...

Everyone here seems pretty committed. I don't think they'll leave. Hopefully.

Mizuho said This is why I like piratepad roleplays ._. We should use it on occasion.

Yes, please.

(Though, etherpad is a thousand times more stable.)
Mizuho said I personally prefer it when there is one group going through things instead of multiple... but I'm not necessarily against people breaking off...... but its not preferred, either.

The game seems like it would be kinda slow if we had everyone together at once, but that's not necessarily a bad thing either.

Mizuho said PS, Diggerton, minimum post requirement is two paragraphs! You can just break up your post into two or something.

I keep forgetting about this too.
Atalee stared blankly at the woman, not really knowing how to react. The young woman appeared dazed, disoriented, and although her wounds didn’t look serious, her pride appeared to have taken a major blow. Again, Atalee wondered if the young woman and the large man knew each other from before, and if so, how? She wondered whether they were old friends, old nemeses, or something else. The young woman appeared significantly weaker than the large man. However, that seemed like it was because the large man was frighteningly strong and not because the young woman was particularly weak. In fact, Atalee suspected that the young woman was quite capable, probably being some kind of mage, even though she hadn’t yet seen her in action. This made the sister believe that perhaps the young woman was the one pursuing the large man, possibly because of some kind of grudge. Perhaps she was hunting him. Perhaps she even wanted him dead. Atalee could only speculate…

One of the other bystanders, a tough-looking warrior with unkempt black hair and piercing green eyes, spoke to the young woman. He offered to take the young woman to a healer, stating that this mysterious healer owed him a favor.

“That would be a wise choice.” Atalee stated. “Unless someone here happens to be a healer…?”

Woohooo, adventure mob! The best kind of mob!

I'm imagining it like being in a party in an MMO and just swarming the enemy with sheer numbers.

Should all of us not in that scene find a way to converge our way there or will there be more natural ways of joining up later?

Mizuho said
That would be up to you. I don't have anything in mind.

It'd probably flow better if everyone joined naturally, but that's just IMO.

On a similar note, how exactly will adventuring work? There's fifteen characters, so are you going to break us up into smaller parties, or are we going to go out in a large mob?
What kind of reaction should we have, MIzu? Not quite sure what to do now.
