As Magus approached the steep precipice, overlooked by the Shadow Temple and tall wooden palisades, a spell of sagacity would quickly overwhelm him. The temple practically radiated with misfortune and doomโ€”elements one normally didnโ€™t sense yet somehow they seemed to tangibly pollute the air.

An unnatural wind jostled the undressing branches of the trees that crowded the area surrounding the place. The reason no guards were ever stationed outside its walls went hand in hand with the reason people rarely ever ventured within a few feet of the Shadow Temple. It was excruciatingly clear why. Some inexplicable force naturally seemed to be acting as a deterrent and Magus could feel it pushing at his mind and persuading him to keep his distance. Nonetheless, he had a clear reason for being there and would soon feel the headache-inducing force fade before long.
Felicia traced the swirling pattern of her thumbprint with her eyes. Repressing a sigh, she pushed against the malleable caramel of the candied apple once again, trying her best smooth out the nicks that had resulted from her three-minute escapade. Sitting on the opposite edge of the well from the pale, peculiar woman, she entertained the idea of heading home early. If she hurried she could probably do a small bit of fishing before she lost the light. Then again, even that brought her little solace nowadays. The water was nearly as dead as she wasโ€ฆ.

โ€œCome.โ€

Felicia jumped. The poor, derelict apple rolled out of her hands and onto the leafy ground. She lunged after it, clumsily falling to her knees as she tried to retrieve it before it rolled too far, collecting bits of leaves as it went.

โ€œWe're gathered at the graveyard now. There's a fairy there who speaks in dreams. Believe me, she's even more irritating in person. I realize that this whole situation seems somewhat mad, but I do hope you'll give trusting me a chance.โ€

โ€œG-give you a trusting chance?โ€ she stammered, exasperated as she stood up, apple in hand, โ€œI donโ€™t even know whoโ€”โ€œ her voice fell to a whisper as a crowd goer raised an eyebrow in her direction, โ€œor what you are!โ€

Felicia, youโ€™re going crazy. Your sister warned you, didnโ€™t she? Your unhealthy habits have finally sent you to the edge of mental ruin. Tomorrow youโ€™ll be dragged away shouting at nothingโ€ฆ. She collapsed into her self, releasing a defeated breath.

โ€œCanโ€™t you bother someone else please?โ€ she brushed a few strands of her strawberry blonde hair away from her eyes, โ€œOr at least stop sneaking up on me.โ€

She mumbled the last bit, not really expecting a response. So far the voice seemed to just come and go as it pleased. Why should this instance be any different? She miserably peeled crushed autumn leaves away out of the appleโ€™s caramel coating, looking exhausted and annoyed with herself.
I guess the rule would be to be considerate. Consider those involved, those who may soon be involved, and those who are there but not exactly involved... and go from there. Taking turns is preferable amidst involved parties. Just use your best logic for now and don't be afraid to ask if anyone else really wants to get a post in before you in the OOC. I may implement a stricter rule if speed posting becomes a problem.

1. I'll get to that when I rewrite the history.
2. I'll remove that. I don't know why I put it in there.
3. The magic holds him together in much the same way as a Stalfos, meaning he's not as tough as a typical Hylian, but is still not easily broken apart.
4. That's really all it is. He draws on existing shadows to darken the area to a point where most would struggle to see.
8. Removing this.

Alright. Cool beans. No problems that I could see other than the ones I've already mentioned. For his constitution, I'll just have to trust that you'll be fair in the way he takes damage and recovers after difficult battles. Also, and I've made this a point to my other nonhuman-esque players, he'll need some source of energy. Whether it be extra sleep or some sort of potion or food or whatever-- dunno. Maybe he bathes in orange juice to soak up vitamin D. You'll have to come up with something.
He has one too many skills-- the limit being 7.

1. Ancient Warrior: As an Ikanian, Ilgos is far, far older than most he'll ever meet in Hyrule, and has the combat experience to show for it. By fighting for thousands of years in a bloody civil war, he built up much experience in the art of war, making him nearly unmatched in single combat.

(According to the wiki, there would be nobody for Ilgos to engage in a bloody civil war with. Perhaps prior to their being cursed, but that's it. And the only Garo in Ikana Valley would be the ghosts that once belonged to the spies. The Garo would have no reason to pester the fallen kingdom of Ikana after they were cursed. The kingdom is fallen. Could you perhaps be more specific as well? Surely he favored a weapon after "trying them all out" and devoted his time and attention to mastery of that instead of mastery of everything. Although it would seem rather pointless to train so hard when your entire race has been cursed, your kingdom has fallen, and nobody really cares to bother the haunted place.)

2. Nobleman: Ikana promotes based on two things, and one of those is combat ability. By proving himself skilled even by Ikana's standards, he rose in rank and once again proves himself nearly unmatched in combat skill.

