Silence usually occupied Beowulf’s scanning processes. Though coming off as rather rude (Jurreal had lectured him multiple times on how discourteous it was to deliberately withhold acknowledging the quarries, concerns or statements of others), Beowulf felt slight justification for his less-than-stellar performance—though a meager measure of pettiness drifted through his electronic mind the more he dwelled upon it. Unless they were made by individuals that he knew personally, Beowulf wasn’t used to having demands made of him; it annoyed him to no end actually—a pet peeve if you will. The defining reasoning behind such feelings escaped him.

Perhaps he wasn’t as devoid of emotion as he had previously perceived. Well, that or his Caretaker’s own perceptions and sentiments had rubbed off on him. Prior to his departure to this strange new place, Beowulf had spent several years in Jurreal’s company, so such a theory couldn’t have been far off from the truth. Beowulf of Trinity wasn’t entirely sure if this was normal (or optimal) behavior. Odd? Different? Most certainly. Normal? Not a chance.

Beowulf was yanked free from his own thoughts when the woman he had observed perished before his eyes. At her death, sadness did not come, for she was a stranger, but the Machine God’s powerful suspicions of her association with Jurreal’s tribe still lingered aimlessly over him.

This was enough cause to warrant comment and, if it came down to it, appropriate action.

“Update: review of Unidentified Entity-268 has been completed, yet no formal designation has been given nor compiled,” said Beowulf. “As such, a temporary name has been assigned to Unidentified Entity-268; Unidentified Entity-268 has been informally renamed to ‘Walking-Stone’, and will remain as such until Walking-Stone discloses his, her or its name and/or designation at some point in the immediate future.”

Beowulf’s gaze fell on Ysolda’s scattered remains.

“Query followed by Aggressive Visage: Was Walking-Stone the cause for the human woman’s death?”

I appreciate your willingness to help Vordak, and you are right on the bit about settling the issue. However, I think we're past the point of actually turning this around. Personally, I'm open to continuing the RP in Necropoli, but that amounts to nothing if the other party isn't up for it.

Contrary to popular belief (well on the contrary, it might be just your belief), I'm relatively easy to get along with, with only two real things very likely to get me started (of which constitute the heretical actions of metagaming, powerplaying and godmodding, and alleged abuse of power on the GM's part). I post sarcastic things often, but more often than not I'm merely joking. Or I'm just having a go because of boredom (this is a weaksauce reason, but there it is).

You're still clinging to that wormhole scandal as well. That was, what, a month or two ago? Worse yet, that issue was settled rather handily; it resulted in me getting what I wanted while making sure the ability was balanced (courtesy of Melonhead and I *believe* you as well, since you distributed some worthwhile information obtained from your own past dealings with someone that utilized teleportation technology). Think back to how easily it was to get me to go with a nerf. That's called being rational and logical (and not taking a hobby seriously) LeeRoy.

As for insulting people's intelligence--if you're talking about Khan and I, he and I don't see eye-to-eye on most things.

I'm borderline enraged because you've opted to not only bullshit your way around an obvious wrongdoing on your behalf (let's keep it real: you're trying to justify autohits and autokills without any worthwhile evidence nor ground to back it up save for some lousy PM session held between you and Rilla), but the issue in question could have been avoided had you merely posted one sentence in this OOC or in a PM. THAT would have earned you the justification you're so adamant on holding on to.

Mahz's site isn't advanced enough to give you an exact date at which a post was made, nor is it clear how, exactly, the forum does time (whether or not varies between users because of their different time zones---though I doubt this given how other forums I've been on have handled time). It merely gives you an approximation, not an absolute. For all we know, that post is one week and one minute old, or it could be 13 days and 1 minute old.

Regardless, that bit on the '15 minutes thing' is irrelevant, as I've previously stated basing the time my last post was made off an xboxlive message's time stamp was a little...unreliable, to say the least; it's also subject to bias on my behalf.

There's still the looming issue of Skall himself having not added an official ruling on 'post delays' in the OP of the OOC. Your PMs are meaningless to me.

Now, if you want to actually get some roleplay done, did Ysolda perish or no?
