Human kind is evolving, so that means we’re evolving. What does this mean for us as humans, what does this mean for me… more importantly, what does this mean for YOU?
Let’s take time to imagine, hmm? Imagine you are normal everyday workman. You have a wife, no kids (Your wife sadly can’t have any) but you have two cats to replace those missing kids. You have a perfectly normal life… or at least you had. You where strolling around the city at night lets say. You were minding your own business, when suddenly you where grabbed and pulled into an alleyway by 3 men, who were clearly stronger than you. One had a knife in his hand, pointing it to your chest while he yelled for your money. You were scared and frightened, but what next was something you didn’t expect.
It all happened quickly, when you snapped back into reality you saw the damage that you did. You looked down at your hand. It was… on fire… You freak out for a second. But you don’t know what to do. Should you run, or should you face the truth and accept it? It rushed through your head, making you feel bloated and dizzy. The best thing to do was to go home and explain.
So you explained the situation to your wife. She took it well, and remained calm and supported. This made you think that your life will resume itself and everything will be normal. But no, you’ve been mistaken.
You came home one night to find your wife, and a couple of strange men. These men immediately turned to you and grabbed you, thrusting you down onto the ground and locking you. Then, they quickly picked you up and threw you into the back of a van, driving off. 3 months passed, you where locked away in some sort of facility. In a grey, plain room. They were testing you, pushing you to your max capacity, discovering 'branch powers' linking to your main power. You had no clue how much more you could take. All you knew was that you belonged to them now, and you needed to escape.
So now what? what does this mean for human kind? Well i'll give you a little secret. These people... let's call them 'Shifters'. These shifters are rare yes, but they can also be hard to spot in the human world. Anyone could be a shifter, they just don't know it yet. You ready to face a story of powers, lies, fighting and hate? Well, sit down and get ready.
