If you think about it, it wouldn't make sense to use those cards either. Now cards like the stardust or red dragon archfiend spin offs, sound fine, or I would suggest creating a newer version of them with a slightly tuned effect from the original. It just wouldn't make sense story-wise to use the actual cards. The only thing I can think of that would allow you to use them is make a background story as to how you got the card. An example would be that your great grand father was jack atlas, or great grand father, was friends with jack atlas and he entrusted him with the card.

for ace monsters, it depends. If your deck greatly needs 3 or 2 of your ace monsters or monsters that are like semi-ace monsters then 3 sounds fine. For me both of my main characters and side character, will have one ace monster because the deck will be mostly focused on them (not completely but mostly).

Ok I edited and added more to Phase Shift Summoning. I recommend rereading the rules with it.
I may change a few things, with the summoning before we start though, but it'll be ready before we start. I may make it so that people can just join when they are ready. My phase shift deck is almost done. I'll probably start the rp sometime today.
I understand you greatly eklispe. I'll start it after I make up an original deck, it shouldn't take long. Do you guys understand my new summoning method?
Grandzhelios has the idea lol. Also you can make up your own themed deck. It doesn't have to be official cards, after all, I made a new summoning type. xXSINXx, if it's your own graveyard it's fine, or if there is a penalty/condition to reach in others graveyards it's fine.
