What would you expect to happen if you clicked a "Delete" button next to a private convo?

It's not a simple decision, it seems.

Editing a PM is convenient for you, but it has the capacity to make the whole thing illegitimate. And then you have to weigh how much that matters and the possible consequences. And if that weighs more than the combination of the trouble it would take to implement with the slight convenience of a window of editing.
