The registration is online, and at the same event last year there was a kid that didn't get to attend what he signed up for because he registered multiple times. The multiple registrations apparently filled up the event and prevented other people from signing up.

Message the customer support team to see if you registered.

This is actually true. While in the states my tracking info will tell me in which building in which state my package is. As soon as it hits the border it just says CANADA in capital letters
