Well it's basically me giving out suggestions but I understand all the same. Everyone doesn't have to start on a fixated road so feel free to roam in stuff(Unles told otherwise of course). Explore your character's personality further than whatever you have written. How does he(Assuming it's a him) act outside of work? What is his favorite hobby? What's the relationship between him and his Zanpakuto? Questions like that can be used to start a char off on almost any Rp except for the ones that force you on a fixated path at the start.
Jumping in isn't that hard but I've been here since like day three so it'll probably feel like second nature to me. Well, good luck and have fun when the time is ripe for you to jump in!!

So I was given the go ahead to post, just no combat until they do one last review of my skills, so hopefully later, I'll have one in. On that note, any suggestions are where to start out or whatever, I'm under the impression that we graduated the academy and are now in the process of seeking a squad.
