Deep fry that chewy flour tortilla, that's the good stuff. But really, try some homemade corn tortillas, they're thicker than the store bought ones that fall apart to easily and they have more bite and flavor.

Agreed. Tacos are sometimes nice though, fried corn tortillas are delicious, and they give it that extra crunch that you just can't get with a burrito.

I've just never like the crunch, it's always.... really dry and gets very soggy very fast in my experience

maybe I just need higher quality shells because I don't think I'm doing this right.

But just in general I'd rather have the chewyness of a flour tortilla no matter how worse it is for me.
