Everything except his last sentence was pretty spot on. American politics is out of hand. Of course the entire thing is important, but it is perfectly understandable for a regular citizen to want nothing to do with it.

Joking aside, I have an unusual distaste for the "I bet you are real fun at parties." comment in particular. It's just a roundabout way of saying that you think someone is lame. And in my mind it has a "you're not a regular person" vibe. And normalcy is terrible. "Regular people" are terrible.

RPers and GMs who join/start RPs only to immediately drop out has always been a major problem on RPG, some rep system to help as an early warning would be nice, even if it is abused in some cases. But a simple +1 system wouldn't help that much anyways. :P