(Is this a talent or a title?)

3. Skeletal: While making him a bit more fragile, his skeletal nature also makes him more agile, giving him a better ability to avoid hits. He is still not as fragile as he appears, as he is held together fairly well by the curse.

(This seems kind of contradictory. So are you saying his bones are fragile and may break? Or that his bones are invincible because of the curse?)

4. Curse of Ikana: The Curse has proven to be both a curse and a boon. While it makes it more difficult for him to blend in (not that he really wants to) and marks him as abandoning the Goddesses (not that he really cares), it also grants him eternal life and a very slight talent in the dark arts of Majora, allowing him to have extremely limited shadow manipulation. This is really limited to darkening an area slightly to give him an edge in physical combat.

(Can you specifically lay out what the Shadow Magic does?)

8. Literacy: Ikana was many things, but primitive was not one of them. While Ilgos may not be familiar with the written Hylian dialect, it is similar enough to his native language that it wouldn't take long for him to learn.

(Could probably eliminate this one unless Ilgos reads a lot in his spare time rather than mastering weapons.)
A battalion usually refers to 300-1,200 soldiers.... -_- I believe "squad" would be a better word, although I would still advise against it.
Well that particular Skull Kid would have been known for popping in and out considering his friendship with the Four Giants....

No-- but perhaps less well-read.

To elaborate, since I wrote that quick response while at work...

The list is meant to be a list of TALENTS. So just because it's not on there doesn't mean your character can't do it. They just can't do it very well for the most part. (Unless we're talking about magic or a skill that would require your character to have at least some background in it.) I'm going to go with the idea that Hyrule offers public schooling-- therefore most ought to be able to read and do basic math, etc.
MMmkโ€ฆ Kalamadea, there are quite a few changes that are going to have to happen. Specifically with the backstory. I'll address any other problems, if there are any, once this is cleared up.

"Months passed as [Link] wandered in search of his companion, Navi, eventually losing himself in a mysterious forest. It just so happened that this forest led to a parallel world known as Termina." (Hyrule Historia)

The forest in question, for this RP at least, would be the Lost Woods-- Link runs after Skull Kid, falls down a hole, thereโ€™s a bunch of weird colorful symbols and faces, and then BAMโ€”he lands on a Deku Flower and is in Termina. You get there by chanceโ€”not by choice. And vice-versa. They arenโ€™t in the same dimension. Termina and Hyrule--Neither know of the other.

The history of the Ikana will be the same as the wiki, so thereโ€™s also no need to fabricate too much. Letโ€™s at least stick with what we already have-- that Ikana and Termina donโ€™t worship the Golden Goddesses, but instead rely on the Four Giants. And you canโ€™t forget about the Stone Tower, which was obviously meant to be the main source of the Ikanaโ€™s curse. Itโ€™s a popular theory that the tower may have been built in opposition to the Goddesses or perhaps as something similar to the Tower of Babel. (I'm flexible with that.)

You can elaborate more on the Ikana Kingdom so long as it doesn't contradict anything from the game or wiki or isn't totally nonsensical. I've never been a fan of the theory that Ikana created Majora's Mask in ancient times, but I see the argument and know it's not set in stone-- so I'd be willing to allow it. Not sure how I feel about Majora being worshiped as their GOD though... maybe he once was, but certainly not by the time the moon fell I should think.

โ€œThough the events which sparked the war between Ikana Kingdom and the nation from which the Garo hail are not divulged, what is made very clear throughout the game is their intense rivalry; it is powerful enough to keep them fighting even after they've died.โ€

โ€œDetails of the countless battles that ensued following the war's initiation are not revealed, but the Kingdom is said to be "stained with a history of darkness" and "drenched in blood," insinuating a merciless, long-winded conflict.[15] When Tatl senses Garo nearby, she says she can sense a "thirst for blood looming all around" them, possible evidence that the war started as, or eventually boiled down to, a conflict of mere bloodlust.โ€ (Zelda Wiki)

Also keep in mind that, in this timeline, Link was never in Termina to save it from the crashing moon. Termina and its well being arenโ€™t really essential to the story, so you have a few optionsโ€ฆ.

Ilgos could have passed into the land of Hyrule whilst trying to escape from the descending moon. Or some other nameless hero/band of heroes could have saved Termina from itโ€™s demise. Either way, Ilgos could not have passed through on purpose. It would have been by accident and he would more likely be alone. I really have no idea how an entire battalion of skeletal Ikana Knights could gracefully infiltrate Hyrule and be apart of the current story. The King would send his Knights to destroy the imposing threat at once-- especially considering what kind of reputation Stalfos have in the Kingdom of Hyrule.
No-- but perhaps less well-read.
Awesome.
