I thought the question was pretty clear. Do psionics, telepaths etc. exist in this universe?

By how your question was worded, it looked like you were asking for verification on the existence of psionics and telepaths based on someone else's post farther back in the thread. I didn't see any such post, hence my confusion.

To answer your question, no. At least, I don't think so.

We allowed psychics and telepathy and shit in this? It's not a huge deal, just curious.

?
Possibly interested. Depends on the above discussion regarding magic, however.

I was never a large fan of magic in general. I've given it a strong go in NRPs past, but it never sat well with the concepts I was going for with my nations.

Your faction sounds like it doesn't have too much freedom and individual choice. Also this a galaxy we're talking about so it is highly possible for there to be a galactic crime syndicate, and I think it would offer a lot of interesting aspects to the rp.

It has an ungodly amount of choice and freedom, just not in the same way most people expect.

Well then I meant galactic underworld, and in my opinion if you have empires and civilizations that can cross the galaxy then naturally you would have crime syndicates. Criminals do not follow norms like lawful citizens do so regardless of how isolated you are, there is always the possibility of criminals who will use galactic space travel to make profits

That's...not how some nations work, specifically mine. The issue with the yul is that, while they do have high levels of trafficked contraband materials (mostly in the form of genemods and off-the-grid military-grade mechanical augmentations), actually making it into yul space while remaining undetected is a pipe dream at best and downright suicidal at worse. This is due to the fact that yul value their security, and have taken extensive measures to ensure their species' longevity in the wake of intergalactic imperialism and hostile xeno species by lacing their held territories with thousands of 'lurker drones' that run passive scanning routines, dyson swarms around stars that function as 'space denial systems' and a rather large amount of unmanned mobile military gun installations that run patrols throughout the systems that they are assigned to.

As all of these measures maintain a constant linked network with one another, hiding and performing shady acts within a yul star system is rather folly, especially since the transferring of goods is done by pre-determined routes mapped out by an extensive wormhole gate network.

Also, civilian or private firm spacecraft do not exist in the Yaren Axis. It's either government-controlled spacecraft or a drone freighter. Anything else is either a mining rig or something that doesn't belong, and things that do not belong there are usually tracked, asked to leave or outright destroyed (and then salvaged for parts).

Wow, Theodorable, he really hates you...

No, it's just the main GM has decided to leave the RP for unexplained reasons. I typically don't stick around in threads afflicted with those particular situations, even if they are taken control of by another individual.
Wait.

I surmise I can, since I am responsible for the map.

With this said, I feel my time in the thread has ended.

Hope the RP doesn't die on you guys.

Cya.

Sure Raptorman.Legion I will liekly be asking you to reduce your claim, also I did a look at your military again and noticed one of the first comments was your tanks intending to be home-grown designs and this "the 25TP is capable of outstripping any other tank in service with exception to the KV series."That means you are fielding the 2nd best tank in the world as a a nation that is maybe equivalent to Hungary at this time. You are not playing a major power, you are playing the kind of nation major nations use in proxy wars your best gear is generally not homegrown but imported from major nations. For example, i like that you are using the HE 112, a plane rejected by a major nation but you nation picked up and imported.

In all fairness, the KV-1 came out in 1939; any nation that is allied with this RP's USSR carbon-copy could probably be given the plans and/or exported KV-1 tanks. As Legion is playing a Poland-like nation that is most likely akin to its WWII-counterpart, I don't see why proposed tanks that were planned for production are banned from use, especially if the nation using the 25TP only has 15 of them. 15 tanks, especially when they're weaker than the KV-1, shouldn't be a serious threat in the grand scheme of things.

Anyway, interested.
Massive WIP (especially in regards to the post's formatting and paragraph structure, which is incredibly poor at this point). I wouldn't bother reading this until it's complete.
