Ellie took another sip of her cola just as a text message came in. She picked up the phone and read the message
Dad: Are you ok?
Ellie quickly pressed REPLY and typed: "I'm fine. Rogue conduit was taken care of. Have you heard of The Syndicate?" And pressed send. Ellie shut her phone and looked down at her drink. She looked up to see Zeke and Ford have a small, heated discussion about the TV. She noticed Jen sitting there, staring at whatever drink she had. Ellie slowly and quietly slid over next to her. "You ok?" She asked, holding her Cola in hand. "You look like you're about to pass out." Ellie was sure that Jen was about to slip into a blackout, or whatever her body did when she was drunk. Her phone buzzed again with: "I only heard of them once on that TV report. So No, not really." Ellie replied with 'Ok, I'll be home at the usual time.' And pressed send.

Appearance: Ellie stands at a small 5'0ft and weights 110lbs. She has hazel eyes and light-brown hair. She has fair, peachy skin with a nice rounded face to complement it. Ellie prefers wearing a shirt, shorts with her favourite pair of striped tights and her boots with leg warmers, along with a sheriff's leather jacket with a hood that is lined with fake-fur. (Which as taken from her father, but the badge was removed)

Personality: Ellie behaves with a very non-fighting, pacifist like nature. She's not really the type to charge head first into combat, but take her time and plan out a little bit. Due to this non-fighting nature, Ellie can come off as a little bit of a coward, and a little bit weak from time to time. But in truth Ellie will stand up for herself and what she believes in, including her friends and family. Ellie sadly can also be a little bit too paranoid in tough situations and a little bit too prudent. When it comes to social situations, while not shy or socially awkward Ellie isn't too interested in making a lot of friends, but she will be socially interactive with people when she needs to be.
Biography: Ellie grew up as an only child in a small town far outside of New York City. Her father, Clyde Haywood was the sheriff of said down, and would take her around on patrols when she was small. Due to her mother leaving the two at a small age, it was hard for Clyde to raise Ellie and have a constant 24/7-patrol job. This meant from ages 10-15 Ellie was at home alone a lot. This was the key to unlocking her powers. Ellie was studying alone late at night when a robber entered her house with a gun in hand. Ellie was scared and frightened and the robber grabbed her hand. That was when her powers came into effect, a needle of energy piercing through the robber’s stomach just as her father enters the door. Panicked, Clyde reported to the DUP and turned Ellie in, right after giving her his sheriff jacket. Ellie lived within the walls of her DUP cell for 5 months, meanwhile being tested and taught how to fight, to slaughter all the while she was tinkering and fiddling with her abilities. This shaped Ellie into the young woman she is today. Resentment and pacifism. Ellie was let free after Delsin Rowe took down Brooke Augustine, and she reunited with her father. Since then, she graduated from high school, along with her and Clyde moving into New York City.
Power: Stored Energy
Power-: Lamp Sedate: Ellie will drop a bright orb that will explode, knocking back her enemies but not killing them. This helps for Ellie's very pacifist, friendly nature. Instead of
killing the enemies she sedates them.
Energy Needles: Ellie will blast small, rapid, needle like blasts that will shoot at the enemy. These can also help with stopping the enemy by pinning them against a wall or the floor, depending on the location.
Light Bomb: This would be a more dangerous attack for someone like Ellie. While similar to Lamp Sedate, Ellie will chuck a smaller orb that will explode, hurting her enemies a lot more than lamp sedate.
Power Coat: Ellie will coat her arms and legs in energy, which allows her to run faster, along with punching and kicking harder for a certain amount of time. This helps with getting through slightly tougher enemies or running away
Other: Ellie's a Lesbian and is open (And trust me, i'm gay myself so i won't have any trouble RPing her. ;D)

Ellie was curious about The Cinder. She DID hear about the place but she was too young to go in. 'Worth a shot anyways...' She said, making her way down to The Cinder. Ellie stood in front of the double doors, but not before pulling out her cellphone and texting.
"Get Sally to cover the rest of my shift for me." She texted, sending to a man by the name of 'Johnny'. Ellie shut her phone and pushed on the door, entering The Cinder. 'Right, just act like you're 21. You look the part I guess you can act the part. Just don't order any alcohol...' Ellie muttered as she took a seat up at the front. Immediately Zeke came up to her. 'New here?' He asked. Ellie nodded 'Just a cola please.' Ellie said. 'Coming right up.' Zeke replied, pulling out a glass bottle of coke and a bottle opener, opening the bottle and giving it to her. 'Thank you.' Ellie said, taking a sip from it. Zeke leaned close to her. "You new here?" he asked "Not all conduits get out of this bar without showing me what they can do. Best do it now and get it done with." Ellie nodded and lifted her hand, flowly light energy emitted and twisting down her arm. Zeke stepped back and smiled. "Niiice Kid... What's your name?" Zeke asked. "Ellie" Ellie replied, taking another sip of her coke. "Well Ellie... Welcome to The Cinder."

OMG PSYCHOPATHS ARE SO MUCH FUN TO PLAY. No seriously. But I especially love playing the smart and manipulative psycho that just shows NO crazy in him but in truth he's a derranged madman.
"Holy shit..." Ellie muttered. "Please Tell me this isn't going to be like Seattle and Curdon Cay 2 years ago... is it?" She added, looking at the unconscious norm. This almost Frightened Ellie a little bit. Someone with the ability to remove a conduit's powers? Ellie didn't want to believe it, but it was already trapped in her mind. Ellie managed to rise up from her moment of thinking. "Who are the Syndicate exactly?" Ellie asked, awaiting an answer from whoever knew. "And how the hell can they have the ability to take away conduit powers..." Ellie added, looking back at the unconscious Norm.
I was out, Holy crap i'll post gimme a minute.
"This isn't working, nothings working!" Ellie said to herself, firing another 2 needles at the tornado. "Who the hell is even in there?" Ellie wondered, looking around. "Who ever it is they're one hell of a conduit..." She fires two more needles at the tornado, but too no eval. "God freaking damn it..." Ellie cursed, throwing more needles at it. "Wait, Maybe i've just been missing completely..." Ellie said. "Eye of the storm is in the middle, so just fire there..." Ellie created two more Needles and threw them at the middle of the storm, seeing if anything will happen.
