Name: Benjamin “Benny” Teague

Age: 18

Appearance:
(Varying Outfits)

(Nightmare Form)

Species: Nightmare

Weapons: Its kind of out of place with the way he dresses, but he has a sabre on his hip at all times.

Abilities: Outside of his Nightmare form he is a formidable fencer which coupled with the ability to summon fire along the blade of his sabre is very intimidating. Being the very thing bad dreams are named after, he can enter a trance like state to enter the dream realm and infiltrate a target’s dream. The victim is susceptible to physical harm from the injuries they may receive in their dream. However, while he cannot be injured in the dream realm he can be in the conscience realm in his trace. While in nightmare form his hide is impenetrable any magic other than hydromancy. He is however vulnerable to physical attacks if you can get past the fiery mane and feathered legs and of course the firebreath. Can fly without wings and has the strength of a dozen Clydesdales.

Relationship Status: Single and ready to mingle.

Background: Benny is the bastard child of an Incubus and Succubus. His parents actually hate each other and when he was born his mother cursed him to be a Nightmare in stead of an Incubus to punish his father. As such he was no use to either his parents and was left in the care of an old witch that eventually used him as an errand boy. It wasn’t long until his powers started to come around full swing. As he got older he got bolder going off to the neighboring village to haunt the children’s dreams. He like their dreams better than the adults. He felt they were more entertaining as they scared more easily without having to otherwise use boring tricks like “stealing” the adult’s money or pushing them off a cliff only to wake them up moments before them hitting the ground. The witch was finally fed up with his shenanigans and enrolled him into Worthington’s Academy.

Nah, winning or losing against an NPC is your choice. All I ask is for it to be kept interesting and I'd rather he not take the Bulbasaur, mostly because I'd rather you not have multiple non-Shadow Pokemon this early. We can perhaps work something out later that involves the Bulbasaur, though we won't be returning to the HQ Lab for awhile.

ok its cool was just wondering and that sounds like a good idea
im interested in this. and hey there Pyro.
posted and quick question can i RP Tyler keeping the bulbasaur? like half the pokemon ash ever caught they felt the need to go with him cuz he saved them or something. lol
Napoleon sent the little magby flying into its master and with a hearty thud against a tree. The fire type was clearly fainted and unable to battle any longer. "A brat like you? How? Inconceivable!" Yelled the goon withdrawing his pokemon. "With friendship and trust that's how. Now scram before I call the Scarmory that has all your peon butt buddies scared stiff over here. It was then the goon Tyler had been battling noticed what was going on around him. He saw the Scarmory and stood up strait from the ground. "No need. No need. I'm gone." With that the Cipher goon left without a single look back. Tyler then approached the frightened Bulbasaur. It had receded into a bush away from the battle. "Its okay you can come out now." Said Tyler softly to the grass pokemon. Bulbasaur popped its head out of the brush and checked it's surroundings. Noticing it really was okay it stepped out. It seemed fine for a moment until it put what seemed like to much weight on an injured leg. Tyler saw it was burned and scooped it up quickly. Carefully yet swiftly Tyler made his way to Micheal where Marie had an injured pokemon too. "This Bulbasaur has a nasty burn on one leg."
thats what you normally do with a collab post yes
posted.
Following Micheal's instructions Tyler left with the others out to the garden only to be met by Perdy's Cipher goons harassing the pokemon. Marie and Jorie had already leaped into the action defending the poor garden pokemon. Tyler remembered back again to that day Cipher came knocking. Not wanting history to repeat itself Tyler joined the fray. Running up to the goon with the Magby Tyler shouted, "Stop that now or I'll make you stop. These pokemon are not yours and never will be if i have anything to say about it." The goon whipped around with his attention now on Tyler he replied, "Is that so? Then I guess I'll have to shut you up. Magby...use Smog on this brat." Napoleon jumped in the way of the incoming attack. He took the damage, but thankfully the poison had not set in. "Your gonna have to be faster than that jerkface if you think you going to pull a fast one on Napoleon. Like this...use Tackle." Ordered Tyler. His Furfrou broke out into a sprint strait for the Live Coal Pokemon. The attack hit sending the Magby sprawling across the field. It stood and shook itself off. "Magby!" It growled. Furfrou barked and snarled at it in return.

