Sorry I haven't been able to get a post up, I had a paper I needed to work on.

Emi

Name: Emilia "Emi" Levi Gender: Female Age: 17 Species: Pixie Powers: Emi puts her magic into cards which she uses to facilitate her magic. This allows her to keep her magic reserve as using the cards doesn't require as much magic as it would were it a full spell. The drawback, however, is that the effects are completely random. Emi draws a card and whatever card she draws determines what the effect will be. Certain cards used a certain way can be used for inventive purposes. Cards: (All effects last for about 3 or 4 minutes unless another card is thrown.) King - Summons a Sword that fights for you. (The Sword moves by itself.) Queen - Summons a Barrier to protect you. Jack - Summons a Butterfly. Very pretty, fairly useless. 10 - Gives Emi the ability to throw fireballs. 9 - Gives Emi the ability to freeze her foes. 8 - Makes Emi switch bodies with someone nearby. 7 - Causes an earthquake. 6 - Gives Emi the ability to control electricity. 5 - Gives Emi the ability to go invisible. 4 - Causes it to rain. Yay. 3 - Summons a tornado. O-O 2 - Summons Random Animal Ace - Makes Emi invincible. What she does with this.. uh.... Yeah. Hearts: Will give the added effect of healing. Very small amounts over 3-4 minutes. (If it hits the ground, it will heal Emi. If it hits someone else, it will heal them.) Diamonds: Makes things extra shiny. Will sometimes blind foes... and friends. Clubs: Makes the effects more powerful. Spades: Makes the effects weaker. Jokers: Red - Helps Black - Hinders Beyond her cards, Emi has all the powers one might expect of a pixie. She can shrink her size, grow wings made of energy and preform magic with nature as it's base. Personality: Emi has a very carefree attitude. She could care less what people think of her. She dresses like a boy when she likes, and she barely makes the effort to comb her hair. She is very athletic and loves to run and play basket ball with the guys. Despite this, Emi is a bit of a klutz. She'll often make small mistakes, like missing her mouth and pouring water all over herself or walking into the wrong door. The same is apparent in her style of magic. Enjoying the rather sparatic nature of it, Emi has no qualms with the drawbacks of her magic, though it's a pretty big one. She enjoys the surprise that comes with pulling a card and seeing what she gets to work with. She is fairly outgoing and will speak her mind freely. She has no fear of boundries and will constantly push them. Likes: -Fruits -Vegetables -Icecream -Guys -Sports -Gambling -Hot Weather Dislikes: -Fried food -Dogs -Other Girls -Make-up -Jewelry -Lemons -Cold Weather Hobbies: -Sports -Training -Videogames History: Emi grew up in a family of boys. When she was born, her mother died and her father had run out on them, forcing them to be orphans. However, the eldest son was of age, 21, and took ownership of the family, raising everyone. His name was Ever, Ever Levi. She has always looked up to him as a father figure and he has always looked out for her and her other three brothers. Ever would have been a rather well off pixie mage but his responsibilities robbed him of that chance as he became father and house-wife. Eventually Ever met his partner, Perry, a pixie from another line who was skilled in pixie magic. He, along with Ever, taught Emi's family how to use magic while helping Ever with the bills and other chores. Emi and her brothers helped as well, but having another adult seemed to help Ever immensely. Along with her brother, Emi eventually found her way to Agartha Academy by means of invitation. Ever had mailed the school, asking them to take his brothers and sister in and since then has been living in peace with Perry, getting things together to help pay the tuition and get themselves settled.

The devil? Eddie snorted and had to hold a hand to her mouth to stop herself from laughing for a mere fifteenth of a second before her features were schooled again. She brushed her red bangs from her forehead and wondered if she must make contact with such a being. It would be rude of her not to, but she really, really didn’t want to. Eddie shifted on her feet, glancing up at her new roommate – did she say Ev? – and stuck out her hand, though she was reluctant to touch skin with the other. “I am Edeline, but I go by Eddie. Nothing more, nothing less. Sick painting? Eddie’s lip twitched with disgust, but it had minimal movement and so it was not likely that her new roommate would have seen. She dusted herself off, just to give her hands something to do, and small balls of carpet hair stuck to her jeans which she picked off one by one before she answered. “Mm.” She grunted affirmative. She loved art. Art was her…well, let’s just say that there can’t be no Eddie without art.

The noise! Oh, the god awful noise! Eddie wished more, now than ever, that she could delve into her art-world and chill out with some hot guy she drew up – ah, drool! Eddie quickly wiped it away and peeked up, hoping her roommate didn’t see. Why did she have to get the rebellious roommate with...that thing she calls an instrument. Eddie sighed and tried to block out the noise while focusing on the lines of her painting. It was a painting she has always drawn when bored, mindlessly making the lines that she has made a million of times before. One time, she visited the painting, and talked to the dragon depicted in it with whom she named Smaug, after the dragon from The Hobbit. Eddie grinned at the thought of Smaug and wished she could press her fingers into the painting and become one with it; but, alas, she did not know if the girl before her was one of her kind or...the regular kind. Eddie’s eyes travelled to the alter...she probably wasn’t the regular kind. With her distaste out of mind, drowned out by the irritating noise called music, Eddie could feel her stomach growling beneath her clothes and she wondered if she would have time to get lunch. But, still. The Roommate might do something while she’s gone. What was her name, anyways? Has she introduced herself? “What’s your name?” Eddie said, a bit too quietly, and so she scrambled off the bed so the girl could hear her, but her foot caught on the sheet and she tumbled off. Her cheek smacked into the floor and her legs bent awkwardly behind her, partially still on the bed. Eddie stood up quickly, glancing at the bed to make sure nothing spilt, before returning to her previous task, her face impassive though her innerself was screaming curses at her. “Oi! Emily Strange, what’s your name?” She yelled over the music, her voice straining since she wasn’t used to shouting this way.
