Tyler was still looking around until he found a library which he loved since books aren't electronics. He enjoyed reading them, he like the horror and thriller kind of books. They seem more interesting than the other boring books that were in there. But he reads those too since there's nothing better to do other than sleeping. He also loved how libraries are always quiet and peaceful so he decided to rest there for now while reading a small book to pass the time.

Name: Alexander Exodus Gender: Male Age: 17 Crime Coefficient: 290 Enforcer/Inspector: Enforcer Hound 2 of unit one Personality: He is nice and kind and acts pretty normal but his real personality is cruel, he loves to imagine torturing people and the sound of screaming is music to his ear, also he loves the sight of blood and seeing it drop on the ground. Bio: He was an orphan for as long as he can remember and his orphanage was located in a dangerous city. He would always see people getting robbed or killed by getting stabbed ir shot. Everyday he would get to a hidden place where he can see an alley where mugger usually stab people. It was the most entertaining thing in the world for him, he even watch the bloodiest and goriest shows. His favorite was the one that talks about torture and love the each tool makes as it cuts or cracks. He would walk around in public imaging people he saw getting tortured to death by him. Then his crime coefficient grew pretty high that he captured.

Tyler was riding a bike all the way to the Academy since he can't get in planes, buses, or cars. It was rough having to ride a bike for weeks just to get to the academy and he was really tired when he got there. "Finally... I've made it... I'm so tired... I'm just glad I didn't get here late," he said with joy. Now he has to find the dorms so he can rest up for tomorrow but he doesn't know where anything is. He went to put up his bike at a bike rack and headed for inside the academy. He looked around thinking to himself on where the dorms might be.

Name: Tyler Walter Age: 17 Appearance: Gift: Electricity Manipulation - He can create, shape and manipulate electricity, gives him control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. He could be short circuited if splashed with water while using his electricity and he also has problems with electronics and also insulated material items can negate his electricity. Also if he uses his gift too much he will have to recharge. Bio: When Tyler's dad found out that his mother was pregnant he refused to raise it and ran away. Tyler's mother couldn't afford to take care of him so she gave him up for adoption. Tyler grew up in an orphanage and would never get adopted because there was something strange about him. When ever he gets near lights they would go out instantly as if they been drained. Tyler of course didn't know why this happen but he just ignored it since it might be nothing. He never made friends when he was little since the other kids were scared of him. When he was finally 13 he realized that he could manipulate electricity. He would experiment with his gift everyday and spend his time reading books on electricity. When he turned 15 anything electrical didn't drain out by themselves anymore but when he touched them he feel energy flow through him. Then when he turned 17 he got letter saying that he was eligible to join Waverly Academy where he can to control his power. Alignment: Neutral/He's thinking about it
