As far as I know the European Consolidation is the most advanced army in the world right now, and they use fairly minimalist/basic exoskeletons(And have very experimental laser weapons that they don't use in mass) and not large power armor, and certainly don't have hover craft and mechs as far as I know.While I believe people should be free to do what they want, we should probably try to keep the technology relatively consistent, as we should all be relatively close to each other in military technology, outside of cutting edge stuff. Introducing mechas is sort of a big thing(and is a logistical nightmare for any military force to use).

Well lets just say it's different, unlike most realistic rps, this one can either advance real slowly, or insanely fast. You want a new form of government, boom you can create it, you want to start another crusades, you can do it. The only thing is you must be realistic at the start. But if you want a revolution within the first turn, by all means have fun with it.

If you wanna form lets say Kurdistan, what you need to do is 2 things, A, you could either ask the person controlling Turkey to release it, or B. If they are not played, just go to war to release it.
Turns are going to be used, 1 turn is 1 month. A turn happens every other day. Nations will get to do multiple things, depending on there main research focus, they will get to start researching 1 thing, they will also get random events that I will have happen, from Gold Rushes to Earthquakes. Each turn you get to do 8 things, 1 research update, 3 Economic Updates (Building Factories and trading), and 4 for political updates. You will get an extra 4 if you are at war.
Conquering is allowed, for Non Played and Played. I will have it so Non Played sometimes conquer other Non Played. Playeds can conquer non playeds during dice rolls that I do. The Non Played and the Played get 4 random rolls and the one with the highest number added together wins the battle. If a played goes to war with another played they can call in allies, the winners and losers shall be decided in the same way as I said above.
Also, you can form more countries such as the South American union if you conquer more.
You can have up to 3 characters, but they must be in different areas, Such as 1 person and 1 group, or 1 of each.

Basic History:
Like the earthly Mesopotamians, the Bypines think of there greatest king as Wago, aka the God King. The cave he supposedly fought the dragon in became one of the largest cities in there influence, it was known as, Bypineia. There the capital building and all of the religious festivals are held. Most of the main battles in the kingdom where fought here.
Battle 1: The Siege of Bypineia
The people of Bypineia went into a great war against an empire long forgotten, so long forgotten that no one remembers there name. If the forgotten ones would of successfully pulled of the siege Bypine would be no more. Wago, being the great man he was, fought back against the invaders and managed to push them back into there homeland.
Battle 2: The 2nd Siege
Around 50 years later the forgotten ones charged again, Wago's grandson, Jago, was now the leader. He and his army fought against the forgotten ones in the 2nd most important event in Bypineian history, the 2nd siege. This Siege lasted a total of 50 years, and it ended with a Bypineian victory when Jago's grandson Jago the 3rd fought off the forgotten ones and eradicated them once and for all! Or so they think.
Battle 3: The Great War of Bahaza.
Bahaza, a city in the Bypine area, was filled with people who wanted freedom. They started to rebel against the Bypine for freedom. The Bypine government started to send a very large amount of troops to wipe out the rebels. The war was not quick, and it was not easy, but the people of Bypine somehow managed to fight off the rebels in Bahaza while keeping them under Bypine rule.

@Balena_Rex, Couple things pal. First off the powers, why can a part-man, part-bird blast electricity from his palms? Is this an ability he picked up on the course of his career, or is it something he's always had? I'd like a little more explanation into that one. Also, why a sword? It seems tacked on.The other thing, and this is my fault for not mentioning it before, is that Hawkman already has a mentee, my character Fenrir. Thats not a problem really, as each mentor can sponser two students, but we'll just have to iron out a story for that one. I'll edit the first post here to show which characters we already have in the team, their powers and their mentors so it's less confusing for future applicants.
Kk, I just added the lightning as my character was kind of inspired by wasp from marvel who can blast lightning out of her hands. so yeah. And the sword is just because Hawkman had a weapon and he gifted it to Blue Jay.

Formed During WW3, the state of Louisiana was granted independence after the USA started to fall apart. After a short war for about 6 months a white peace was signed and the Kingdom was formed. Bobby Jindal, the Governor at the time, took control as the monarch of the country. He started trading with multiple countries in Europe and Asia and formed himself a little economic powerhouse. They had lots of goods come in and out of New Orleans which helped with this.
As the world around Louisiana collapsed, they somehow managed to stay relatively neutral, unlike most. The USA tried and failed to conquer them again and they stayed independent.
