However, Spam's already being affected by offshore Skype accounts. It's pretty much already done. There's already a large amount of IMing happening, but Aragorn is trying to move it towards a "better" location.

Though I suppose there is a chance that this will hurt Spam further by making another group that would prefer to be there instead of here.

But what am I saying? The Skypers have assured me that almost completely ignoring Spam isn't a problem. Well, at least for them.
