Alrighr, thanks for letting us know. :) we'll wait for you.
Danny stared at the people gathered, most more than a foot taller than her, eyes wider than she ever made them. She moved her unblinking stare to the biggest man as he and the captain noticed the other ship, announcing it was a slaver ship. She glanced around at the crew gathered, rubbing at her wrists. She still wasn't quite registering what was happening around her, but she backed away from the cutlass, realizing it was for her to fight with a second too late. Panicked, she scrambled up with it, nodding to show her understanding of the situation. Prove herself useful, protect the ship and show loyalty. She could do those things. Another man looked to her and commanded her to help with the cannons. Dropping her bag, Danny placed the cutlass into her belt, running to the cannons and, with a bit of difficulty, started to load cannons with the shots. She didn't know which shot from which, but she tried her best to sneak peeks at the others, or simply guess. Her head snapped to the side as the harpoon splintered the wood.

"captain, we'd better prepare for boarders. Load up the guns with grapeshot. We'll give these bastards a nasty surprise they'll never forget."

Danny glanced at him, then to the cannons and their shots and finally to the rope connecting the two ships. She smiled, sighing as if she knew what she was gonna do was stupid.
"Don't shoot me!" She shouted, moving above the rope and springing over the railing, letting herself fall. It wasn't far down until she gripped the rope, though, moving in such a way so her arms and legs were wrapped around it. She took a second more to gather both her strength and courage, before shimming her way across and onto the other ship's deck. She took another second to fumble the Cutlass out of her belt and sliced at someone with it, surprised and pleased with herself she managed so well with it. Danny continued to fight through the crowd, nimbly moving around in ways to evoke friendly fire, letting the crew take care of their own for her, as she wasn't as skilled as she would have liked to be with blades bigger than a dagger. The more she sliced at the men coming at her, the wider her grin got, until she started giggling. It was her first fight on the sea, and she could go for hours more if need be. She rammed the Cutlass forward into someone's abdomen and moved to pull it back, only to find it stuck. Her smile disappeared again as panic over took her face.
"No, no! Give it back!" She let go as another man swung at her arms, making a growling sound. She dropped to the deck as he swung again, causing the bigger man to trip over her. She sucked in a breath and stood up as the boat lurched from being hit by the pirate ship's cannons. Danny's eyes searched the bodies, but she couldn't spot the cutlass.
"Dammit no! I need to give that back!" She muttered, frantically moving past the men until she spotted someone familiar, the giant man who untied her. He was going under deck, and it clicked in her head that he would go to save the slaves onboard. Others were heading down after him, none looking to friendly. Danny made a yelping noise as she move out of the way just in time to avoid being impaled on a sword. Instinctively, she twisted, using the momentum to bring her fist towards her victim faster. Danny had expected to connect with his chest, but instead her fist drove itself into the softer flesh of the stomach. Without hesitating, as the man moved forward in surprise from the blow, Danny gripped his arm and hand above the sword, continuing to move forward to bite the man's wrist. As she did, he howled out in pain and let the sword go, allowing Danny to pry it completely from his hands, dislodging herself from him and swinging the blade more like a child would a stick to connect it to the man's shoulder. Stumbling back, Danny sucked in a breath, regaining her footing from the attack.
I don't particularly have any need for a posting order, but do try to let two others post before you post again. :L other than that, yeah. go for it.

