Personally as a person who does business I would have tried to press that the cocaine was possibly worth more than the face value, but of course as a business person I would have negotiated, not just shot the other person in the head unprovoked. Now the Mafia boss what your character, a DM plays their NPCs but you didn't play him, you just shot him, which is so unbelievably stupid on so many levels, I know this RP is based off of Jormungand but I know because I watched that anime that Koko would never have done that, she would have talked her way out of it, and would have avoided direct conflict because direct conflict is how you get people killed.