Tyler couldn't let this go on much longer. "Ok Napoleon one more time. Tackle!" The Poodle Pokemon followed the order and sprinted toward the Magby once again. "That won't work on us twice," said the goon, "Magby dodge and use Ember." Napoleon missed Magby as it leapt into the air. "I wasn't expecting it to...Sand Attack." Returned Tyler with a confident smile as the Magby's Ember attack flew toward his Furfrou. Napoleon spun on his axis to start kicking up dirt extinguishing the attack and momentarily blinding his opponent. "Napoleon, lets finish this and make an example out of these punks...Tackle." Tyler ordered his pokemon with gusto and it followed with the same enthusiasm barreling towards it target. Tyler watched as time slowed down to him from the anticipation. The seconds turned to minutes the closer Furfrou got to Magby.

I do believe Shoto and Lumen might have some interesting dialog in the future.
Well it seemed to Shoto that everyone else had chosen their pokemon and it was his turn. He was fine being last it gave him time to delegate which pokemon he wanted. Some more obvious choices over the others, but it ultimately came down between two; the Nidoran and the Venipede. Shoto knew the Nidoran was a male by the coloration it was his favorite shade of Purple. So he knew that it would be a fierce competitor one day. However, Venipede seemed the better choice to him. The Bug second typing gave a stategic advantages to one of it more powerful weaknesses. Slowly stepping forward Shoto grabbed the ball containing the Venipede and weighed it in his hands as if to weigh the significance of his choices. He rarely did so preferring whatever higher power of chance and fate to decide for him. He stepped back from the table and dropped the ball to the floor with the usual flash of red the pokemon materialized before him crying its name, "Venipede." Shoto sat lowering himself to the floor on his knees. "Hello little one! It's nice to meet you. My name is Shoto, I'm your new trainer." He said excitedly yet calmly enough not to spook the young pokemon. "I suppose I should name you now? Let us see...how about Crawler?" Shoto asked with his hand outstretched palm down towards the Centipede Pokemon. It cautiously sniffed the air around Shoto's hand with its feelers then closed the gap nuzzling its head into his palm, "Pede." "Great. Welcome aboard." Said with a smile that turned to giggles as the bug pokemon crawled up his arm and proceeded to do laps around his waist before finally settling atop Shoto's head.

Now with introductions made Shoto stood back to analyze the others' choices. The first boy, who seemed to be obsessed with the color pink, chose a Cleffa. "Big surprise." Shoto said sarcastically in his mind. In truth though it was a good choice although he did have a slight advantage over fairy types. Next came the boy who was with the man Shoto thought was Willow. That memory flashed his face red for a moment. The boy had chose a Starly. Good choice. Shoto would have to watch out for that one. Flying and bug types don't mix to well. Next came the girl with the loveliest shade of purple hair Shoto had ever seen. She chose the Honedge and by the following showmanship it was a fitting one. A daring pokemon for a daring girl. Following her was the book boy. He seemed to share some of the girls features. Shoto could see how they might be related. He had chose a Beldum. Shoto's first thought was, "Steel types must run in the family." Shoto couldn't help but laugh out loud at the guy who randomly chose an Igglybuff. Just as quickly did he pick it up did he want to return it, but it was to late for him as the little pink ball of fluff seemed already pretty attached to him. Next was a boy clad in all black. He had chose Larvitar which at first shunned him, but was quickly persuaded with a berry. "Smart guy." Shoto thought. Prior to Shoto choosing his pokemon was the fair skinned pale eyed girl. The something about her made Shoto want to give her a bowl of his award winning noodle soup. Her Togepi seemed to shun her too. Poor girl.
