he bagan to walk away, but decided to get to know kirishin a little better, as he may prove to be a usefull ally later on, if not, there are other less subtle uses of strong shinigami like him...
" so, kirishin, what is your specialty, what area of skills do you focus in on, hmm?"

Kirishin turned his mask back into pure Reishi before following behind Tsushiro. "I focus on every area so I don't necessarily have a specialty. Training in one specific area will make you weak in others and vice-versa. One that trains in all, will in a sense, have no weaknesses but the one who trains only in one will still be able to dominate in a fight between him and the latter. So in exchange for weaker power in one skill, I'm able to conquer most if not all of my fighting flaws by keeping all areas evened out." He stopped so he could readjust his glasses, continuing on with his speech shortly after. "I just try to keep myself prepared to change my fighting style for every situation that comes my way. So, what are you planning to research?" Kirishin asked in a stoic tone.

This is the last mission of Arc one(8th Division only) so just imagine this as some sort of season finale so I'm trying to see how this will end beforehand.

Shoske was packing a small bag with his belongings, which wasn't much. The young angelic girl was sitting on his bed, watching him along with Lahel. Lahel stood up and spoke "Shoske, why are you leaving me?! I thought you were gonna protect me!" Shoske stopped, looking back at her "I thought I could, I thought I was strong enough. But reality has kicked in. I'm still unseated and I still haven't gotten stronger. And...it's not safe" Lahel looked confused "What do you mean" She went to grab his sleeve. Suddenly, Shoske spoke quite loud "Don't touch me!" Lahel stopped. Shoske pulled the string on the bag and put it over his shoulder, the bag touching his back "I'm sorry Lahel, this is where we part ways" Shoske out his resignation letter on the desk "Give this to captain Kuchiki. Goodbye" He walked out the door, only leaving his regrets and Lahel. The small angelic girl followed him "Go back" He told her. The small girl shook his head and kept following him. Shoske kept on walking, leaving the Squad 6 barracks. He looked up at the clear skies. He looked back, still seeing the small girl following him. Shoske turned forward and began to walk towards Squad 11 barracks

"Ok so what's my options for getting in, I could just sneak past the guard and have my ass stomped on the second the second I even touch the gate. That doesn't sound like fun and the chances of that actually working are very slim. Create a distraction and then go from there? Hmmm...the chances of that working all depends on the distraction I use and.....I forgot about one little but crucial factor!! How will I get out safely without being noticed!!? Well I have to find a way over there or else two hours of my life would've been for nothing! Wait...who's that!!?" Seteno quickly shunpoed onto a nearby tree while gazing down at someone. A man could be seen leaving the barracks, all packed up with a small girl running after him. "Packed up and leaving Squad six? Sounds interesting, my observation of the other guy will have to wait. Let's find out where this guy is going and why he's so intent on abandoning his baby sister." He said silently, jumping from tree to tree in an attempt to follow the man.