Moe glanced at her watch again, internally groaning as she saw it was time to leave. She'd rather stay in the house a bit longer and investigate more into the instruments she'd filled the house with. She didn't even know what some where, but she was excited to learn anyways. She was most excited about the small collection of didgeridoos mounted on the wall in the living room.
"Alas, I'll just go for as long as I need to, then come straight back." She muttered, pulling on her backpack as she went to retrieve the map, heading out the door. She noticed others on the sidewalks, but kept her head down, staring at the map as she briskly walked to the hall. Looking up at it, it seemed old, but in a way that it was meant to look old, like a house from a historic village. It was plain red brick, concrete steps leading up to an ornate wooden door. Various Windows were set into it, and there was a sign beside the door boasting "Hillyer Hall."
"Simple. Alright." Moe took the stairs two at a time, swinging the door open and stepping inside, which didn't surprise her at all. It looked like an underfunded public school's gymnasium set up for a pta meeting. Plastic chairs were strewn about the single room, fold out tables covered in snack foods and juices placed around. There were two doors on the other side, presumably to the bathroom and basement. As Moe stepped further into the hall, she saw the very far side boasted a fairly impressive stage with curtains and even a fancy light setting. Raising a brow, she moved to it, using one hand to let herself jump and sit onto the hardwood. As more people filtered into the room, Moe stared down at her map, not really paying attention to them.
"Odd sort of place, this is." She said, wondering if this was a good idea. At least the money was good.
Ah, the poor girl. XD she's so confused.

Nice picture of dolphins, by the way. :D
Sorry guys! Exams are going on now and I was a bit busier than Imagined. I'll go ahead and start to work on a new post.
I have posted Danny's terrified response to being found out! :) Hope that it makes sense. XD
As everything quieted down even more, Danny could hear the sounds of a song from the deck, faint chatter along with it. She smirked, settling in further as she finished the last of the apple, leaving nothing but the stem and seeds. As she repositioned herself, she heard the music stop, someone speaking. Looking out, she crept from her hiding spot, listening in to the conversation. At once her mind started to whirr as she heard the tales of the black compass. She moved back to the crates before someone caught her, leaving as one pirate spoke of a tale about the instrument of navigation. Danny didn’t make it over to the door in time to hear where it was last seen, but she could see herself leading a crew straight to it, using maps made by the best mapmakers she knew of. She giggled, running her tongue over her teeth and bouncing where she was, full of energy and excitement.

“I could get that compass and return to Doctor W. and the others!” she said under her breath. “I’d be in their stories for generations to come! Ahh! That’d be so cool!”

She giggled again, but stopped and stayed completely still as someone came into the kitchen. She watched past the crates as a man moved around the area, before heading towards her hiding spot. Her brain kicked into overdrive, panic setting in, pushing all the excitement Danny had felt only moments before out of the way. She couldn’t move, even if she wanted to, she was caught, and given by the fate of the last person they had found; things didn’t look very good for her. So soon in her adventure, too, she hardly made it anywhere. Her panicked thoughts were interrupted when the man had actually found her, falling backwards with a crash of plates. She stayed stock still, eyes wide as she stared out past the crates, barely breathing.

“I believe we have an uninvited guest!” Danny seemed to cower impossibly small as the words were shouted, another man sprinting to the first one’s side, offering to help him up, two swords in his other hand.
“Where, Noland?”
“Where is he? Alright, whoever's out there had better come out without a fight, or I go in there stabbing. Come out!" Danny was spotted again by the captian, and before she knew it, she was being lifted. Her mind blanked, and she didn’t come to her senses until she found herself tied on deck. The crew stared at her, and she shakily stared back, her lip quivering. Before she could reply, the captain noticed another ship headed their way.
"It hasn't even been a full day, and this is the second time we've gotten attacked. The life of a pirate. Arm the cannons!" the captain turned back to the girl, after jumping off the giant of a man, and stared expectantly at her. She realized the taller girl was waiting for an explanation.
“I’m sorry, I wasn’t stealing I just want to go traveling and I can read maps and make them and I have a few apples and a couple maps and a compass and other things like that and I was on a navy ship the past week so I guess I have navy secrets and routines or something but please don’t kill me or throw me overboard or leave me to the slavers or eat me or something. I overheard about the black compass and while I don’t know anything about it I can certainly find maps to help find it and I’m real small so I can spy on people and fit into small places, I won’t take up much room nor will I eat a whole lot because I’m so small, I’m just really small and harmless but not defenseless and sick of staying in one place and I don’t want any treasure and I’ve just started, please don’t kill me.” Danny shouted, all in one breath, her eyes wide as she tried to calm herself down, to stop shaking. She didn’t know what else to do except stand where she was and prepare herself to be condemned in one way or another.
